The townhouse was fully remodeled in 2015 with a brand new kitchen, top-of-the-line GE stainless appliances, all new furnishings, and a full size laundry room with side-by-side washer and dryer. Enter the home by traveling up one flight of stairs to the front door. Starting at the entryway, every inch of space has been put to use. As you walk in, there's a stone floor, bench and coat rack. A half bathroom leads to a full laundry room with extra storage space. Your eyes will be drawn across the space to the double sliding glass windows that open directly to beautiful Donner Lake.
