2BED/2BATH Beach flat one block off the sand. Second story home boasting beautiful views over sunny Avila Beach. Originally built in 1954 this home has been completely remodeled but has preserved that nostalgic feeling of the old fishing village it used to be. This property provides everything you would need including an site laundry area. All you will need to bring is your food and suitcases. There is a Private outside deck with Gas BBQ Grill and Patio Furniture to enjoy the sunsets over the Avila Bay. Additional sleeping arrangements are available by way of an air mattress as well. WIFI is available with nice size flat screen televisions through out the home.....

Place was perfect for my wife and two older kids. Tony was amazing, good communications with us and will definitely be back. First time going to Avila Beach. I have to say it’s probably my new favorite beach town. It’s very clean and everyone is so nice. Another plus is plenty of restaurants and you can walk to everything. Winner all the way around for us! Would love to retire in a place and town like that. Thanks Tony!

Lovely place with a nice deck and beautiful view of Avila Bay. Great location 2 minute walk to beach. Home had everything we needed and would definitely return. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had.

Beautiful view, very nice decor. Very cute house. However the coverings on just about every window were broken in some way or another. Odd that the drawers were not available for unpacking in the second bedroom. They were all full of betting. Also when it was cool we could not find a heater thermostat. Fortunately it never got cold enough for us to be uncomfortable.
