We love the Terraces so much we purchased another unit in the North Tower of the Terraces. So travel with family and friends and they can stay in our other unit. This is a Deluxe 2 bedroom/ 2 Bath Unit. Our unit is located at the base of Steamboat's Mount Werner. Less than 200 yds to the slope. You can look directly at Steamboat mountain from our spacious balcony, along with a great lower valley view. There is a view out of every window in this unit. THIS CONDO IS A GREAT VALUE. The Terraces at Eagle Ridge provides the finest amenities, including shuttle service to and from the slopes. You can relax in our heated outdoor pool or hot tub, or wander the Burgess Creek walking path to one of the many restaurants and stores. There is a grocery store just a few short steps from the condo. For the convenience of our guest This luxurious two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is located on the second floor which can be reached by stairs or elevator. For your convenience we have a washer and dryer in our unit. This unit is stocked with everything you could need to feel cog right at home. One of the great amenities is the assigned parking space in our underground heated parking garage. Our unit provides a large flat screen television in the family room and a flat screen television in each bedroom. We provide family videos for your entertainment. There is a DVD player for each television. For your musical enjoyment we have a stereo. This unit has been professionally decorated to keep your comfort in mind. Granite counter tops carpet and tile floors, stainless steel appliances. This is a NON SMOKING UNIT. This unit is stocked with basic necessities to make your stay more enjoyable, i.e. shampoo, cream rinse, soap, paper towels, hair dryers. THERE ARE NO PETS ALLOWED IN THIS UNIT. If you lke groceries delivered for your stay, just let us knows. The master bedroom has a King-size Bed . with a window looking at the beautiful valley of Steamboat and its Mountains. The second bedroom has a bunk bed which is a twin and a full. Great views from this bedroom also. We have a Queen Sleeper sofa in the living room. Free High-speed internet provided. There is a private shuttle that will take you to and from the mountain if you like. But it is a very short walk. This shuttle is only available during the ski season. This unit is in a great location and has wonderful views! It is equipped with everything you need to be comfortable- loved having humidifiers in every room! Quick walk to Wild Plum market as well as to the ski area. Linda was quick to respond with all my queries! Would highly recommend this condo :D

Overall the lodging met all our expectations and Linda was on top of replying to any questions we had. We were glad we stayed here for our first trip to Steamboat. Just a few minor comments, perhaps newer cooking pans could be purchased. They are showing their age. Also the tea kettle was rusted on the inside.
A few things more related to the property, the elevator was out of service during our stay which was an inconvenience and the fitness room could use some updating.
All in all, we would stay again and would recommend it to our family and friends.

Everything you needed was included in the unit. The first place we’ve stayed where we didn’t have to buy too much after flying in like toilet paper and laundry detergent. It was so nice. The kitchen is very equipped. The location was absolutely perfect and we loved the pool and hot tub! We can’t wait to come back. Only thing I can recommend is to replace the bottom bunk mattress. It felt like sleeping on a rock. Other than that, it was perfect!!

Good location, shuttle pickup is right outside of the parking garage/entryway, runs every 10 minutes. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub.
Ran into a snafu and the owner was very receptive/communicative.

Totally enjoyed this condo! The condo has a view of the slopes and the pool/hot tub from it's balcony. If you have a car, there is onsite parking in the connected heated community garage with an elevator. The unit was roomy, clean and well stocked. Communication with host was awesome. We had some questions which were promptly answered. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

My family and I rented Linda's condo as we were in town, form San Diego, for the SBT GRVL bike race. The apartment itself was exactly what we needed, having plenty of space and sleeping room for my wife and I plus our 2 young children. The pool in the complex was ideal for kids to swim in and they very much enjoyed this facility. There is a free bus into downtown Steamboat less than 5 minutes walk away which was very handy also.
Overall a great apartment and Linda was very helpful with any questions we posed of her. Highly recommended

Perfect Spring Break ski getaway
We loved the condo and its proximity to the slopes. Quick and easy walk to the gondola. We were lucky to have great snow and conditions, and we loved the ski locker at the mountain. Our 6 year-old loved the heated pool and we loved the hot tub. Thanks!

We loved our stay and would definitely come back. I highly recommend. The condo was comfortable, well furnished, and the views and location were amazing.
The set up was user friendly for skiing. The walk to the base of the mountain followed a path that was off the street and took about 5 minutes. The ski locker at the base of the mountain was clutch in not having to drag gear back and forth. The condo was close enough to the base that we could eat lunch at the condo to warm up and run wet gear thru the dryer. The view out the windows was amazing and we loved watching the sunsets. The peaks of the mountains looking like they were glowing.
The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with everything you could need to cook with and quite a bit of random spices and materials that weren't guaranteed but were a definite plus. We were able to get groceries delivered to the condo from Safeway. Don't rely on Instacart they don't have enough drivers and our order got delayed by 2 days.
Go Alpine was the most affordable airport shuttle we could find and worked out great as well and dropped us off and picked us up at the step of the condo. The bus to downtown Steamboat was easy to catch as well. We walked 5 minutes to the base of the mountain and took the escalator up to the bus stop.

Our family enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, nicely decorated condo. Enjoyed sipping coffee on the balcony with a great view of the mountains. Very close to the ski lift with shuttle stop in front of the property. The owner was very accommodating and helpful when I had questions. I highly recommend!

Perfect Location
Had a wonderful stay in Steamboat. The condo was clean and had all necessary amenities. The location couldn't have been better, made getting everywhere (downtown, ski hill, grocery store) very easy. We didn't have a car and didn't need one. It was important to me to have a balcony with a good view and it did not disappoint. Linda was very responsive to any questions or requests we had. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo is in the perfect location to enjoy the resort and mountain with a locker right on site for your gear. The owners were fabulous and so very helpful as we had LOTS of questions before arriving! Highly recommend..... we hope to be back to this area again!

Absolute Fantastic Property For a Family/Friend Ski Trip!!!
Location is close enough to everything to make it really convenient to have fun. Very short walk to lifts, close to restaurants, grocer nearby, and excellent view of the mountain. The interior is very nice and well kept/stocked. Owner was very helpful in supplying "Helpful Hints/Things To Do"... It really helped deciding on restaurants and fun activities to do while in Steamboat. We certainly plan to come back!!

Lovely condo!
My husband and I had a quiet and restful stay in this beautiful condo. Steamboat Springs has so much to offer and the view and pool/hot tub were great.
We had some plumbing issues but those were quickly addressed and Linda was very helpful.
