This unit was exactly as advertised. We were very comfortable and everything was clean and in working order.

Booked this unit because we are sick of the headaches every time we stay at shores of Panama. The unit was wonderful and well stocked. Only thing we needed that we didn’t find was a pizza cutter. We loved the resort. Easy parking garage elevators we buys at time but still very fast. Main outdoor pool is very shaded so stays cool. The big indoor pool was closed for our trip which made the other one crowded.

We enjoyed the location and amenities, the condo, however, was not so great. The beds are awful, like I woke up in pain everyday. Matteresses are hard and you can feel every spring. The jetted tub is nice if you can stand the constant dripping, super fun when you’re trying to go to sleep. The TV stopped working, the dishwasher is broken, the garbage disposal is broken, the living room furniture is worn out with no support. Should have been thrown out years ago. The balcony has wooden Adirondack chairs which aren’t a good choice for a balcony. You’re sitting on the ground basically so it ruins the view and they are super uncomfortable if you’re over 35. Also note the parking garage is across the street so it’s quite the hike to your condo. The balcony is inset so if you’re coming for those gulf front breezes you won’t be getting any, no air moving at all and full sun all day. We didn’t mind the things like the garage and balcony, we could live with that. But everything being broken and worn out and uncomfortable we definitely over paid for this unit, don’t make the same mistake.

I have stayed at the Majestic numerous times. I love the section of PCB this condo is located in. It's on the more quiet side of PCB, IMO. I will definitely rent this condo the same time next year. It's a little outdated as far as looks, but honestly, how much time do you really spend in a condo?

The owner of the condo fails to mention that you must leave the blue wrist bands that you are required to wear on the property. There was no sign, no notification at all, nothing. Then all of a sudden after being gone from the property for a week my card is charged $80 because we didn’t return the 4 blue wrist bands. Now remind you these are cheap like $0.50 rubber wrist bands that the con artist of a condo owner charges $80 for 4 of them. I attempted to call and email him several times but didn’t get an answer.
The stay overall was nice but spending $80 for 4 rubber wrist bands ruined it for me.

This is a good condo and we had a wonderful vacation! The beds are not comfortable but we put a blanket under the mattress and it helped out a lot. Living room furniture could be updated. The pools and hot tub are great and the ocean view was beautiful! We would stay there again.

This is a great place for a beach vacation. We enjoyed sunrise and sunset from our balcony that overlooked the gulf. The beach gets a bit crowded but that makes for good people watching. We were able to walk to several restaurants. The check-in instructions were a bit confusing until we did it; all the staff were friendly and helpful to guide us to through the process. It is a bit of a walk from the parking garage/amenities building to the condo.

Prior to stay, owner not always responsive; however, once we were there, he was quick to reply and extremely thoughtful. Except for floors and some utensils, mostly clean. Decent decor. No real "extras" (i.e., games, cards, Keurig, premium channels, etc.) that would be expected at the price, but definitely had the basics. Resort very nice and great location. Would recommend with those provisos since owner so nice.

Our stay inside this Majestic Resort condo was Amazing!! The Property Manager, Mark, was very professional and courteous, and he made this entire process very easy from start to finish. This unit was very clean, and we loved how the location was in walking distance from some of the restaurants and a short drive over to Pier Park. We will definitely be staying here again on our next beach vacation.

Loved it. The beach was great. No seaweed. The pool was great also and the entertainment was really nice. The many restaurants provided delicious meals. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend any to plan a vacation at Panama City.

Condo is outdated; shower in hall bath wouldn't come on; shower in master bath wouldn't go off; living room furniture is old and dirty; could not park in garage because owner never updated the parking passes so we had to spend our vacation doing his job; coffee grounds were left from previous visitor; thought $$ paid for housekeeping would have taken care of that; headboard in master bedroom bangs the wall every time you turn over; we left 2 days early because the condo was too depressing; never got the "beach" feeling from this condo.

We had a great stay!! Our ‘girls’ trip was five of us (ages 21-60ish) and we loved it! Location was beautiful and convenient for our needs. Restaurants and entertainment within walking distance(even for Mom-who had both knees replaced this year!) We especially loved beginning and ending our days of excitement in the hot tubs and pools. Beach is absolutely gorgeous! Ubers very quick and convenient to the farther-than-walking-distance fun. Restaurants we loved: The Saltwater Grill, Barefoot on the Beach. Coyote Ugly was great 21+ entertainment (just START with the fishbowl!! 😆) Our room was just what we wanted, we grocery shopped the first day(Walmart was a short Uber away) and had all we wanted for snacks and dinners and lunches on the go. Made our own breakfasts, mixed our own drinks(from the awesome Walmart liquor store). We had no issues at all! The host, Mark, was responsive every time we texted for anything-even trivial stuff(like: where the heck are the garbage bags? 😆). We would definitely stay here again!!
