I would pay extra to have the pool heated to 85degrees.
Couldn’t use because it was too cold. I also own a time share at Camelot by the Sea and that pool is perfect

We were familiar with the location of the unit and the area around it prior to making the arrangements. Very impressed with the unit, clean and neat, well kept. communication from the staff was excellent, instructions were complete and easy to understand. Overall, we were very happy.

This is a wonderful location! Apartment it across the street from the beach. Second time that I stay in the same apartment complex. Restaurants, bars, coffee shop is all walking distance. Large big balcony to watch the ocean...

My husband and I loved the sunset every night from our balcony. Wonderful ocean view and the sound of the waves was calming. Easy to walk to the beach and places to eat. With the use of the Freebee we got to grocery stores and restaurants. We will return to this unit!

Clean. Tidy. The living room furniture isnt the most comfortable. Pool was always a great temp. Quiet for the most part. Loved our balcony but the view would have been better if the palm trees were trimmed a little.

We absolutely loved our stay! The view of the water and proximity to places to eat was just what we wanted. We didn't need to drive anywhere. Pass-a-Grille is a quiet beach town and a great place to relax. Our unit had everything we needed, very spacious and the bed was comfy too! We just dropped our bags and was done!

Hubby and I would definitely stay here again! The beach is only literally steps away and we LOVED being on the 2nd floor for an unobstructed view of the ocean, sunrise,, sunset, etc.

What a great location to spend a week with childhood friends. Sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves crash was the best therapy you can ask for. This was the second time we stayed in this unit and it was as good as the first time three years ago. The unit had everything we needed to cook when we were not out eating atthe local restaurants. The pool was clean and nice and warm. Being able to look at the water and just walk across the stree and be on the beach is amazing.
Thank you for letting us spend a week together doing absolutely nothing but enjoying each others company.

Warm weather get away
Condo was just right size for the two of us. Carpet in bedroom needs removed- quite dirty. Great view of the ocean. Parking is a problem… no designated parking for condo. Had to battle beach goers every day for parking! Deal breaker .

Overall everything was good. The bed is awful with the sponge on it. It was the worst bed ever. This should come off. The WIFI was hard to connect to. Had to text for support 3 times. Unit could be a little cleaner and they need to leave more supplies.

Condo met our expectations, it was clean, the view was beautiful. Due to the red tide we spent the majority of our time on the porch watching the waves. Beds were comfortable. There were two beach umbrellas, three beach chairs and three bag chairs. We enjoyed the salt pool, it was kept clean and there were several pool noodles and toys. Loved the Freebee electric cars which took us to Publix and restaurants.
Would stay in unit #7 again in a heart beat.

Excellent Location!
My husband and I spent 4 nights at this property and absolutely loved it! The beach is right across the street and you can see the ocean from the balcony. This is at the quiet end of Pass-A-Grille so crossing the street was super easy. Bars and restaurants are within a block or two from the condo. We didn't have to get in our car once we got there except to get more ice. The pool was a great addition. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable for two people. Will come back again.

Excellent porch 2nd story where one can see ocean and waves breaking across the street. Porch furniture in poor condition, table rickity. Nice BR and bed, good LR, Kitchen layout. Bathroom is small with only a tiny shelf above toilet. The owner needs to improve on that. Shelf/closet hanger for clothes came partially off wall even though had only some summer shirts hanging. Blankets had been there on top shelf. Unit had only 1 juice glass, 1 med size glass, enough large. Only 3 bowls, 4 dishes. Beach chairs very dated,. One had rip and useless. A camp chair tubing broke 2nd time using it - the metal is all rusted. The umbrella is terrible. The owner could take some pride in these offerings and update them. The management company was terrible. We arrived 11pm - No toilet paper, 1 hand towel, dresser drawers were dirty - had to clean before putting any clothes in, carpeting a little dirty. Management did not deliver TP until 5pm next day. Of course we had shopped in morning. They never did supply us with more hand towels. Correct these things and this could be 5* all around. I give it 3* as is.

