Nestled in Pass-a-Grille, this attractive condo for $233 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This ground floor condo is located directly across from the beautiful award winning beaches of St. Pete Beach. At Pass-A-Grille the beaches are not crowded, peaceful with sugary white sand and calm warm Gulf water. Step just out the front door, and you are on the sand in seconds. Updated floors, granite counter-tops, and stainless appliances. --Large private master bedroom features a comfortable Queen-size TempurPedic bed. -- Second bedroom sleeps additional guests with a comfortable "Murphy" style Full-size bed which can be folded away for additional space. The living room and private Gulf-facing patio give a beautiful view of the water and the Sunset over the Gulf, and the large couch is generously big enough for a nap after a long day on the beach. There's open air, shaded seating to enjoy the warm Gulf breezes on your patio, to enjoy your morning coffee or just people-watching. The pool is located right outside the rear of the condo, with easy access in and out. There's room for lounging and outdoor dining. Our location was perfect as always. The only inconvenience was no washer and dryer. I can’t imagine having littles and all those wet towels and suits.

We love Pass-a-Grille. We usually use a different property, but it was booked. This place looked great. But a couple things made our stay here frustrating. The shower poured water all over the floor even though the curtain was inside the tub. The hooks in the bathroom were coming loose from the drywall. The back bedroom where the Murphey bed was, was always 10-15° warmer than the rest of the house. The window in the main room leaked when it rained. And the AC went out. THS was addressed and Brandon graciously moved us overnight to another unit. However, with our things and food stuffs in the hot unit, we had to spend a good portion of our next day in the unit with the broken AC until it was fixed. These may seem small issues but combined it was frustrating. We will probably not book here in the future.

The location is awesome for catching sunsets from the patio or making an easy walk across the street to the beach. And if needed a couple blocks down you can access the beach with a stroller/wheelchair/beach carts on the ramp leading right on to the beach.
Parking was unexpectedly tough to find actually close to the unit upon arrival on Saturday - but a local explained it just is that way on the weekends and gets better during the week. The unit was perfect for what we needed and the beds and even the couch were comfy sleeping spots. Just fyi there is a unit above this one and if the guest have children or are rowdy you are going to hear their footsteps through the ceiling.
But that is just how it goes where ever you might stay in multilevel/unit condos like this.
Walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants. The vibe in Pass-a-grille is very family friendly, slower paced, very small village feeling.
Great place I would stay here again for sure.

This was our second visit to this building, first visit to this particular condo and just loved it. Plenty of room, so nice to be able to cook, have a pool, and be just steps from the beach. It was a delight. Everything was clean and working perfectly!!

The property was in a great location. Steps away from the beach and in walking distance from restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean and the hosts were very responsive. Great stay!

the place had some mold in it. The furniture outside was pretty dirty -the cushions. The kitchen accoutrements were not very complete. Our "welcome" coffee was not there.
The worst part was we could hear every step the folks upstairs took in their unit.
The best part was the location was good.
I'd not rent this place again nor recommend it.

The location of this corner unit is beyond perfect. Sitting under the porch, listening to the waves, watching people go by. Perfection. I would suggest the mgmnt company do a DEEP clean, noticed some mold in walls and replace the murphy bed mattress!

This is a GREAT location if you want to be in the heart of Pass-A-Grille and walk to restaurants/bars, Pass-A-Grille beach, and little beach shops. Pool looked nice, but weather was too cold for us to try it (pool IS heated). The unit's patio has an incredible view of sunsets, and is as close as you can get to a beach view in Pass-A-Grille. The room with the murphy bed is a little funky (a breezeway that they enclosed), but is very well appointed and our 23 year old daughter was happy using it because it gave her her own space. Floors in the master a just a little worn, but the living room is spacious and comfortable, and the master bedroom does have its own patio. No washer in dryer in this unit. Overall it was a great place to stay, and we will definitely return!

