A very clean, nice condo, but not as big as it was pictured to me. The wall mirrors made it look bigger. But the location was perfect and the view beautiful. Was given the wrong code to get in so I had to make a call to get in. I am handicapped and the elevator had broken down so had to climb stairs. So I called and it was fixed by the next day.

The location couldn’t be better looked down along the beautiful ocean and just steps down you were able to get to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all and just a lovely experience. The room was a little more bear than I thought. But that’s probably my fault the kitchen and dining room area for a little compact. But for what we wanted to do it was perfect a few days looking at the ocean and sunsets and chilling out. Not extravagant… But we went for the beach in the warmth in the relaxation. It was perfect for that.

We enjoyed our stay May 31- June 5th excellent room with great beach view. I picked this location for privacy and less crowds and we got it with this location. The room was spacious and very clean. No noise from floor above. We are already booking for August through this company in Indian Rocks. Definitely will be our go to rental company. We also found the grounds to be well kept with friendly maintenance man.

Few hiccups but management was attentive and responded fast. The condo was simple, clean and comfortable for us two! We loved the fact that there was beach chairs and umbrella with extra towels to use. We bought an umbrella hole digger and stand for the next guest to be able to get the umbrella dug down deep enough so it won't blow away! Hope it stays with the condo for future guests. We had everything we needed since we hadn't planned to cook in since there is no oven. Only thing we felt we needed was an ice bucket for the freezer. There wasn't anything to put ice in from the ice machine. No bowls or any kind of container. Loved that it was on the beach with no streets to cross. Balcony is super tiny but big enough to watch sunsets or just listen to the waves crashing in. Overall the time we did spend in the condo was relaxing and perfect for the two of us!
