Det var otroligt fint och välstädat, han som sköter om stället gick och plockade och städade i trädgården och frågade hela tiden när man mötte honom om man önskade någonting. Frukosten som man kunde beställa upp på takterrassen var även den jätte bra 👍
Lite långt till centrum av Hikkaduwa men det gick bussar hela tiden för 0,12 € / person eller tuk tuk ca 1,50 € så det var en bagatell

The apartment was clean and well equipped. Service was prompt and excellent. We had two apartments, each with two bedrooms. The apartments upstairs don't have a lift, so you need to be aware of that. The villa is just a few minutes walk from the main town of Hikkaduwa
Be aware that the rooms to the west get hot because of the sun. The air conditioners worked well so that was fine, but it did take slightly longer to cool down.

Very nice property at perfect location. Privat beach just two minutes away! Town is 2km. Owners speaks perfect English and greeting you in person, so no issues with communication at all. Kitchen is a bit tired, but the rest of the place is very good, with comfortable beds and pillows and good/ new air con system. Staff is good and helpful. Will recommend this place , definitely worse the price!
