Spacious suite with large living room, guest bathroom, large main bathroom, very comfortable bed, pillows and fantastic shower.
The breakfast was the best I had in our 2 week start in Peru.
The indoor pool and gym were great with towels and locker provided. Great steam and sauna within the chafing rooms as well.
The are felt very safe, for an early meeting taxi, the security gates needs to be opened by security to be able to enter the complex.
Location is good with lots of nice restaurants nearby including Astrid y Gaston that I coughs recommend.
Staff were amazing and all went the extra mile from contrasting or uber to help retrieve a mobile phone to, changing money for smaller notes, providing toothpaste when we had run out etc, etc.
Salt the outdoor pool and garden we're out of use owing to housing a wedding.
The Café acoustics are a bit canteen like for breakfast, lots of hard surfaces made it quite raucous. No swimwear dryer in the channing rooms which weighs have come in handy.
Mini bar want stocked though I'm sure we could have asked for this, vegetarian options we're limited on room service menu.

The staff were excellent throughout our stay. The reception team was very attentive and helpful, as were the restaurant staff and everyone we interacted with at the hotel. The room was always very clean and well maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable.

Excellent facilities, lovely pool area, the buffet breakfast is amazing. Very good location. Staff are incredibly helpful and professional.
