Located in Avila Beach, this attractive condo for $436 per night is a great option for your next trip. 2BED/2BATH Beach flat one block off the sand. Second story home boasting beautiful views over sunny Avila Beach. Originally built in 1954 this home has been completely remodeled but has preserved that nostalgic feeling of the old fishing village it used to be. This property provides everything you would need including an site laundry area. All you will need to bring is your food and suitcases. There is a Private outside deck with Gas BBQ Grill and Patio Furniture to enjoy the sunsets over the Avila Bay. Additional sleeping arrangements are available by way of an air mattress as well. WIFI is available with nice size flat screen televisions through out the home..... NOTICE!!!!!..... LOUD GATHERINGS AND NOISE VIOLATIONS ARE SUSCEPTIBLE TO IMMEDIATE FORFEITURE OF DAMAGE DEPOSITS!! ....THIS IS A VERY RELAXING AND QUIET PART OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD. NOISE RESTRICTIONS ARE ENFORCED AFTER 10PM. PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED DUE TO ONSITE LONG TERM GUESTS. WE ASK THAT PARENTS DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO RUN AROUND OR YELL IN THE UNITS AT ANY TIME AS THIS CREATES LARGE DISTURBANCES TO GUESTS IN ADJOINING UNITS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP AND UNDERSTANDING. MONTHLY RENTAL AVAILABLE. This property can be rented long term or as a seasonal rental, ask for details and rates. CANCELATION POLICY: 30 Day cancelation fee. Any cancellations made less than 30 days prior to date of stay will be subject to full rental amount. All cancelations made 30 days or more from planned date of stay will be refunded the full amount of the rental. Any reservations made within 30 days of stay will be non refundable upon booking.

We had a stopover on the way from Arizona to Seattle to visit friends that had recently "discovered" the area and we staying for a couple months. Tony's Avila Beach flat was perfect for us. Clean, comfortable and well equipped and with a fabulous view of the beach and ocean. We even lucked into viewing the New Year Day Polar Bear Plunge and the beach park. Lots of fun walks and great places to eat. I'm sure we will be back.

Look, the vews are to die for, one block to the beach. But... the place needs some TLC. TVs dont work, very noisy neighbors, bathrooms badly appounted, kitchin items a mess bad coffee service items and lastly beds too soft.

House was super clean, smelled good, and the location couldn't be better! You can see the ocean from the windows and while you are sitting on the balcony, and hear the waves crashing.
Walk around the corner and down the block and you are at the beach. Grab coffee at Kraken, or ice cream from multiple places, and stroll on the beach or the boardwalk.
Upper unit isn't available when we come back in October, but we already booked the lower unit for our stay. Love Avila, and this location is fabulous. Will definitely stay again.

Clean, great location, very livable. Only issue was there isn’t a pull out bed so one had to sleep on the couch. But still comfortable and relaxing.

Location was perfect. Very calming and relaxing. The kids (teenagers) enjoyed the vacation and approved of this house- which says a lot! My favorite part was going to the coffee shop just steps away for a latte and enjoying it on the deck while watching the ocean. Will definitely stay again next time!
One thing to be aware of is there is construction going on nearby, which starts promptly at 7am and can drown out the sounds of the waves hitting the beach. It didn’t bother us, but thought I should mention it just in case others have concern.
Overall, book it before it’s gone! Paradise is calling….

This our first time using VRBO for Avila Beach. We usually stay at San Luis Bay Inn. But we are glad we got this little place this trip. Perfect location, one block from the beach. The deck was awesome with great views of the beach. Eateries are 5-8 minutes walk depending on what you want to eat. Our favorite is the Custom House. We took most of the stuff we needed with in term of food and the like. But a short 15 minute drive to the nearest Walmart. There was three of us and it had plenty of room. With two bedrooms and bathrooms, we had a great time and we will be going back to our favorite getaway place/our happy place Aviia Beach.

This rental is spotless and wonderfully set up. Everything we need without the clutter! And with the lovely desk on the beach side and all the windows … the apartment is full of fresh ocean breeze! The bedrooms are good size as are the bathrooms. I love the location because I can easily walk to the beach, restaurants and bars … but the rental is peaceful! I highly recommend this location and Tony is great to work with!

This Avila Beach property is a wonderfully located two bedroom, two full bathroom apartment that is conveniently located about two minutes from the beach. The owner makes check-in and check-out extremely easy. We did not have any issues. If you are planning on staying, bring travel soaps and shampoos if you are planning on having multiple showers throughout your stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is a small unit but it worked for my husband & I. There are 2 bedrooms- one has its own bathroom which has not been updated but… a 2nd bathroom is definitely a plus.
The main bathroom off of the hall entry has been updated and has lots of storage which is appreciated. The kitchen & living area is pretty small but it works for 2 people. I think 4 adults wld feel like you’re on top of each other.
The best thing about this unit is the location, great view from both inside & outside and it’s comfortable ( nothing fancy).
On the downside- the unit is a bit “tired” looking. There’s also small things that can easily be done to improve the place & experience of the vacationer.
The ceiling light in the family room has 2 out of the 3 bulbs OUT. The main bathroom has 1 bulb out and the sink drain is SUPER slow. It needs to be cleared. These situations drag the place down. There’s also small things that could be provided: body wash, more TP besides the roll on the dispenser! ( 1 bathroom had 1 extra, the other zero extra) The tiniest bars of soap are provided / 1 per bathroom. Most places provide body wash & extra TP and considering the cost of rentals, I think they should!
All this being said, would I stay here again? Yes. I would give it another try & hope these things would be addressed.

Had a wonderful time at this quaint property. Small, cute with a great view. Absolutely fell in love with Avila Beach. Had an amazing weekend and this property was perfect for the three of us! Steps away from the water, will definitely be back. Thanks!
