Nestled in Cocoa Beach, this attractive condo for $225 per night is a great option for your next trip. An ideal retreat from the rat race, coastal living at its best! Updated second floor condo features a stylish and comfortable living area, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a fully stocked kitchen all to make your vacation a dream come true. After a day of swimming, surf fishing, surfing, tennis or golf relax on the leather sofa or in one of the tub chairs while watching the 42 inch HDTV with broadband cable. A library of DVDs and a player are also available. Bring your laptop, iPad or other internet device because free highspeed wifi is provided. There's a card table and four folding chairs for puzzles and games. The roomy kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to prepare a quick meal or a holiday dinner. Dinnerware and utensiles will feed a party of twelve. Cleanup is a snap with the built-in dishwasher. The dinning table will seat 6. The large master bedroom with a king size bed has access to the balcony. With the doors open, let the sounds of the surf lull you to sleep. If the sound of the surf is not what you want, there is a 32 inch HDTV for your viewing pleasure. The second bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have ample closet space and large dressers to store your posessions. Premium linens are provided. Beach chairs, beach towels and sand toys are available for your use. Our attached covered parking space just steps from the elevator makes arrivals and departures a dream. There is ample open parking spaces for additional vehicles. This place was very nice, and Judy was very helpful! It had all of the amenities you would need; dishes, pots and pans, ice cube trays, blender, toaster, microwave, all of the normal stuff at a house including some cleaning supplies if you needed them during the week. There was also sunscreen and bug spray in the closet when we left. I'm sure that stuff comes and goes but I'm just putting this in the review so that you stop at the condo before you do major grocery shopping. The storage locker had tons of stuff for the beach, including lots of chairs, umbrellas, a couple fishing rod holders, boogie boards. Pool was nice and refreshing, beach was only a two minute walk from the door to the water. Thanks again for an excellent stay!

The location of this condo was great! Close to the pier, food, stores, Kennedy Space Center, kayaking and boating. The condo was spacious and clean! Judy was helpful and accommodating when I contacted her for a favor. We would stay again:)

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The condo is everything as advertised! It is super close to the Pier, shops, and restaurants. We barely moved the car the entire week! Don’t hesitate booking this condo if vacationing in Cocoa Beach or Cape Canaveral.

We love this condo! So much that we have stayed here 3 times (every single time that we have visited Cocoa Beach)! We truly have fallen in love with Cocoa Beach. We plan to revisit again, and you guessed it, we will hopefully be able to stay in Judy's condo again. There are so many things that I love about this condo: steps from the beach, centrally located but in a quiet area, clean, and spacious. Do not hesitate to rent this condo!

Older building but well maintained. Clear instructions left and everything you need is in the unit. Only one elevator is working but never a long wait. Host was very nice! Best feature is balcony and closeness to the beach. Pool was heated for chilly February days.

This property is just as described on the VRBO site. It literally has everything you need and then some. The Kitchen has all the appliances you would ever need, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, and everything you need for the beach including chairs, beach towels, umbrella, boggie boards, and a medium sized cooler. The condo was clean and very spacious. We didn't use the pool, but it looked very nice and well maintained. The designated parking spot was also nice. I would definitely stay there again!

Ms Judy was a dream to work with! I misread the listing as having a washer/dryer in the unit instead of a coin washer/dryer in the hallway outside the unit. With coins being hard to come by Ms Judy brought us some quarters…we came for a softball tournament:) thank you Ms Judy

We had a wonderful time! The place was clean and stocked with everything needed plus some. They even had some small toys and board games and books for the adults. Pool was great and a short walk to the beach was amazing! We definitely will be staying in unit #25 again! The owner was amazing and so kind!

This condo was perfect for us! Well equipped, clean, very comfortable beds, and great access to the pool and beach. Beach chairs and towels were provided. The large balcony was great for enjoying morning coffee, a glass of wine in the evening, and listening to the sounds the waves. Easy walk to restaurants. Shopping is nearby. We watched 2 launches from the beach. Judy was easy to reach and great to work with. We’ll be back!

The location can’t be any better. Quiet building and guests. Easy walk to several restaurants. Fantastic morning walks on the road just west and afternoon walks on the beach, when the tide went out. Can’t say enough nice things about the property owner, Judy. Very responsive. We definitely will be back!

The condo was clean and spacious. We had everything you could need when we arrived, clean linens and towels, tid bits in the kitchen needed for light cooking. The balcony is huge and relaxing to just sit and listen to the ocean at night before bed. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated how quiet the condo complex was. Everyone staying/living there was very respectful of one another.

Great Location.

We were very happy with this rental. Easy walk to the pier, and great beach for kids. The pool was closed the first day we were there, and for the duration of our stay due to maintenance issues. The ocean view from the balcony is limited.

The condo is wonderful. Right on the beach and a great location by the pier. They also provide beach chairs, towels, beach toys and a cooler which is great. The main bedroom has a large king bed which was super comfortable. We would definitely return.
