We feel fortunate to have stayed at this property. It is very spacious and everything worked.

We had a great stay in the condo. The space was just what we needed for a working vacation. One thing that should be updated on the listing for this property is the photos/description of the blue building with the outlook in front. This is not the building that the condo was actually located in; it was in the beige building next door which didn't appear to be related at all. While directions were provided in a text it was just very confusing. The management company was very responsive when we had issues so in the end we got in.
This is a great location with access to beach across the street and some great restaurants on 8th Street. Would definitely rent again.

This unit was perfect for a long weekend at the beach. Clean, well equipped & charming. I stayed in another unit in the same building last year & give high praise to Charles & Liz for managing them so well. Any questions I had were answered quickly in a text. Looking forward to returning next year!

Great location and quiet area. Restaurants were within walking distance. Pool is hidden from public and very clean. Beach was not wide enough to lay out but only 2 blocks was plenty of room.

We recently stayed for an extended weekend for our anniversary and it was wonderful. Condo is exactly as described. You can see the beach from the patio and it’s a little private/secluded with the palm trees around the building. The awning on the patio was nice to get a break from the sun. We walked everywhere. Several restaurants and bars in close proximity. Only suggestion I would give is maybe replace the shower head. It’s seen better days. But we love it and will definitely stay here again!

I went back and forth about a 4 or 5 star on this condo, but went ahead and opted for a 5 star. There were only a few things that could be fixed to ensure that future guest wouldn't hesitate to give it a 5 star. 1st - the shower head needs replaced / 2nd - cable box in the bedroom didn't work, but I really only tried watching TV the first night - 3rd -the bed is to hard and needs to be replaced with a softer bed or put a foam mattress topper on it. That was really all I had a problem with. The place is beautiful and you can't beat the location. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone that wan't a great little get-a-way.

Updated unit, steps from the beach. Quieter building, ample space to unpack belongings, sit out on porch. Unit as is described. Be prepared to find nothing else outside of written listing. If you want to cook in, plan to bring or purchase all spices, foil, etc. A bit tough when flying but the location of unit within Pass-A-Grille can't be beat.

This will be our second stay. It's just great !
Side comments: Hot/cold water fluctuates in the shower.
Wash Machine door doesn't close.
Beside that we will go again and again. Wish they would correct these issues.

Couldn’t ask for more. Perfect location. Perfect size condo. Clean and updated. Loved sitting on the patio, bike riding, and going to the beach which was a few steps away. Restaurants were only steps away. We left our car parked for our entire getaway.

Anniversary Weekend
We had an awesome time celebrating our Anniversary weekend. The condo was just as posted. It was the perfect space for two people. Very close to the beach and all restaurants. We have stayed in Pass-a-grille before and love this historic area. We will be back again!

Property is across the street from the beach and is in the heart of the historic pass a grill neighborhood. Secluded from spring break feel and allows to imagine what Florida was like 100 years ago.
Pool is nice and gives you an option to the beach.
Area restaurants are a little disappointing. Recommend travel for restaurants and cooking in

I was looking for a late summer get-away in the St Pete Beach area, and the property met my needs and expectations. It is conveniently located across from the beach and within a block or two walk to bars and restaurants. I would stay there again.
