Our home, RIM VIEW CHATEAU at Lake Powell, is a gorgeous luxurious 3 story home of over 4300 square feet with 7 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms that has amazing views and includes a beautiful spa and pool! With more than 300 feet of view fence, you find yourself nestled on a large private property that sits high on the Manson Mesa with unlimited views of Lake Powell, the Glen Canyon Dam, the Colorado River, Page National Golf Course, amazing plateaus and canyons that invite more than 2 million visitors per year! You can relax in luxury and fall asleep with your eyes wanting to stay open just to enjoy the views from your room. We had a family stay of 14 people. 1 year old to 75! The home was that...a home. Expansive, amazingly stocked, and the outdoor living area was incredible. The view will leave you breathless, truly that good. We utilized the hot tub and the firepit, enjoying both the evening and day views. The hosts, Amy, Scott and Brandon were wonderful. The location is central to so many amazing places to hike and see.
We would definitely stay here again.LOVED IT!!!!!

Scott’s home has everything you could need for your Lake Powell vacation. So much space inside and out, close to walking paths, short drive to Wahweap marina, and breathtaking views. Our families enjoyed soaking in the hot tub while kids played in the pool with the floaties and toys or playing air hockey and Pac-Man in the basement. The kitchen was fantastic with plenty of seating for all of us. Fully equipped with a high chair, pack n plays, all your kitchen needs, large pantry, coffee maker, keurig, blender, literally just about everything. We would definitely return! Thanks for a fantastic stay!

There is nothing like this place! The views, the amenities, the proximity to all of the sights and experiences—it just does not get better. As my highly particular boomer mother put, “I think I would actually want to come back here.” This is a first, y’all! The cold pool during the heat wave, the amazing spa, and all of the great beds were used by our large family group spanning 9 months old to 75 years old. The arcade games, air hockey, tvs, and toys helped the indoor hours pass, but nothing could beat just sitting out and taking in the views. The longest we drive to our planned excursions was about 15 minutes (save the other rim of the Grand Canyon). I loved the helicopter tour and landing on Tower Butte, the Lake Powell boat tour, and the amazing Secret Antelope slot canyon tour. There is so much to do, but you feel like you are on vacation sitting on the couch seeing the gorgeous views from all the house windows. Excellent communication with owners and house managers. They came to check on the house a few times too! The basement bedrooms get a lot colder and darker than the upstairs ones, and the beds are a little more comfy down there, so we put the littles and the early risers upstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked and we cooked a lot every day very easily. Loved using the grill! Loved the hikes right from the neighborhood trail. It was an unforgettable family vacation. Thank you!

The house was perfect! Space and rooms for our family vacation. We had 13 people and it was beyond equipped for that many! We loved every second of being at the house. The pool and the owner’s went over the top to make sure we were comfy! It was a vacation we will always remember! Page is most see and the house is a must stay!

We had a great time at this property! Had plenty of room for our group of 9 and we enjoyed all the property had to offer from the pool, fire pit, hot tub, to the large downstairs living area where we watched movies. This was a great house that worked in all the important ways for us!

We planned a 10 day national parks trip for 9 of our family members that included 3 nights at this house. It was everything that was advertised and more (I cannot say the same for another house we rented through vrbo)! It's a beautiful neighborhood that sits on a cliff overlooking Lake Powell. When we arrived we were greeted by someone who was hired to be our point of contact for the duration of our stay (a friend of the owners). The house does not disappoint! The outdoor space is a dream! The indoor space includes a beautiful kitchen and very comfortable living room with incredible views. On the first floor there is a master plus one other bedroom. There are 2 more bedrooms on the second floor. And there are 3 bedrooms on the lower level which were perfect for our teenagers and kids in their 20's because the lower level is where the games are as well but, in my opinion, they rooms are perfectly suited for older adults as well. The fact that all the bedrooms had a king or queen bed was perfect for our group of adults who all wanted their own rooms. The only issue we had was a minor one - the ice machine didn't work - we called the person who greeted us and he was there within a very short time to inspect the problem and then immediately went to the store and got us some bags of ice when it was determined the problem couldn't be immediately resolved. The only thing I'd warn people about is to be careful walking around the outdoor space in the evening as tiers! Enjoy!

What a fantastic property in a perfect location! This house was perfect for our entire family. The abundance of pantry items was great. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, game room, and amazing views! Page is a great town with plenty of places to get an amazing meal. Memories for a lifetime!

This property was absolutely amazing. The outside area was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed cooking and hanging out by the hot tub, pool and fire pit. We had Bryan contact us prior to arrival, and met us at the house and reviewed how to operate everything. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The property was exactly as it looked in the pictures... Absolutely AMAZING! For us, this was a phenomenal location as we hiked rim to rim in the Grand Canyon. Though the GC was a little bit of a ride, we needed to get to the North Rim to start, and our ride picked us up at the South Rim. Page was the perfect location. I can't say enough about this property or the owners. This was a phenomenal trip for us and having such a great place to stay really put it over the top! Five Stars All The Way Around!!!

This house is amazing. Plenty of space for us to spread out, the kitchen is very well-appointed, and we really enjoyed the outdoor patios, pool and sitting areas. From the patios, we watched the sunrise and sunset each day. The house manager was available and quick to respond with recommendations for tours and Lake Powell access. Highly recommend.

My daughter wanted to explore Arizona and the Lake Powell area to celebrate her high school graduation! We had 13 people in our group and this was the perfect property for all of us. The house had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub area was amazing! We really enjoyed all of the family time we had hanging out in and around the pool. I have never stayed in a vacation rental that had a concierge and Amanda was great! It was so nice that she was there when we arrived and showed us around the property. It was nice to know she was available if we had a question or needed anything. The views from the house were breathtaking and we were able to view some beautiful sunsets! We were close to everything we wanted to see and do. We went to both Upper and Lower Antelope Canyons, spent a day on Lake Powell and visited Horseshoe Bend. This property was by far the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in!

The property was perfection. We spent most of our time outside, either at the lake, which was only a short drive away or in the backyard, swimming and taking in the stunning sunsets. This was by far one of the best rentals we've ever stayed at and can't wait to rebook for another family trip next year! We all joked that the backyard view has forever ruined sunsets for us- nothing compares!

The property managers were very responsive and friendly. There were coolers to take out on the lake. Speaking of the lake, do not not not rent a pontoon for lake Powell…Only a big speedboat or houseboat. We legit almost capsized in the pontoon we rented- terrifying (and we are from MI; my dad, the driver, lives on a lake and owns a pontoon). Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend are stunning and worth the trip, but honestly be so so so careful about Lake Powell (and have adults wear life jackets the whole ride too, don’t just store them under the seats). This region of the country is gorgeous and you truly get a representative view from the windows and backyard here.

There aren't words to describe the view, from the front of the house or the back. Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend and rafting on the Colorado River are within minutes. The owners communicated very quickly leading to the trip and Bryan got back to me in minutes when I had questions (best Mexican restaurant, ideas for hiking in Zion, etc.). I can't stress enough how great this place is...7 bedrooms, great entertainment area, open concept on first floor kitchen/dining, and the back outdoor area is truly resort style. Wonderful family trip!

There aren't words to describe the view, from the front of the house or the back. Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend and rafting on the Colorado River are within minutes. The owners communicated very quickly leading to the trip and Bryan got back to me in minutes when I had questions (best Mexican restaurant, ideas for hiking in Zion, etc.). I can't stress enough how great this place is...7 bedrooms, great entertainment area, open concept on first floor kitchen/dining, and the back outdoor area is truly resort style.
