They share common outdoor spaces such as the garage, outdoor shower, grill, dining table, deck, Adirondack chairs and courtyard when they are both rented or we are in town. Our spacious, newly updated apartment is located on a quiet street with an attractive private entrance. The 2 BR / 1 Bath rental features a comfortable open floor plan, abundant natural light and a landscaped courtyard with a large deck and gas grill. As new owners, we’ve invested in new furnishings, artwork, fixtures and soft goods to create a fresh, stylish mid-century décor. This 2nd floor vacation residence has everything you’ll need, including fully equipped kitchen, all new bed linens and pillows, high-speed wi-fi, Alexa devices, Bluetooth-equipped vintage stereo, televisions in both bedrooms and a 65” Ultra 4K television in the family room, each equipped with Netflix, Roku, Spectrum IP cable, and more. And while you are welcome to bring your small or mid-sized, well-behaved dog, all we ask of you is that you observe our strict no-party rule. You’ll love the location – just 100 short steps to the powdery white sands, dunes and sea oats of beautiful Pass-a-Grille Beach on the shimmering Gulf of Mexico. Plus, a half-minute walk to Boca Ciega Bay and Pass-A-Grille Marina in the other direction. On the bay side, you can pick up freshly caught seafood at the fishing pier and grill it yourself or have a neighboring restaurant prepare it to order. From here you can head out on a sunset/dolphin watch cruise or deep-sea fishing trip, take a speedboat for a spin, rent a kayak, go on a shell cruise or dine at a dozen eateries. Some of our favorites include Gennaro’s Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria, Sea Critter’s Seafood and upscale options such as Dewey’s at the Berkley Beach Club and Grace. Of course, you won’t want to miss the southern inspired breakfast at Sea Horse. Pass-a-Grille is a laidback low-rise beach community whose stunning beaches, authentic Old Florida charm and spectacular sunsets create the ideal setting for your deeply relaxing vacation. Shed your worries while doing absolutely nothing or sample the town’s many restaurants; browse its boutiques, local gallery, outdoor art market, and toast the sunset on the Hurricane Restaurant’s rooftop deck – all within walking distance. Want a change of pace? It’s just 20 minutes to downtown St. Petersburg, where you’ll find a wealth of cultural attractions, activities, eateries and bars. Getting to Pass-a-Grille is a breeze – just 40 minutes from Tampa International Airport and 30 minutes from St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport. This was probably the best place I have ever stayed in Florida!! It was so quiet and peaceful to stay here--just a block away from the beach! The kitchen was so fully stocked with every cooking utensil you would ever need! I definitely want to return!

We’ve been coming to PAG for several years now, and this is the best place we’ve stayed. The owners have truly thought of everything. The cottage is so well decorated and equipped. It was super-clean and very comfortable. Check-in and check-out was easy, and Chris and Adele were so attentive and helpful. Finally, the location was just perfect. Very short walk to the beach and easy walks to restaurants. We are planning to stay there again next summer.

This rental is great. It is so bright and everything you need for a comfortable stay is available. Short walk to the beach and to area restaurants. The back courtyard is nice to sit and relax. We took our dog and he loved being able to play and chase the lizards. Mickey responds to any questions you may have in a timely manner. We can’t wait to go back.

We were pleasantly surprised at how much we loved staying at this wonderful two bedroom rental apartment. Perfect size apartment for a family of four with plenty of natural light and an open floor plan. The courtyard was wonderful too with the beautiful and well maintained vegetation as well as a large table to dine and a grill. Our check-in process was lovely with Adele meeting us as we arrived to gave us a tour of the apartment. She was always available for any concerns or questions - the same goes for the property manager, Chris. The rental itself is in a great location and had all the amenities (as stated in the rental listing) needed for a great and relaxing vacation. It is super clean with a beautiful midcentury feel and Pass a Grill accents. Very close to the beach, the bay, and local shops. Will love to stay here again on our next visit to Pass a Grille. Thank you Adele, Chris, and Mickey for providing the perfect home away from home!

We had an awesome week at this pass a grille property. It was perfectly placed steps away from a beautiful beach as well close to the bay. It’s in a beautiful spot where you can also walk to some nice restaurants and shopping. The place itself was a dream. Not only was it spacious but it was decorated beautifully. Every detail was thought of. Both our property manager Chris and owner Mickey were delightful to deal with and made our trip as lovely as possible. Highly recommend this place!! 5 stars across the board!

Mickey has done a wonderful job making the apartment a great place to stay. The apartment is clean and fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies, towels, laundry, comfy mattresses, full TV set up, wifi and an adorable record player and great furnishings. The location is perfect to the beach and fabulous sunsets, plus necessities like groceries and restaurants/nightlife. I think it should be noted that this is an apartment of a shared residence where the property manager lives full time. The garden and patio is shared with the residents and their two dogs. If you're looking for a fully private space, have friends visit/come through during a beach day, this may not be the best option for you.

This is the perfect space for your getaway to pass-a-grille beach! Mickey and Chris keep the place well stocked and comfortable down to the smallest detail! They always made themselves available should we need anything, and even checked in on us halfway through our trip! Communication was top notch! And, the best part is, you are just a few steps away from the beautiful white sand beach with crystal clear water right down the street! We will definitely recommend this property to our friends and family and will definitely stay again if planning another trip to the area! :)

This convenient and accessible location is great for access to the beach downtown shopping and restaurants. The rental is ultra clean, beautifully decorated and provides privacy to the rental couple or family. Well with everything you might need for a beach day. this unit has all the comforts of home.

We totally enjoyed our stay! The only problem we had is that we had to leave! 😭 Haha! We haven't had a bad Pass-a-Grille vacation yet, and this trip was no exception! The apartment was spacious with wonderful natural light. A great mix of beach and vintage decor, very similar to the feel of the town of Pass-a-Grille itself! We could tell that the hosts take pride in their property, and we were very pleased with our stay! The hosts supply everything needed for a relaxing beach stay! When we return to Pass-a-Grille this will be our #1 choice of lodging. Perfect and thank you so much! 🏖
