The Penthouse is small but beautiful, perfect for a couple! We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. The owner was a pleasure to work with and ensured that the condo was fully prepared for our stay. Great condo and the price is reasonable.

This condo offers everything you need. We have stayed here before. Actually our favorite in the complex. Beautiful Ocean views and sunsets. Private beach also to enjoy. The condo is really perfect for 2 folks. Decorated very nicely. Richard is great. Easy check in and check out. We will be back. Thanks again.

The penthouse was amazing. It had anything you could need. The sunsets and view of the gulf was amazing. My wife and I enjoyed it greatly. We celebrated our 5th Anniversary there. The area was beautiful and had great restaurants and plenty of things to do. Would love to return there sometime in the future

This is an exceptional property! Impeccably decorated with every single amenity you could wish for or need. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again! It is a gem in Building C!

We had a great week at EBTC. The condo was very clean and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We really appreciated the beach chairs since we flew down. The best part was the amazing view from the balcony. You can see from the bay on the right, up Fort Myers Beach, to Sanibel Islands and beyond. The sun sets over the Gulf right in front of you each evening, and a 180 degree view of all of the 4th of July fireworks was something to see. Rick was great to work with and even checked in with us on the first day and recommended restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Everything we needed was there only thing I can think of is if you have a hard time on low chairs get a tall lawn chair for beach I’m a tall guy and bad knees and I could not get out of one’s there ! But there is not one other thing to change place was great anything you need is there love the kitchen and spices and everything to cook with ! Beautiful view and water and pool is great would stay there again and again thank you ! Rick and family

Rick was very easy to work with. The condo was in a great location to walk to restaurants and if you had to drive the construction is over which made the drive North or South quick View was great, beach was not huge but had no issues with finding a spot.

Another lovely stay at this nicely done condo with great view of Ft Myers Beach & sunsets. Excited to see the new furniture & new fresh paint color, new bedding and rugs all looked great! The weather was great our whole stay, so very enjoyable & relaxing. The only negative is that we weren’t able to book another week next year during this same time when I looked over a month ago it was all booked out until the first week of May😞 2023.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location is wonderful. Very quiet and peaceful. The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you could need during your vacation from kitchen essentials and extras to beach chairs and plenty of beach gear to entertain. Richard was very prompt and thorough in providing information to my questions as well as for the checkin process. Being so close to the beach made for a very enjoyable and relaxing vacation for my husband and I. And sunsets from the balcony were incredible! I would highly recommend this property and would be thrilled to stay here again in the future. Thank you for sharing your perfect little piece of paradise with us!

Can’t say enough about how great this place was. Out of 5 stars it was a 10. It has the most spectacular sunrises and sunset’s on the balcony The condo was decorated with style and taste and if we lived here We wouldn’t change a thing. This was our retirement trip and will always be in our memories. Thanks so much Richard for letting us enjoy your condo!

We stayed at this beautiful condo for a week in August. The Penthouse was equipped with everything we needed for our vacation. The kitchen had all the appliances/dishes/wine glasses etc.. The condo also had all the necessities we needed for the beach. Folded Beach chairs, cooler with wheels, umbrella, beach noodles and even had beach towels. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! The condo was just foot steps away from the beach! Rick was very helpful and accommodating and promptly answered any questions we had throughout our stay. We will definitely be back to stay at this condo.
