Situated in Mission Bay, this lovely house for $534 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Summary: Walk to the beach from this newly remodeled luxury 3-bedroom 2.5-bath townhome! We have implemented enhanced cleaning protocols. Just two blocks from the beach and bay, a short walk to Garnet Street (the heart of Pacific Beach) with plenty of restaurants and shops to explore, and a short stroll to Mission Bay to watch the Seaworld fireworks. Primary guest must be 25. Internet speed is 400 Mbps. Our Luxury Beach Townhouse has it all for your next family beach vacation! The Space: Our Luxury Beach Townhouse has just been TOTALLY remodeled with a gorgeous new kitchen with all new appliances/cookware, modern new furniture, beautiful new bathrooms, and central heating and air conditioning. We have a large flat screen TV in the living room with cable, free WiFi, and DVD player. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with Keurig and drip coffeemakers, pots/pans, spices, ricecooker, blender, dinnerware you'll need to make any home-cooked meal. Three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs allow for privacy and can accommodate 6 adults, while the downstairs living room has a pull-out sofa to sleep two more. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a full size crib. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two twin size beds. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. We can sleep 8 adults comfortably! We have two small children and really appreciate kid-friendly accommodations when we travel. Therefore, our unit comes with (all brand new) full size crib for the little ones to sleep in comfort, pack 'n play, high-chair, stroller, and a variety of seal-able containers for food on the go. We are also right next to Pacific Beach Library for some quiet reading time with the family and a small playground to enjoy. Our home is perfect for any sized family looking for a great beach getaway! Our garage with code-pad entry (measuring 37' by 8') fits one large vehicle such as Honda Odyssey minivan or two small sedans. We offer all the beach gear your family will need, including boogie-boards, beach toys, beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a cute wagon to wheel everything down to the beach. We provide all the linens for you to use while you vacation with us. Extra pillows, blankets, sheets, towels are all in the linen closet for you when you arrive. We also have a washer and dryer so if you need to do any laundry you can help yourself. We also provide the detergent. Cozy private outdoor patio with BBQ and patio set allows you to grill outdoors and share a meal under the San Diego sun! We are experienced owners/property managers who take great pride in managing our vacation rentals in Pacific Beach. The Neighborhood: Pacific Beach (PB) is popular for its prime location and is a great place to visit for a vacation all year round. The board walk is filled with roller bladders, runners and cyclists, or just the strollers and people watchers. It’s definitely a place where you can go and sit on a bench and enjoy all the different walks of life that Pacific Beach has to offer. Crystal Pier, located in the heart of PB, and just a short 5 minute walk from our home is where you can find great beach shops, restaurants and cafes along the boardwalk. The beach continues south for about two miles becoming Mission Beach. At the south end of the beach area is Belmont Park with the famous Big Dipper Roller Coaster at Belmont Park with fun rides, shops and restaurants. There is no shortage of “things to do” in PB, all within walking distance from our home. Garnet Ave and Mission Blvd are filled with places to eat, drink, shop…where you can choose from a wide range of restaurants, nightclubs, sports bars, pubs and coffee houses. Pacific Beach is the most popular beach destination in the city of San Diego and draws large crowds all year round. You won’t be disappointed when you stay at our beach home... just read our reviews!!! This house is as advertised. It is very close to the beach with easy walking path. Close to Woody’s for morning breakfast or Ralph’s for groceries. Felt safer than other stays directly on the beach and much quieter. Very comfortable and easy. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This place was wonderful! We have a toddler and twin babies and they had everything we needed at the house so we didn't have to pack up our whole house to be able to go on vacation. And I mean everything we needed, 2 pack n plays, 2 high chairs, a double stroller. It's within walking distance to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. And a close driving distance to some great amusement parks. We're already planning our next family vacation with some of our extended family.

What I love most about this property is they provide everything you need for the perfect beach vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment but even more helpful than that, the garage and cabinet have tons of beach necessities. They had towels, chairs, footballs, frisbees, sand toys, umbrellas and even a wagon to carry it all in. This was a HUGE help for us while packing because all we really needed to bring were clothes.
You can walk to both the beach or bay in 5 minutes and there are plenty of fun bars & restaurants walking distance as well. So you really can't beat the location.
The only down side is that parking is very tough in that neighborhood, but that's not the property's fault. The garage has one space big enough for a sedan or small SUV, but other than that it is all street parking which can be especially difficult on weekends when the beach is busy. So just plan accordingly.
Melina was very helpful throughout the trip and we really appreciated how thorough and detailed the checkin and checkout process was. The house is well labeled and they even have a QR code you can easily scan to get on the wifi. Overall we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay there again!

The hosts were very responsive to questions before we arrived and they were easily available during our stay to answer any questions. They supplied us with everything we needed to make our stay with three children under the age of five safe, comfortable, practical and pleasant. The house was immaculate, very well furnished and equipped. The kitchen was the best equipped and stocked kitchen we have ever seen in a rental place. Even the cooking knives were sharp!

The house is so well equipped for families! Our kids loved the toys and books. We used the strollers everyday and took the wagon and sand toys to the beach. Having a crib was so helpful for our 2.5 year old - he’s too big for a pack and play but too small for a twin and it worked out perfect. There are several parks nearby and the Mission Bay walk was beautiful. Pacific Beach is definitely a party scene but we never heard loud music or rowdy people. We’d highly recommend to any young families.

Our multigenerational family had a great time in Pacific Beach. The home had everything we needed, including travel cribs for our young kids and some toys to keep them occupied. The location was very convenient to the beach as well as limitless eateries and shops. Stephanie and Melina were very helpful when we encountered some travel/scheduling challenges.

The property is within easy walking distance to Mission Baywalk, restaurants, a grocery store and the beach. Street parking was easy to find and bit more convenient since the garage is pretty tight. We had a Ford Escape and anything just a bit wider would not fit in there. Kitchen is well equipped with Keurig and a regular coffeemaker among many other items. Would definitely stay again.

This property was awesome. We could pretty much walk to anywhere we wanted, whether it was good, beach or shopping. The neighborhood was very nice and felt cozy. We enjoyed shopping and dining there. The house is also a quick drive to downtown. We were able to get tickets to a Padres game and then ate dinner in the Gaslamp District...another great spot that was easily accessible. Our favorite feature of the house was the short 2 block walk to the beach and boardwalk. I would definitely rent this property or another property that is hosted by Stephanie.

The house is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and so many restaurants and stores nearby, we just parked our car in the garage and walked everywhere. Overall, the house exceeded all our expectations and we definitely plan on staying there again in the futur!

The house is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and so many restaurants and stores nearby, we just parked our car in the garage and walked everywhere. Overall, the house exceeded all our expectations and we definitely plan on staying there again in the futur!
