Hôtel très confortable
Personnel très agréable, disponible et à l'écoute de nos demandes. Pour un premier voyage seule je me suis sentie très bien entourée ! Je suis arrivée tôt à Lima après un long vol et on m'a permit d'accéder à ma chambre plus tôt, c'était très appréciable. Chambre très bien décorée, eau bien chaude, lit très confortable. Quartier très calme également.
L'insonorisation des chambres est quasi inexistante. Ma fenêtre donnait sur la cour intérieure de l'hôtel et j'avais l'impression que les personnes qui discutaient étaient dans ma chambre. Il y a en plus de la musique dans le hall l'après-midi ce qui rend impossible une sieste.

Agradable y confortable.
La atención del personal muy profesional, agradables, atentos y siempre con una sonrisa. Se siente el esmero en que hacen su trabajo. En todo momento me ayudaron a ubicar restaurantes donde comer, como movilizarme por la ciudad, un plus las infusiones que a toda hora estan disponibles y el desayuno muy rico y completo.
Tener una computadora para trabajar en el hotel.

Fiquei com a impressão que o hotel tinha acabado de abrir por conta das necessidades básicas de melhoria.
Decoração moderna e sofisticada Ambiente confortante Cama, travesseiros, edredom, toalhas e roupão excelentes
Todos os apartamentos tem problema No segunda andar nenhum dos apartamentos possuía água quente O banheiro comum do terceiro andar não possui água nenhuma O armário do frigobar não é funcional e difícil de abrir Funcionários pouco preparados

Very good location, but much simpler than one would expect.
Great location and fantastic breakfast. The place felt overall very safe, as well as clean, which is essential. The staff were all nice and clearly professional. Being in San Isidro, it is a good price for how well located it is.
The advertised photos are way better than the place itself. It is indeed a nice Hotel Boutique, but not as fancy as it may seem by the pictures. The rooms are not very much sound-isolated (I could hear someone snoring one night, from another room: nothing terrible at all -was actually funny- but I think it's useful information to know beforehand.)

Exceeded expectations.
The hotel was immaculate. Possibly the cleanest hotel in Peru. Great linens, towels, robe. Wonderful shower. The staff was lovely. Exceeded all expectations. The care of the owner and staff is obvious.
Breakfast was the only weak point. Day 1 was great. Day 2, I finally cancelled after waiting a long, long time. Fruit was not fresh either day.
