One large master bedroom, King bed, with red sliding barn doors, high-end pull out couch, Queen bed, in living room plus two twins configured in a day bed. High end linens. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, eating area for four. Bath with shower/tub. Full laundry room with portacrib and changing table. High chair. WiFi, Comcast cable, flat screen TV. Amazon Alexa music. Lovely, private patio with table and four chairs, umbrella and lawn. Webber charcoal grill. Parking. We are on site but very separate so guests have almost total privacy.

We were in the Sacramento area for a quick 2 day visit (for a wedding), and this house was a perfect place for us to chill and relax. Great location if needing to be in East Sac area (Carmichael), and close to many reataurants and shopping. Comfy beds and nice layout, i highly recommend.

The cottage offers privacy, beautiful rustic decor, comfort and is stocked with all you need. It was ideally located for us. Sally greeted us upon arrival and was gracious. We will definitely reserve this cottage again.

The cottage was sparkling clean, bright and cozy. We stayed three nights and loved the linens, the kitchen and nice big refrigerator, the washer and dryer, and the neighborhood which is wonderful. We had no problems at all, made most of our meals in the kitchen, and enjoyed sitting on the front porch for drinks in the afternoon. Very pleasant, recommended!!

Wife and I came for the GoldenSky Country Music Festival and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. This place was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. This rental was perfect! The host was very helpful and always available if we had questions. Definitely recommend this place and we will be staying again.

Cottage was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Sally was very easy to contact when needed, but we gave us plenty of privacy. Loved taking the dog for walks in the neighborhood. Very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again if in the area.

One of the most comfortable stays I've ever had using VRBO or any other vacation rental. The cottage was extremely clean and decor well thought out to make a semi-small space work very well and feel larger. It was very cozy and comfortable and full of high quality amenities. Our only regret is that our schedule wasn't as busy and were able to stay at the cottage longer. Our host Sally, was great with communication and had the lights on for us knowing we were arriving late in the evening. Thanks again for sharing your wonderful space! Darren & Cher

This property was exactly as described, and in a beautiful & private neighborhood. Only negative I would mention, is that the front door and bathroom could really use some window coverings for some added privacy. Otherwise everything was fantastic!

This was the best rental stay we've ever booked. The host is wonderful and made the whole process easy and efficient. Anything you might need was on-site and the place was super clean. We have issues with fragrances and were assured by the host that there were none. She was correct! Plus the place is beautiful and it's in a great location. Highly recommend!

This was our first time staying at a vrbo and this little cottage was so adorable! It was private and clean and felt safe. From the moment we pulled into the neighborhood to walking in the front door it felt like home. It is well equipped and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back. Sally was an amazing host. Her communication was almost immediate despite being on her own trip. She offered both early check-in and late check-out which helped out immensely! The cottage was exactly as pictured and super clean feeling. I had an issue with the bathroom mirror which I brought to her attention, and she instantly offered to send out a handyman to fix it. Wonderful experience, I will definitely be back in the future!

My family stayed a week and it was the perfect spot for us. We had enough space for a family of 4 and I loved there was a patio out front where I could drink my coffee in the morning and not wake up the kids. This was probably the best stocked property we have stayed at- it had everything we needed for the week. I loved the laundry room, keurig machine, and the comfy bed. The decor, natural light and vaulted ceilings made this guest house feel spacious and bright. We would definitely return here in the future. Thank you Sally for a great stay!

We stayed here during a basketball tournament for our daughter. Our friends were in overcrowded hotels with issues and we felt bad because we loved our place so much. Sally’s cottage is beautiful and full of character . Comfortable and stocked of all things needed to have a perfect stay away from home. We ate breakfast outside every morning. Slept peacefully at night. Would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful cottage and nicely decorated. Property owner does not bother tenants. Breakfast is not included as it states on site. Safe neighborhood, not a lot to do in the area, drove quite a bit to outlying activities. Cozy

My wife and I stayed for 30 days and really enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly and advertised. A great house, with privacy and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, all set in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Sally, the host, was wonderful and was available any time we had a question. The home itself is decorated in beautiful colors. It feels open and spacious inside. The artwork has a Western theme. It has its own huge private yard. Sally is very gracious and generous. She brought out toys and vehicles for the little toddler to enjoy. The neighborhood is gorgeous: densely wooded, huge landscaped properties with elegant homes, friendly pedestrians, and winding streets with very little traffic.

The setting of cottage is in a very nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. Most homes in area were built in the 50’s and are on lots of over an acre. Very safe area and Walker friendly. Sally is a very accommodating hostess. 5 ⭐️

We love this cottage. My wife and three kids all enjoy being able to play outside, walk the neighborhood, and come and go without worry of security or safety. Our host is always attentive and gracious!

I came to this property for quiet and reflection on my birthday. It was amazing and so comfortable! I loved the whole experience and the turkeys in the yard were a hoot. I'm so grateful to Sally for allowing me to bring my little dog. He really enjoyed the spacious yard, too. I have already recommended to friends locally for when they have family coming to town and I really hope to return!!! 5 Stars all around!
