Newly renovated with new king size beds and flat screen tv's in both bedrooms, all new linens, new appliances, fully stocked kitchen with all the tools you would need to cook a meal if you decide to dine in. Fresh paint, carpet and tile. Two full baths one downstairs and the one upstairs which have been completely redone. New windows and brand new ac/heat unit. Full size washer and dryer. Loft area includes new pull out couch with a memory foam mattress topper, flat screen tv, board games & playing cards for the young and the adults...Great area for the kids! All you need for the beach including beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, toys and an umbrella! Walking distance to a great sandwich shop, fresh seafood restaurants, ice cream shops and bars!

Our stay at the beach house was wonderful. The array of amenities truly elevated the experience. The kitchen was fully stocked, they had a fabulous selection of beach accessories. There was very close access to the beach. I would highly recommend .

We had a great week staying here! Clean, spacious, and as advertised! Leanne was easy and prompt with communication! Tons of beach toys for our kiddos and can’t beat the short walk to the beach! Our stay was wonderful! The side view of the ocean did not disappoint. The complex was quiet and the people staying there were friendly. The owners were helpful and answered our text quickly when we had questions. Great and relaxing vacation!

We had the best time staying at this condo!! The location was prefect to the beach with amazing views. We also loved the comfort in knowing it was a gated facility. Communication with the Owner was Top Notch as well. We will definitely be back.

The townhouse was amazing. It had it all we needed. It was very close to and convenient to get to the beach from the room. Don’t worry about any beach chairs, umbrellas or toys. They have it all.

It was a perfect place for us. The first week, our grandchildren (4 & 3) were with us. They didn’t take to the beach but fell in love with the pool. The shade that was provided to the pool by its location Vi was great. It saved us so much time in not having to lather on the sun screen. The condo was perfect. It provided enough space over two floors for our different activities- sleeping, watching tv, playing cards. The decor is soft on the eyes and vacation oriented. The kitchen provided all of the essentials to prepare meals. The beach is close enough to hear the waves from the patio and be lulled to sleep for a nap. It’s a 5-star to me!

This was our first time staying in Indian Rocks; we’ve been going to Madeira Beach for over 30 years. What a difference a few miles makes – we loved how much quieter Indian Rocks is, the water is also much clearer up here! We really enjoyed your beautiful townhouse. It was peaceful, perfect location and had everything inside that we needed. We were close to many restaurants and even walked to Crabby Bills one night instead of having to deal with parking. It was also very safe. I could leave my things at the pool and run inside without ever having to worry. We enjoyed many walked on the beach and even got to see the dolphins playing out front. We were fortunate to have perfect weather this week, probably some of the best weather I’ve ever had on any vacation. The outdoor storage closet surprised me with the amount of items in there that we could use. If you’re on the fence about booking here, don’t hesitate, just do it. You won’t regret it.

Very nice place to stay. Very comfortable. Communication was awesome even when I couldn't figure out the remote 🤣. Beautiful beach. The only downside for me..maybe not for others is you can't turn the air down under 70. Not that I need it at 65 but a nice 68 would of been good. Woke up and it 71° inside. Other than a definite 5 star rating!

We had an amazing time at Gulfside Villas! The condo was super clean and had everything you could want for the beach. Leanne was great and super fast on replies prior to our trip. Literally steps to the beach or pool and the complex is small so crowds were never an issue. Very close to shops and restaurants. Definitely planning on getting back at some point.

This is our 3rd time vacationing in IRB! We have stayed other places but this one is most amazing! The ad is exactly as the townhome is! It was clean, comfortable, close to all of the things-within walking distance-and super close to the beach (like steps)! We had not even been there for 24 hours and we booked again for 2024! The owners were fast to responding to messages throughout the process and even messaged us right after a hurricane was to hit just to let us know there was no damage! She is so caring and considerate. If you are on the fence about a unit, pick this one! You will not regret it!

Had a great time in a nicely appointed townhouse right on the beach. Everything sparkly clean with new, high quality appliances. Excellent communication with owner and easy to access everything. Recommend highly. Loved the area of Indian Rocks Beach.

The townhouse was nicely taken care of and kitchen nicely stocked for cooking (like even a meat thermometer). We loved the location and Leanne was great in helping us coordinate with other family staying in the area to find another place nearby. Would definitely stay again! Only minor issue would be that we could hear the neighbors on the side and behind, but everyone was respectful during quiet hours, so it never kept us awake at night or anything.

Despite the lack of sun for most of our week’s visit and a constant barking dog in the unit behind us (not by fault of the property owners by any means), my husband and I had a wonderful and very relaxing time. Leanne is a gem and can honestly say she and her husband show pride in their rental property! It’s well maintained, spacious, clean and comfy. We experienced a little hiccup upon check-in, in figuring out the multiple TV remotes and programming them but Leanne was prompt to help us figure it out. The property location is perfect and close to everything! Only feedback we would like to offer is perhaps some instructions for guests to program the TVs but other than that, the townhome and owners are truly a 5-star experience and would definitely recommend renting this property! We would for sure stay again! Well done Leanne!!

This town home was by far the best vacation spot I've ever stayed at. The house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could ever need for a week at the beach. The endless supply of beach supplies and the extremely close access to the beach made this vacation effortless. On our second day we swam with dolphins and manatees, which was just as scary as it was beautiful. Watching the sunset every evening from the balcony was the best way to end a long beach day. Leanne was always quick to reply to all my questions, I cannot wait to come back to Indian Rocks Beach next year but I'll definitely be booking for 2 weeks.
