About this house rental
This is a beautiful renovated, private beach house on Skaha Lake. You will have 70 feet of sand beach with a firepit for those wonderful evenings under the stars or enjoy a bottle of Okanagan Wine on the end of the dock as the lights come on and the huge sky fills up with stars. Barbeque on the large patio. or relax under a weeping willow.. Swim, fish, suntan, take a wine tour or you can hike and rock climb on Skaha Bluff right above the home.
The lower level walkout is a large Air Conditioned 3 Bedroom , 2 Bathroom suite that can sleep up to 6. Bedroom 1- King, Bedroom 2 -Queen, Bedroom 3 -Double Bed with Work Space in family room.
Note- Maximum 6 Guests
The upper level is kept for owners use only and occupied by owners.
We prefer to rent by the week during the summer but we do accept shorter term rentals. We will accept Minimum 4 night for any rental. In the interest of Protecting our clients and To allow effective Cleaning time we have changed check out to 10 am and check in to 4 pm. Thank you for your consideration.

Very clean and well maintained property with easy check in/check out process. Owners are very friendly and leave you to be and feel like you are alone on the property. Dog friendly spot with lots of lawn and great shallow beach access to cool off. Place is well stocked with all that you need for kitchen essentials, just need to bring any cooking ingredients as there is only salt and pepper. Place is air conditioned as well and stays cool during the day. Amazing stay, would stay again.

This place was probably one of the best VRBO’s we have been to. Just back and wish we could have stayed longer!-right on the lake**-beautiful dock with chairs -dog friendly -fire pit was super to sit out at night -enjoyed the large barbecue -hot tub was perfect after a long day-lots of parking-Joanne and Greg were very quick to respond to questions and give info-it was not an issue at all that they lived upstairs -they even had a welcome package for usI would give the place 5 stars in every category. It was a great place for our family to get together

Beautiful property!! It was easy to communicate with Joanne, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The area was calm and quiet, with many different birds frequenting the area. Lovely!

Very comfortable housing with all the necessary utilities. Comfortable beds. Great tv. Well located for access to Penticton and Skaha Beach. The 2 downsides are 1) that the house is on a very busy road, on a blind curve so entering and exiting is sketchy 2) the lakefront is soft gooey mud. We had a toddler with us and we had looked forward to her being able to paddle in the shallow water which was completely impossible. There is an excellent dock and we had to use the far end to put our paddleboards in - not very easy to do actually.
