About this house rental
Situated in Yachats, this lovely house for $175 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. 'Sea Breeze' is a beautiful 1200 square foot site-built single storey home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a spacious living room, fully appointed kitchen, and laundry facilities. A pine sunroom greets you as you walk in the door. A great room to relax and enjoy the sun or sit for quiet contemplation. Sea Breeze has been recently decorated and furnished to a high standard with everything you'll need for a great seaside vacation. The house is located in the heart of Yachats, with beach access just across the street (See photos of beach access) Enjoy beautiful walks along the 804 trail both to the north and south of us. Once on the beautiful sandy beach you can explore the tide pools, hunt for agates, enjoy the majesty of the waves breaking on the shore, or just relax beside the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Yachats describes itself as 'The Gem of the Oregon Coast' and regularly receives five star reviews on sites such as TripAdvisor. There are many interesting, locally owned shops, coffee shops and eateries as well as the essentials such as a grocery store and Post Office.

Near the beach and downtown. The spot is great, and the home was nice. I stayed with my husband, and my brother and his friend. Nice to have the two bathrooms and comfy bathrooms. Both bedrooms were a nice size.

Nice home close to beach. The beds were comfy. The baseboards were really dirty and it would of been nice to know the Keurig was broken since we brought our own k cups. Other than that we had a great time!

We had a very nice stay at Seabreeze. Nikki was very kind and helpful when I messaged her for help figuring out how to work the tv remotes. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice little house, used air mattresses that we brought along for the kids. Enjoyed the area. Kids liked climbing on the beach rocks.
It was challenging sitting six around the table, i wish there was a leaf to add to the table for extra room.
It was a nice place. On our departure, cleaning up and such, the kitchen faucet came apart- we notified the ower via this website messaging - they said they would get it fixed right away for the next ppl coming.

Well it was okay. House could have been cleaner. Mold on ceiling in bathroom. Floorboards dirty. Rug needs to be replaced as it was very dirty and worn in spots. Sheets and comforter paper thin. Great location!

We had a great time at this property. Close to the water. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms were nice and the beds were comfortable.
The only draw back for us was that the city itself is a little secluded. But there is a nice little grocery store and some lovely restaurants.

We were surprised the local 4th of July parade went past the house and we could also watch the fireworks from the front lawn or from the dining room table. We were able to walk to the Lions Club 4th of July breakfast in less than 10 minutes as well as most restaurants and the Farmers Market. Great location and comfortable roomy home.

It is a well kept up property and had everything me and my two young kids needed. The location is really nice having it in walking distance of the coast line and places in town.

We enjoyed returning to Yachats with family members visiting from Indiana. It was our second stay in this home, so we knew it would meet the needs of 4 adults for comfort and be a great home base to access our favorite coastal places. The home is very clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and well stocked with everything needed for a pleasant getaway.

Located so close to the ocean you can hear the waves from inside. That's about the only sound, as it's a very quiet location but within easy walking distance to trails, restaurants etc.

What a great beach house! Absolutely immaculate, steps from the beach path where you’ll find some of the most stunning coastlines in Oregon. The town of Yachats is delightful and a great, central location. Only complaint is that we only had three days!

This was a great place to stay! You could hear the waves crashing onto the rocks. It was a 2 minute walk to the shore with tide pools galore! There's a great little path through a wetlands area that goes straight to town. We used it multiple times a day! We really enjoyed our stay. We'd stay there again!

Terrific Cottage Near the Sea
This is a fabulous house for a beach getaway. Super clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed to cook meals at home and relax close to the sea. We took the short walk into town through the wetland nature park. Highly recommend staying here.
