We absolutely loved this condo! It’s a perfect location, has everything you need and we had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. You can’t ask for more than that. Pool out back, perfect temp, nice seating area, Beach right out front, it was gorgeous weather. Great restaurants, bars and shops, all within 1 Block. Comfortable bed, great TV, kitchen had everything we needed. Towels provided. An A+ stay. Thank You!!!

First timer and laid back relaxing vibe. 8 unit building around a heated pool and very convenient to bars and resteraunts. Perfect for two but also has pull out couch. Bottom floor some minor noise from upstairs unit but minimal. We love this area the best after trying Clearwater, Madeira Beach and Siesta Key previous years.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute condo! Perfect location for walking to breakfast, dinners, bars! Watch the sunset from the patio! And the pool was also so nice for a break from the beach. Just loved it and would definitely stay there again!

We very much enjoyed our stay , the unit was as described , neat and clean and very comfortable.
The bed in the bedroom is huge and comfortable! Our only concern was the pool deck being messy upon arrival but it was quickly corrected when mentioned! Great location , close to everything, and you can hear the ocean from the living room!

No pets please.
This is the third time I have stayed in this building. Second time in this condo. Condo is clean and perfect location. Only problem this time was the dog in unit 3 that was left in condo alone every evening to bark non stop. It barked nonstop even when tenents were at the pool. Could not enjoy the front porch at all if tenents were not there in their condo. Loved the condo. Dog next door, not so much.

Perfect Location
The Location was perfect. The pool was a wonderful. Condo and outdoor furniture/patio needed a good scrub: fire alarms going off in unit 6 times one morning at 0800 and there was no fire. Maintenance immediately and replaced all fire alarms. Maintenance guy was fantastic and nice! I’m and out! Charles from ITrip wasn’t very helpful during booking or after. Wouldn’t answer any emails or questions I had. Never booked VRBO before and he was no help figuring it out.

We've been coming to Pass a Grille Beach for many years, this is our second time to stay in this location. We love this unit and all it has to offer fits us perfect. Owners are receptive and were open and responsive to suggestions. BTW we loved the new shower! We plan on being there again next year.

Nice stay except a few details
We had a nice stay at this condo. The location is perfect if you want to be in PassAGrille. The condo was spacious for our small family of 3. Having the full kitchen and laundry was nice. The pool area is smaller, but never seemed crowded. The only complaints we had was that the dishwasher makes a very loud sound and can’t be used when you are in the unit, and housekeeping rushed us out by actually entering 15-20 minutes before check out, and we had to do our last minute packing dodging them and hoping we got everything. They arrived an hour early and just stared at our place and us, and finally I asked them to wait until our actual check out time. They either didn’t understand or didn’t care. It was not a great way to end what was otherwise a nice stay.

Kitchen wasn't as clean as we had hoped. dish washer was full of dishes. found dirty silverware in the drawers. Other than that the stay was great.

Was good to feel kind of normal again
My family and I haven’t traveled since the onset of COVID, so this was our first trip. Pass-a-Grille was as beautiful as ever and this place was perfect for us! Exactly what we needed, plus a pool!! Will definitely stay here again!

Much needed getaway!!
We chose the Pass-a-Grille area to be away from all the tourists and crowds and it was perfect. The beach was just a short stroll across the road and we never felt crowded on the beach. We had the pool to ourselves when we chose to sit there too. We found the seafood market a few blocks away and cooked all meals at the condo. The pans were not the best but we were able to make do. The bed has a very soft topper but the king size was nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the quiet area.

The property is a great spot. Have stay in this condo several times and will go there again. We have stay in two of the units and they were both roomy and well kept. Had an issue with the air conditioner this time but we call the maintenance number and it was taken care of quickly. Great spot. Great vacation.

Awesome condo, close to beach and restaurants. The only thing they need to add is a full length mirror and instructions on how to use the thermostat.

Great Stay
Had a great stay. Cannot beat the convenience to the beach and the quiet, laid back and safe atmosphere of Passa Grille.
Very happy with the condo other than the temp schedule on the thermostat.
Dishwasher was broke but maintenance responded very quickly to get it up and running.
All in all it was a great place and a great stay!

Beach Get-away
I have stayed in this building before and will stay again. I had everything I needed, but other units I stayed in had a vacuum cleaner which is helpful with sand. Saw one dead roach and one live one. Other than that, a great place.

This property sets in the heart of pass-a-grille! Beach at your front door & pool at the back door!
We love the direct access to the pool just out the back door! The rooms were very spacious and the laundry room so handy! The beach just across the street allowed for quick access to snacks and bathroom when spending the day on the beach! A short walk to the ice cream shop was a bonus! We will certainly rent this unit again!

Short visit. Loved the neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and shop in walking distance. On bus route. Beach across the street. Only issues is parking not always in front of condo. Had to park a block or more down the street.

Now this is a beach vacation!
Loved the condo, loved the location, loved the beach. This place was comfortable and clean. Right across the street from the beach and they had the beach equipment we needed - two beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels and a cooler. Just bring your sunscreen and a book (they also had a small selection in the condo if you forgot your book!) and you're set.
The pool was clean and right out the back door of the condo.
Nice restaurant choices and cute shops right around the corner. We'll be back! Thanks.

Perfect for two
This is the quiet area of St. Pete Beach. The condo was extremely clean. There was a little porch on the street side for watching the world go by. There is a pool a few steps out the back door. There are two beach towels, two beach chairs and an umbrella for a trip to the beach. The bed was comfy. A two block walk gets you to the fishing area. That was a good place to catch a glimpse of dolphins. I can't think of anything that was missing. We didn't have a car and the trolley was an easy way to navigate.
Early check in may not always be available, so plan your trip to adhere to stated check in times.

Luck of the Irish
Having been moved from another condo in Treasure Island my wife and I were delighted with this condo right acroas from the beach.
Small complex of eight units with a pool area . We stayed in no 2 which was very well layed out with up to date facilities.
Only downside was ac unit was in a room of the bedroom without a door to reduce noise quite noisey at night.
Unit could also do with a full size ironing board and wvwn a small safe would be a really usful addition .
We loved this unit and you can expect a great stay here .
