About this house rental
Located in Mission Bay, this charming house for $520 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Summary: Walk to the beach from this newly remodeled luxury 3-bedroom 2-bath townhome! We have implemented cleaning protocols based on CDC and DOD cleaning and disinfecting guidelines. Just 2 blocks from the beach and bay, 3 blocks to the heart of PB with plenty of restaurants and shops to explore, and a short drive to Seaworld, Balboa Park, and Zoo. Primary guest must be 25. Internet speed is 400 Mbps. Our Luxury Beach Townhouse is equipped with CENTRAL A/C, baby gear, and beach gear for a family vacation you’ll never forget! The Space: Our Luxury Beach Townhouse has just been TOTALLY remodeled with a gorgeous new kitchen with all new appliances/cookware, modern new furniture, beautiful new bathrooms, and central heating and air conditioning. We have a large flat screen TV in the living room with cable, free WiFi, and DVD player. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with all the utensils, pots/pans, and dinnerware you'll need to make any home-cooked meal. Three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms allow for privacy and can accommodate 6 adults, while the living room has a pull-out sofa to sleep two more. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two twin size beds and a full size crib. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. We can sleep 8 adults comfortably! We have two small children and really appreciate kid-friendly accommodations when we travel. Therefore, our unit comes with a crib, a pack n' play, a high-chair, stroller, and kids plates and utensils. We are also right next to Pacific Beach Library for some quiet reading time with the family and a small playground to enjoy. Our home is perfect for any sized family looking for a great beach getaway! Our garage with code-pad entry (measuring 37' by 8') fits one large vehicle such as Honda Odyssey minivan or two small sedans. We offer all the beach gear your family will need, including boogie-boards, beach toys, beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a cute wagon to wheel everything down to the beach. We provide all the linens for you to use while you vacation with us. Extra pillows, blankets, sheets, towels are all in the linen closet for you when you arrive. We also have a washer and dryer so help yourself. We also provide the detergent. The Neighborhood: Pacific Beach (PB) is popular for its prime location and is a great place to visit for a vacation all year round. Our beach is filled with surfers, sun bathers, swimmers, families and an endless supply of fun. The board walk is filled with roller bladders, runners and cyclists, or just the strollers and people watchers. It’s definitely a place where you can go and sit on a bench and enjoy all the different walks of life that Pacific Beach has to offer. Crystal Pier, located in the heart of PB, and just a short 5 minute walk from our home is where you can find great beach shops, restaurants and cafes along the boardwalk. The beach continues south for about two miles becoming Mission Beach. At the south end of the beach area is Belmont Park with the famous Big Dipper Roller Coaster at Belmont Park with fun rides, shops and restaurants. There is no shortage of “things to do” in PB, all within walking distance from our home. Garnet Ave and Mission Blvd are filled with places to eat, drink, shop…where you can choose from a wide range of restaurants, nightclubs, sports bars, pubs and coffee houses. Pacific Beach is the most popular beach destination in the city of San Diego and draws large crowds all year round. You won’t be disappointed when you stay at our beach home... just read our reviews!!! The location is amazing, 2 blocks from the ocean and 2 blocks from the bay! We needed some major R&R, we found it here! Loved the focus on the young kiddos! We used the sand toys and the toys in the house! My 4 year old couldn’t get enough of the kitchen! A full sized crib was awesome! We flew into the area so having everything we needed was key! The property was clean and updated! Definitely interested in returning!

The set up is perfect for a Family but we were 6 adults. It still worked well if you don't mind the 2 twin beds in bedroom 3. Pretty much everything is provided for a wonderful vacation. Only 3 blocks to the beach. More than enough entertainment within walking distance. One benefit that may be overlooked is the Ralph's that is within walking distance so you can do your shopping after arrival. Would definitely stay again!!

It was great to have a garage, and the property seems to be well-maintained, clean. Great to have linens, towels, beach gear. We did more sightseeing than beach activity (way too cold!), so not sure the "right" property for us. I would not consider this town to be family-oriented. Contact with owner was fast and efficient.

This property location is on point! Walk down the street to the beach, or take the cross street over to the bay. The inside is spacious, pretty and comfortable. Plenty of room for our family of five adults/ teenagers. We were able to fit both of our cars into the garage, where you will find beach toys and washer / dryer. The owners are easy to communicate with and leave a list of their favorite things to do and eat around the area. I for sure give this a 5 star rating in spite of the lack of view and no yard space. This is a great comfortable choice within walking distance of so much! Enjoy your stay here, we sure did. :)

Great for a family of 8. Had strollers and a wagon with beach toys. Short walks to beach grocery store and restaurants. Can park and no need to drive anywhere. Garage will fit a Suburban with mirrors folded.

Perfect family getaway
We can't say enough about this charming home away from home! So comfortable & within a short walk not only to the beach but grocery stores & eateries. Street parking can be challenging however the garage is tandem & 2 smaller cars could fit. (Our suburban even fit! ) Owner was extremely attentive. They have clearly gone the extra mile by including toys for kid, all kinds of beach accessories & other various homey touches. 5 stars all the way around we hope to be back again soon!

Just what we needed.
This fully furnished & modern rental had everything we needed from beach toys to location to a garage. Safe area & ez to walk to everything. Only prob was the living room tv doesn’t stay on & counter could use another stool but otherwise it’s a great rental that we hope to check out again.
