Five of us stayed here for a ski holiday. Place was super clean. Access to ski slopes, small shop, etc was excellent. Hot tub and small deck were great to have. Having an indoor garage bonus. Great communication from owner.

Everything was great. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed including board games. Good location to the base lodge. Downtown Whitefish was very nice. Plenty of restaurant options in the area. Piggyback BBQ was awesome!

The accommodations were fantastic, very clean, well stocked with soaps etc… Loved the heated floors, and access to the hot tub. Great location for access to chair lifts; we could walk to chair 1, only a bit farther than the parking lots.

I know weather is not controllable but with it being 90 degrees plus outside that meant it was 87 degrees inside with NO A/C. It is not listed as an amenity so I guess it's on us for not noticing that but still with it being so hot inside with only fans to try and control the temp we dreaded going back to the place every night because it was so hot with no relief. There needs to at least be a portable a/c unit for the times that it is hot. The coolest it ever was inside was 82 degrees that was in the morning after having windows open and fans on all night. Cleanliness was lacking with dirty shower, shower drain and bathroom drain didn't drain well. Broken toilet seat that was uncomfortable and who knows how you clean it that well. Broken threshold with screws coming out if in main walking area with a pile of dirt on the floor. I don't know which was worse-the dirty shower with hair that backed up or the dirty sheets they provided us to sleep on. If the cleanliness is improved and the little simple things get fixed this would be a great place, as along as it stays cool outside. With how little we could actually be there because of the heat issue it was not worth the money. During the winter this would be a killer location to stay at but if you are thinking of staying in the summer check the weather because it will be hotter inside this condo than outside.

This condo is located in a beautiful place. However, we did have a few issues, starting with gaining access to the condo. The directions I was sent did not work. After spending 40 min the phone I was finally told that the garage door access is not working and we we need to use the alternate key entry. We finally got in! This condo does not have A/C but they do have overhead fans or box fans available. The toilet seat in the main bathroom was broken, we had light bulbs burnt out, the TV remotes had to have new batteries put in all of them. Which we bought. But worst of all was the top bunk bed falling while my niece was on it. She 19 and weighs 118 lbs. come to find out the bed and top frame was only held up by small staples. They sent someone out to look at it the next day but they couldn’t fix it until after our check out. Since we needed the bed we put the top bunk mattresses on the living room floor for our stay. They are very lucky that my niece wasn’t hurt just some scrapes and she was very surprised when it fell. So far no one has reached out to offer us any type of compensation such as a partial refund for not being able to use all the beds or just having this type of bunk bed failure. They need to do some significant work for us to stay there again.

This was a wonderful condo with a huge garage! Having parking for two vehicles was great! The only hiccup we had was the code for the garage didn't work, so the whole group had to use the one key to get in and out. I was unable to contact anyone who could help with that issue. Besides that, it was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of linens. I loved the welcome letters and being able to have my dog stay there with us. I would definitely book here again when in the area.

Very nice comfortable clean and attractive condo in the ski village. However there were several frustrations. The key pad to open the door didn’t work, there was no hot water, a screen was missing from the window thé allowed allowed the most air to come in and the French doors wouldn’t open in the other room. (It was 85 degrees inside when we arrived). All was fixed quickly the next day. Then on our last night, excited to use the hot tub before we left, we found it luke warm.
