Looking for an escape from it all? Belleair Beach’s gulf-facing, pristine white sands are renowned as relaxing, quiet play space surrounded by impressive, sedate waterfront homes. Claim your little bit of paradise in this recently remodeled one bedroom/one bathroom gulf-front condo. Wake to shore birds patrolling the surf line, dolphin pods swimming the coast and the best front-row seats to sunsets.
This cozy condo comfortably sleeps 2. The bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-size bed and two nightstands. A sleeper-sofa bed is in the main room for extra guests.
Porcelain tile wood flooring, white quartz counter tops, glass cook-top burner, and new white appliances adorn the eat-in kitchen.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with glasses, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and silverware. Appliances include: refrigerator, stove top, microwave, and drip pot coffee maker.
The unit comes with a smart TV in the living room and a smart TV in bedroom. There is free Wi-Fi internet throughout the entire unit as well as outside near the pool area.
The condo is located on the bottom floor near the elevator and ramp for easy access to parking. Resting just 45ft from the unit is a heated pool, which faces the Gulf of Mexico - perfect for wearing the kids out after a long day of exploring Gulf Blvd. or simply relaxing. Feel free to utilize all we have to offer: Gulf Beach frontage, usage of gas grills, lounge chairs, and shared laundry on the 3rd floor (coin or operated via smartphone app - $2.00 to wash, $2.00 to dry).
While Belleair Beach is quiet, within 5 miles you can access a wide variety of restaurants, a Publix supermarket and quality shops along Gulf Blvd including all the amenities and attractions of Clearwater Beach. If you are looking for great food, there are dozens of amazing places to choose from. Some of our favorites include Columbia Restaurant Sand Key, Café De Paris Bakery, Villa Gallace, Guppy's on the Beach, Salt Rock Grill, Frenchy's Rockaway Seafood Grill, Caretta on The Gulf, Marina Cantina, Salt Cracker Fish Camp, Seaweed, E&E Stakeout Grill, Sea-Guini, and Cesare at The Beach are within 1-6 miles from the unit.
If you are feeling ‘beach mellow’, leave your car parked and hop on the Jolley Trolley or the Suncoast Trolley. We are fewer than 10 minutes from the famous Clearwater Marine Aquarium, one-time home of dolphins Winter and Hope from the film Dolphin Tale 1 & 2 and Clearwater Beach attractions to the north. Or head south to Indian Rocks Beach, Redington Shores, Madeira Beach, Treasure Island, Johns Pass, and St. Pete Beach.
Farther afield, the unit is less than an hour from Busch Gardens, ZooTampa at Lowry Park rated among “top 25 Zoos in U.S.” by Trip Advisor , Tampa International Airport-TPA, International Mall, and 20 minutes from the St. Pete/ Clearwater airport-PIE.

***RENTAL AGREEMENT/AGE POLICY: Upon completion of booking, we require a valid ID and completion of our signed electronic rental agreement. Must be 25+ to rent. We have the right to terminate your booking if additional verification is not provided.
***SMOKING POLICY: The entire property is non smoking - smoking will not be permitted anywhere on the grounds.
***SERVICE FEES: Guests who book through VRBO will be charged a separate VRBO Service Fee. This fee is set and collected directly by VRBO (not by us) and is clearly itemized during the booking and checkout process on the VRBO website before your reservation is confirmed.
***DAMAGE INSURANCE: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a one time damage fee, plus tax if applicable. The damage fee covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the property (E.g. furniture, fixtures and appliances) provided you report the damage to the host PRIOR to check out.
***PET POLICY: Our unit is dog-friendly and welcomes one (1) dog only. A $150 pet fee plus applicable taxes will apply to any reservation bringing a dog. This fee is NOT included in your reservation total and will be added after booking.
Our HOA permits only one dog per unit, and the dog must weigh 25 lbs or less. Cats are strictly prohibited under any circumstances due to the property owners' severe allergies. If a cat is brought into the unit or evidence of a cat is found, a minimum $500 additional cleaning fee will be charged, and additional damages or remediation costs may apply if necessary. Please also note that the City of Belleair Beach does not permit dogs on any of its beaches.
***BEACH EQUIPMENT: For your convenience, your unit includes two beach chairs and one beach umbrella. If you need additional beach equipment or baby gear during your stay, we're happy to recommend trusted local rental companies. Nice place on a quiet beach. Beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet were appreciated. Host was exceptionally responsive. The unit was clean. I’d recommend this place for a single or couple only. Very limited space on balcony and dining area. Lamps inside blinked, coffee pot didn’t function quite right, it kept shutting off during brew cycle, toaster worked only on one side, a chair broke when I sat down (I am average build) due to flimsy construction and door lock was fussy. We had to figure out the AC functions because it was set on a timer. Had to get up in the night to an uncomfortable temperature and clear the timer. Glad there was an instruction book we found in the top of a closet for the thermostat. Nicely stocked kitchen for food prep but no oven. For a short term stay it was fine. The pool area is extremely small and there is no shaded lounging areas. It was very hot here this past weekend. The sign says only 10 people allowed in pool. Pot smoking by other tenants and next door the dogs barking were also off putting. Next time I prefer a hotel for the price.

The entire experience was outstanding. The property was exactly as described. We enjoyed the private beach, quiet atmosphere and beautiful scenery. The condo itself included everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Additionally, the communication with the host was exceptional. Highly recommend!!

we were surprised at how deceiving the photo on-line. The mirrors from top to bottom deceived us. Too much. also balcony so small, hard for us to sit. We are small so wonder how some much bigger or heavier person could possibly be comfortable here.