Pro's: location, pool, kitchen, main bedroom. Great cooking space, pool was warm, main bedroom nice. I requested additional lamps and a box fan and they were delivered promptly. Much appreciated.
Con's: second bedroom is basically office/DR space with a Murphy bed. Our normal-size adult children stayed 1 night with us and were not comfortable on this bed .Bed is fine for children but not for adults as it is short & narrow.
The patio doors in the LR and the second "bedroom" did not close or lock properly during our stay I see that the owners replaced the doors the day after we checked out so should be ok now.
A little more generosity with the paper supplies would have beed appreciated as we had to buy additional TP and paper towels.

First time staying ay Treasure Island. We'll be back and we'll be staying at this VRBO when we return! Spacious and updated condo with beautiful beach view from balcony. All of the amenities you'll need and more, supplied. Super clean, too! Beach immediately behind property is the most beautiful I have ever seen! You can bring your own food and beverages on the beach (including alcoholic beverages). Cool little Tiki Bar on property with great bartenders and reasonably priced drinks (a whole menu of tropical blended drinks). C-Store directly across the street to grab snacks, beer, wine and soft drinks, too! Nice clean pools and hot tub. Young families, college kids, retirees and everyone in between having a great time! Not wild by any stretch, but not stuffy either. Laid back and friendly. Lots of Midwesterners (including us) that were all very friendly.

This condo is perfect! Perfect location - you can park (One spot per condo) at the beginning of your stay and walk to all shops and restaurants. I love to walk a few blocks east for the sunrise and feel very safe in the neighborhood. The condo has good furniture (murphy bed mattress dips in the middle and needs to be replaced). Kitchen is perfect if you want to cook. Seahorse restaurant is the best for breakfast and lunch. Last year we stayed for a girls birthday weekend. Accommodations were perfect then. This year at the last minute one of the travelers ended up in a wheelchair with little right side immobility so this year was a little different experience. I do have to state that this listing does not proclaim to be accessible but we are adventurous and love this place so much we thought, what the heck. DO NOT TRY THIS LOCATION WITHOUT RAMPS. All doors are accessible with ramps with the exception of the bathroom and hall. We rented a beach chair from Sand helper, a little expensive but so well worth it to get my husband to the beach for the sunset. Great people, great condo! We will be back next year!

We loved staying in historic PAG. Once we parked the car, we didn't get back in it until it was time to leave. Plenty of walkable activities, easy access to the beach, quiet unit.
The only thing we had trouble with was the water pressure in the kitchen. Other than that, it's a perfect spot for a relaxing long weekend.

First impression was concern as it's an older property right next to the Brass Monkey; we were afraid it may be dingy or rowdy. We were wrong on both counts. The property is well maintained and was exceedingly clean. And the neighbors were far from rowdy, though the Brass Monkey was a good time. Parking was a breeze (and included), even on a busy Saturday. With our son just starting college a few miles away (Go Tritons!) we will be staying at this property often.

We had two rentals. This one and one in another building. The other one was terrible. A much better value with this unit. The pool is nice and the place was clean. The beach is right across the street and there is a lot to do here. Highly recommend!!

Great location of the property! However, wouldn’t stay in this unit again… It’s not the cleanest….. Floors haven’t been cleaned in I don’t know how long… We take our shoes off at home so as a habit we took them off here and our feet were black!! Floors need a major scrub….. As does the bathroom…. Last guests hair was all over the floor and in the shower…. All baseboards needs scrubbed along with the blinds…. The bathroom light fixture and sink pipes haven't been wiped in quite some time either… Minimal water pressure in the kitchen sink and the shower head in the bathroom could use to be replaced.. The tub faucet constantly dripped… For the price we paid I expected a lot better…. Didn’t bother to call about the cleanliness as it should have been clean when we got there…. I had to contact someone for our code to get in because they didn’t send it… Will try a different unit next time….

This property needs a deep cleaning/updating but was much better than the last time we stayed there. Advertised as having a “heated pool”, which has never been the case when I’ve stayed there (4-5 times). The location is perfect though, and we enjoyed our stay!

This property was near perfect. Perfect location, easy check in, exactly as listed with the exception it does not have an umbrella. You can rent one at the Brass Monkey gift shop for $10 dollars a day. You can walk to 12th Ave and Pass-a-Grille in 7 minutes and see the sunrise with the dolphins and of course see the sunset steps from your door- incredible location. Only con was that the cleaning needed to be stepped up. Otherwise for me it was perfect and we will definitely be back
