Nestled in Jupiter, this attractive condo for $279 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Updated Bella Vista on the Park is a secure, quiet community adjacent to Carlin Park that we have completely remodeled and we recently installed a remote control SunBrella on the patio for a more enjoyable space and just replaced the patio furniture.. The recent exterior remodeling is complete on our building with the installation of new landscaping. We have completed a remodel with all new bathrooms in the two master suites, a completely new kitchen, and updated third bath, and all new flooring. Our location is ideally situated in the midst of the Jupiter Beach area's many attractions and within walking distance to the beach, pool, theaters, restaurants and shopping. The condo updates also include new furniture, wood floors on the second level, kitchen equipment, new beds, new blinds, window treatments, and we replaced all the windows and doors with Low E and high impact hurricane ratings. We also replace the air conditioning system with a high energy efficiency unit. The 1800 SF (according to appraisal) condo, two-story upper villa consists of the following rooms: Main Floor * Living room – sofa, love seat, easy chair - seats 6 adults comfortably * Dining room – table seats 6 * Breakfast bar - with two bar stools * Kitchen – Quartz counter tops and fully equipped including dishwasher, built in microwave, Washer/Dryer. * Master suite – King bed with en suite full bath * Corner bedroom – Two twin beds adjacent to full bath Upper Floor * Master suite – king bed with en suite full bath * Loft area – seating area with queen size sleeper sofa * Sun deck – patio table seats six We love this area because of the short walk to Jupiter Beach, two restaurants in walking distance, The Twisted Tuna open for lunch and dinner and Duke's Lazy Loggerhead Cafe at Jupiter Beach for breakfast and lunch. Close by are other excellent restaurants, Food Shack, Nature's Way Cafe, Casa Mia, Papichulos, Burger Fi, Andalucia, and Utiki. A Publix Super Market is just a few minutes away, and The Harbourside complex of restaurants and shops are less than a 5 minute drive. Starbucks is close by. We love the fact that we cannot hear traffic. Some points of interests are the Jupiter Lighthouse and Museum. The Maltz theatre is close by with Broadway quality entertainment. If you are up for a drive go to Palm Beach Island to see the mansions and look at the shops along Worth Avenue which is our Rodeo Drive. Busch Wildlife Sanctuary is not too far away. The Norton Museum in West Palm Beach has more than 7600 works of art. I highly recommend the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens in Delray Beach. It is a drive but if you go there take the slow route home by the ocean, it's worth it. For shopping other than Worth Avenue there is Palm Beach Garden Mall with both the known general brands and also high end brands. Rosemary Square area id also loaded with shops and great places to eat. The pool is open, as well as the tennis courts.

We have been visiting Jupiter for the last 25 years and staying at Bellavista for at least the last 10 years. This condo is the best that we’ve stayed in. It was clean, well maintained and a very nice place to stay!

My husband and I stayed at this property for a week in December 2023. The only complaint was the weather :( The place was spotless, nicely furnished, and had all the itms we needed to enjoy our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes/cooking utensils. Fridge / stove / microwave were spotless. Loved the location on Carlin park and used the pool and pickleball courts at the property. Would definitely recommend with out hesitation.

A group of friends stayed here for a wedding. This was the perfect stay for us. Lots of room, lots of bathrooms, and a nice balcony for us to hang out on.

Such a beautiful property! We loved it - perfect size super clean and a bathroom for every bedroom! The balcony was a great spot to enjoy an afternoon cocktail and relax! Would definitely come again!!

The condo was super nice and in a perfect location. Right out the backdoor is a super nice park with a running/exercise trail. There's a really nice patio on the second floor that overlooks a small pond.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, large, nicely decorated and in a nice location. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers so it was nice to spread out. It was great having access to beach chairs and umbrellas so we didn't have to buy or travel with them. The only small complaints were a very squeaky fan in the first bedroom and a few roaches in the kitchen. I know Florida has roaches as I used to live there and I know they do spray for bugs but it was still a bit unpleasant. Overall, the place was great and I would highly recommend it.

This condo is flawless… perfect for a family stay our kids are 2 and 4 months… umbrellas, chairs, toys everything is easily accessible… the pool and beach are minutes away and it’s so beautiful! The condo itself is remarkably clean and it’s updated beautifully. It’s so spacious and has every amenity needed to have an enjoyable stay. I would recommend this condo to everyone! The owner always responds within minutes and is courteous and helpful, thank you so much for sharing your space with my family! We loved our time there!

Love the location of this Bella Vista condo… right on a par 4 course and just over a stone’s throw from Carlin Park and a beautiful pool and clubhouse deck where our family picnicked several evenings. The updated floors, kitchen, and bathrooms were lovely and the owner super welcoming and responsive! We will definitely be back:)

We had a great weekend in Jupiter for a wedding with 6 adults and an infant. The condo is roomy and very clean, with comfortables beds and clean linens. The kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of living space to spread out. Walk to beach, clean community pool, nearby walking path, and great A/C for a hot Florida weekend. The unit is upstairs off the parking lot with no views, but close to everything and the host is helpful and very quick to respond. We recommend and would stay again!

Great location. Close to the beach and the pool. Worth the amount of money to book this place for a big family getaway. Very clean and updated. The only thing I would mention is the water pressure in the downstairs master is a little soft and it can get really hot in the upstairs during the day.

We had a weekend wedding at the Pelican Club and this condo was a perfect location - just a short, traffic free 6 minute car ride or a quick Uber ride. The home was spotless and had fairly new furnishings and appliances. It was sunny and spacious and all 5 adults had plenty of space to spread out with three bedrooms and three baths. Two of the bedrooms are kings with en suite baths. The tird bedroom as twin beds with a very small full bath just outside the door. Just and FYI - the condo is up a flight of 16 steps. Pretty easy to navigate but might be bothersome with tons of luggage. The community sits just west of a large well kept park and the ocan and beach are a short stroll. The unit has several beach chair and boogy boards for use. Highly recommend.

This property was perfect for our five night stay to attend our nephew's destination wedding. We loved the close proximity to the beach, pool, and all other amenities that Jupiter has to offer. A bonus was the public park with walking trail and parcourse right behind the condo. This condo perfectly provided everything we needed for rest and relaxation between our busily scheduled, multi-day wedding events! THANK YOU for the use of your home!
