Welcome to Villa Kokomo, a beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-floor retreat just a short walk from Jupiter Beach.
Love tennis or pickleball? The community tennis courts are just moments away, and Bella Lago provides complimentary tennis rackets, pickleball paddles and balls for our guests — just grab the equipment and play.
After the beach or a game on the courts, step onto your large private screened patio overlooking the community lake — perfect for morning coffee, an evening drink or simply relaxing in the Florida breeze. There's even a George Foreman Grill for easy outdoor cooking.
Villa Kokomo enjoys an exceptional location beside Carlin Park and just across from Jupiter Beach, with the sand, walking trails, restaurants and many of Jupiter's attractions close by.
Inside, Bella Lago has been professionally designed and furnished to POSHPADZ standards, combining a fresh contemporary interior with the comfort of a real home. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and accommodation for up to 4 guests, it's ideal for couples, families and longer stays.
POSHPADZ has been welcoming guests to Palm Beach County since 2006 — a name you can trust. We believe your vacation should begin when you arrive. Every POSHPADZ guest is personally welcomed by our local team, shown around the property and helped to settle in — similar to checking into a hotel, but with the privacy and space of your own vacation home.

Starter Essentials:
Every POSHPADZ property includes a starter supply of essentials: two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, two rolls of paper towels, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, hotel-size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent and starter garbage bags.
Baby equipment including cribs, car seats, strollers and toys can also be rented locally through BabyQuip.
Important Information:
There is a $25 per vehicle HOA parking fee (subject to change). HOA documents must be completed and returned in order to obtain a parking permit. Vehicles without a permit may be towed, and POSHPADZ cannot accept responsibility for towing charges.
Trucks, RVs, vans and commercial vehicles are not permitted in the community.
Third-party bookings are not permitted. The person making the reservation must be staying at the property.
The latest normal check-in time is 9:00 PM. Arrivals after 9:00 PM are subject to a $150 late-night check-in fee in accordance with the rental agreement.
Arrivals on December 25 and January 1 are subject to a $150 holiday convenience fee.

The condo felt like it was brand new. everything was very clean and it was well stocked with all the amenities. Gary and Gina were great host as well.

Great location; clean, well-stocked condo (beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler bags, beach towels), 10 minute walk/2 minute drive to the beach! Nice pool area (125 steps away) including a hot tub and adjacent to a decent restaurant ("Twisted Tuna") that has a nice poolside Tiki bar. Lovely strolling path around a lake. Large TVs with streaming capability. Well-appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds (though pillows a bit mushy if you like firm pillows). Second time we've rented from POSHPADZ and they are great. Doubt you can find a better rental opportunity in Jupiter.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kokomo. Lakeview, patio! The condo is very comfortable and accommodating. We enjoyed the screened in patio on the ground level. Beautiful pool areas and lake views. Walk to 2 premo restaurants and the ocean!

Was visiting Jupiter for the first time and wasn't sure what area to book. We were pleasantly surprised to be close to so much; from the close restaurants to the marina! Condo was tastefully decorated and was completely stocked with everything as promised.... and then some!Would definitely be back.
