You'll love the beautiful views from both the living room and master bedroom! Both rooms have sliding glass door entrances to your gulf front balcony, equipped with a 2 high boy adirondack chairs and patio table with chairs. You'll enjoy sipping your morning coffee or having a glass of wine at sunset on the balcony while taking in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Do you plan to watch the big game or your favorite movies while on vacation? If so, we have a 46" flat screen television in the living room for your viewing pleasure! If you plan to cook while you're visiting, the kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. We even provide a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig! And, as an added feature, we have a beverage fridge and wet bar for your use! If you don't plan to cook, there are numerous local restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood from the gulf! A king size bed and a flat screen television await you in the master bedroom! There are two full size beds in the 2nd bedroom and a television for your enjoyment (linens are provided). A washer and dryer are also in the condo for your use. 5 stars!!! Immaculate! This place is so comfortable with a spectacular view. The host is so helpful and the accommodations had everything we needed. Great restaurants! We had a GREAT time and we will be back!!

The only thing we would liked better is if the kitchen had been a little better supplied. They need scissors and a much better wine bottle opener. We also ran out of toilet paper, however, we were able to snag an extra roll off of a maid’s cart. The place was very clean, there were plenty of bath towels (definitely bring your own beach towels!), and several soft blankets to curl up with. The lady that I dealt with at Keller Williams (the realty company you deal with rather than the homeowner) was VERY friendly and helpful.

We participated in the Perfect Game Gulf Coast World Series and we’re SO happy to come back to a perfectly decorated condo that had a well stocked kitchen, a covered parking space, and pool and beach access. Our 2nd Phoenix condo stay and I’m deleted the others from my file because this is the one! I also worked while there and got quick help with internet from host - which was SO appreciated.

We stayed for a week for our sons baseball tournaments and loved our time here. The balcony was our favorite spot in the mornings and evenings. It is high enough to be able to see everything and also drown out the noise from the pool area. Only complaint would be the beds are in need of new sheets…they felt very rough and worn. We would come back for sure!

The VRBO photos of the property are accurate. I enjoyed having a reserved parking spot. Check in was quick and easy to get a parking pass. The decor was beautiful. Views were perfect on the 14th floor. Communication was spot on. Anyone that complained in reviews about small things did not read their emails 😉 it’s all there! The hosts check on you before, during and after your stay. Owners are greats hosts! Definitely will stay again for spring break next year.

When we checked into the condo we knew we were going to be very happy staying there. It was incredibly clean and felt so cozy and comfortable. It felt like home. I love the fact we had a washer and dryer so we didn’t have to pack as much and could clean our clothes and towels as needed. The view of the ocean was absolutely perfect! We were close to everything and were perfectly happy to just hang out at the condo. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this stay for anyone looking for a comfortable,affordable and beautiful stay at Orange Beach. Melissa contacted us a couple times throughout the week making sure we had everything we needed and were happy with our stay. It made our vacation so nice not having to stress about our living quarters as we have had bad experiences traveling other places and staying in overrated VRBO’s. Thank you Melissa for a wonderful stay!! We had a great vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay… The check-in process was fast & easy… the condo was beautiful, clean, and all the necessary items were available. The view from the balcony was our favorite part! We watched every sunrise ❤️ The private walkway to the beach made it easier to get all our stuff down there. My Mom & I soaked up as much sun as we could and the white Sandy beaches were in great shape! We hope to come back next year!