Perfect Escape Location
This condo is located right across from the beach and we love leaving the balcony doors open a send sleeping to the sound of the waves. We enjoyed the Brass Monkey and Hurricane restaurants as well as the Sea Horse for breakfast and the shops all within walking distance. Will definitely come back. Great escape for us as a couple!

Great location and unit for 2-3 people. We spend a lot of time at Pass-a-Grille and this block is the best place to stay. Spent most of our time on the balcony overlooking the beach. Overall clean unit for a beach property , but could use a super deep cleaning to make it spectacular.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was quiet and very close to the beach. Morning walks were awesome too. We did have one challenge and that was with the parking pass. We place what was the only semblance of a parking pass in our car. One night we did get a $60 ticket. Since we didn't know what the pass looked like there was no way for us to know this was not what we were told to look for on the counter in the kitchen apon arrival. At the owners suggestion, I hope St. Pete Beach parking will cancel our ticket. But, we really enjoyed our stay and would return! Thank you!

The location was great on Pass A Grille beach.
The condo it’s self needs some TLC - the furniture is quite worn, the pull out bed was way past it’s time on use (plus the cover was dirty and littered with food remnants- so we know it was not touched by the cleaning crew), the couch was much older and had an odor to it, the extra chair was stained, one of the bar stools was missing it’s foot rest ... I understand that not everyone takes care of the things in a rental but with paying a nice amount to stay here - I expected more.
The kitchen description boosted about its usefulness - there was one extremely worn frying pan (in which I had to go buy a pan so we were not eating Teflon in our eggs ...) the drink ware was sparse, the one cookie sheet was old & rusty looking, and cooking utensils were well beyond their use too.
The outside table on the porch was rickety and had peeling black paint.
I had fortunately bought cleaner and cleaned and wiped things down upon our arrival - although it smelled of bleach - it didn’t mean it was clean. The floors may have been mopped but they were not clean, the shower needs new caulking as it was black and mold like on the edges.
Again, the location was great but this unit needs a good scrubbing, touch up paint, floors cleaned, carpets cleaned, a refresh in the kitchen and some attention to the furniture.
The pool furniture (lounge chairs) appear to be peeling and quite old. The pool company added chemicals to the pool but I only seen them clean the pool once - I did see another person staying at the condo’s clean the pool. The handle/rail into the pool at the steps needs some sort of covering as the sun makes its extremely hot and burnt my nieces fingers (who was staying in another unit) - red burnt, nearly blisters. Someone placed a float noodle over the handle to keep others from burning.

We have stayed here before and love the location! Walking distance to restaurants and shops, and the beautiful beach is right across the street. Tried the free electric mini bus this time to go to Sea Critters, fun and easy to use.

Nice Condo in Pass a Grille
This condo is just the right size for a couple. The property was clean, easy to access, and near shopping and restaurants. Parking was a bit difficult on busy days (weekends) and at sunset but we rarely moved our car. The a/c worked great which was necessary because the week we stayed was HOT. The condo had a small box fan but it didn't work well. I would recommend replacing it and the cookware as well. The only real problem we had during the week was the VERY unpleasant person staying in the next condo. We purposely booked this condo because of the private balcony. However, there is only a small fence separating the balconies and the acoustics are such that we could hear everything she said. I am sure if there was a normal person there it wouldn't have been an issue (everyone else staying that week was lovely), but her outbursts/drunkenness was unavoidable so it ruined out first weekend and made the rest of the week very uncomfortable. I realize this could have happened at any condo - I am certainly not blaming the condo for this persons behavior. I think having some sort of wall between balconies - even something like plants or lattice - would have made the whole situation more livable.

A little dated
Neighbor below us came over and told us to turn the water off. Water was dripping down his wall after we had taken a shower. Then we noticed grout was missing around some of the bathtub. The kitchen and bathroom floors need help.
