Our townhouse, beach haven, offers the comforts of home along with the allure of the beach that will make your vacation memorable.Whether you are looking for relaxation or adventure it can be found right here! Pull into our 1-car garage to keep the vehicle out of the sun & make unloading a breeze. No waiting for elevators. Step into our beach home, furnished in beautiful tropical decor where the view of the beach will take your breath away. Plus our open floor plan & 10 ft ceilings allow for a panoramic vista of the 'world's most beautiful beach from every square foot of our first floor. The newly renovated kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a gas range & quartz countertops. The dining room table seats 8 with additional seating for 4 at the bar. We provide both colorful fiesta ware dishes for that special celebration and melamine if you would rather be beach casual. It is a fully equipped kitchen for those whose relaxation & enjoyment includes cooking. Our living room has ample seating for watching the flat screen tv with its dvd or the tide roll in. The sofa also converts to a queen bed for first floor sleeping. For added convenience we have a half bath on this level. Our very large patio offers a peaceful view for your morning coffee, a wonderful place to gather for lunch or dinner and a fantastic view of the sunsets. Don't forget your camera! From the private patio you are just steps away from the surf & sand. If you prefer you can just relax in a chaise and listen to the waves and the seagulls while watching for dolphins. Direct access to the beach makes our townhouse unbeatable! The charcoal weber grill is perfect for barbecuing while not missing a sunset. Now this is what coming to the beach is all about! The second floor houses 3 bedrooms. and each has a TV. The spacious master suite provides a comfortable king bed and a gorgeous view of the sugar white sands and the rolling waves. It boasts a large walk-in closet plus black-out curtains to keep the room dark so you may sleep in (you are on vacation after all). The master bath has a double sink vanity with quartz countertop & jetted-tub for soaking off that suntan lotion as well as a separate walk-in shower. The bunk room, a kids paradise, has 2 new sets of bunk beds with a staircase that makes it feasible for adults to safely venture to the top bunk. The stairs themselves provide drawers as does the unique built-in closet which is now an entertainment center. The 3rd bedroom has another king size bed.. This floor also offers a full sized washer & dryer in its own closet and out of your way. Even in this area you will find lots of the extras you need even down to the laundry supplies. We have tried to think of everything. The guest bath is conveniently located here and has a tub/shower combination. Within walking distance of your front door you can reach many fantastic restaurants and cafes, bowling, mini-golf & beach memorabilia shops, walmart & publix grocery are with 1 1/2 miles. Jet ski, parasailing and other water sports can be rented on the beach right outside our door, but first you must leave the patio and be willing to wiggle your toes on the white powdery sand. We provide large colorful beach towels for adults and also some very special ones for the children. Please explore the garage with the whole family where you will find all sorts of fun beach toys, rafts, tubes, boogie boards, skin boards and beach balls. Of course you will also find the beach chairs here. For the very special baby beach-goers we provide a pak n play plus the linens, a bumbo, a high chair and some other baby items. We strive to make your vacation one in which you will be leaving with some sand, some shells and an ocean of wonderful memories. We look forward to sharing our beach haven with you.

This is a beautiful condo right on the beach, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and fun places. A quick drive to golf, and fun family activities.

We went for a girls only family get away. Townhouse had all needed amenities for a stress free stay. The only suggestion would be to replace mattress on sofa bed. It needed to be vacuumed and cleaned. We chose not to use it & utilize all bunk beds. Would definitely return!

One Aunt, 6 nieces... spent a absolutely wonderful trip to this perfect spot. The perfectly white soft sandy beach, is only 2 steps down from main floor. There is little that the owners didn't think about. We hope to go back.

We have stayed here twice. We love it. It is very clean and comfortable. The place has everything you need. My only complaint is that the beach was sooooo busy in front of the house because the multiple high rise condos.

Property was very convenient-close to everything, and right on the beach. A little dated but very clean. Normally we have to bring everything, they had paper towels, t paper, garbage bags, beach toys/boards, beach chairs, even had an air mattress in pantry. Grill on back deck, plenty of outdoor seating. It rained and the kids even had games and cards to play. Would use again. Only drawback for us was the parking, limited but has a garage that 1 car could fit in. Another issue some might have is all the bedrooms upstairs for people that have difficulty with that. Enjoyed our stay!

The best location! Right on the beach. Watching the sunset from the patio was pure bliss. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed except a citrus squeezer. 😆 So close to the restaurants we wanted to visit. We will book again.

We had an amazing family vacation at this place.. everything was stocked and well maintained.. only hiccup was the roof being redone while we were there put a small damper on things but owner was easy to get a hold of and gave us compensation for the inconvenience even though it wasn't necessary.. would 100 percent recommend staying here

Marilyn was very responsive when I called to tell her the dryer wasn't working. She had someone out the next day. My only complaints are (1) the jets in the master tub look like they have black mold (2) the dishwasher doesn't work well. If the dishes don't go in practically clean, they won't get clean (3) the cleaning crew showed up before 9:30 and let themselves in without knocking, even though our car was in the marked spot and check out wasn't until 10:00.

We had a great time on our trip. I don't think PCB is our favorite location, but the townhouse was perfect. It had everywhere needed, and more than most rentals we've stayed at. It was perfect for our family and had the best beach access ever.

Walking distance to anywhere you need or want to go. Just what we needed for our ladies get-away! Will definitely go back again.

Very very busy beach, there is a large highrise nextdoor and several large hotels, so get up EARLY to get a good spot on the beach. It's perfect for people watching lol We enjoyed our trip at this location:)

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was stocked. Full stocked garage with beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. Condo was very clean. We had a 4 month old baby and host provided pack and play and bouncer seats. The beach out front was crowded but we went out early every morning and set our tent up for the day. Would definitely stay again.

On a scale from 1 to 10, my family and I give Marilyn’s Beach house at 15!!!! When I say that she had everything we needed I mean absolutely EVERYTHING!! We have been staying in different condos for the past 7 years and we have finally found our place!!! We will be staying with Marilyn every summer!!
