About this condo rental
Nestled in Estero Island, this charming condo for $122 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Have you heard! The VIBE is back on Fort Myers Beach! Our Gulf Coast beaches have reopened and Estero Beach & Tennis has re-opened in a limited capacity. Estero Beach & Tennis continues to rebuild while re-opening in a limited capacity since hurricane Ian. This will include ongoing construction around the 3 condo towers, and common areas of the property to include the repainting of the buildings & balconies. The reconstruction project will also involve construction workers, vehicles, materials and construction noise. The pool & tennis courts have re-opened. The estimated completion of the reconstruction project is currently open ended and final completion is subject to factors outside of the general contractor's control, to include inclement weather and supply chain issues. **Some of the exterior photos in the listing to include landscaping around the condo builings, pool and beach frontage were taken before the hurricane and don't look the same present day.** The condo association and contractor require rental guests to sign and turn in their construction notice and liability waiver upon arrival. While Fort Myers Beach continues to rebuild from the impacts of Hurricane Ian and though our island paradise may look a bit different than it once did, the sun continues to shine each day and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made. Not one detail has been overlooked in this 2nd floor beach front condo - creating the perfect getaway retreat for two to our beautiful corner of Southwest Florida. With over 500 square feet of updated and decorated space, it's cozy, yet spacious, and full of many unexpected features for a studio space. The open living space features modern, upscale furnishings throughout including a king size bed with luxurious mattress and resort quality linens, modern design sofa, 50" Roku TV with a standard Xfinity channel package, and a stunning kitchen that will far exceed your expectations for a studio condo. You will enjoy upgraded cabinetry, granite counters, eating bar with bar stools for 4 and gourmet appliances as well as everything you could need for cooking and serving meals. The bathroom features a large glass walk-in shower and a brightly lit vanity with ample storage. A sizeable closet with mirrored doors is located in the sleeping area. Windows flank two walls of the condo, bringing the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach right into the living space. An open balcony with pub height adirondack seating & table for 2 overlooks the water, where you will be dazzled by the sunsets over the Gulf. All bed linens, bath, kitchen and beach towels are included. The door features an keyless lock, so you can come and go freely without having to keep track of keys at the beach. Free WiFi is available throughout the unit. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, are all available for your use. Tennis & pickleball courts and shuffleboard are new and available for use. The coin operated laundry facilities are located in building C on the ground floor. This property is approximately 25 miles from RSW International Airport. No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony. No pets allowed. Minimum age to rent is 25. The photos of the exterior to include aerial photos, pool, tennis courts, beach and foilage are pre-hurricane photos and have not been updated since the hurricane. The interior photos are a current depiction of the condo. Included with your booking you will receive an exclusive Free Fun Activity Package!** We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area's top attractions each and every day! One guest in your party will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity, every day, and one person will be free. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. These activities are yours to use if you chose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. **Does not apply to monthly reservations; some activities may be seasonal.

We absolutely loved our week at Esterro Beach and Tennis Club. Our unit was just as we had expected.. maybe even better! It was well equipped with cookies, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. The one thing that needed attention was the outlets next to the bed need to be updated. We could charge our phones there but it wasn’t a tight fit for our chargers.

Nice, clean place to stay!
We had a wonderful time staying in Ft. Myers Beach at this lovely condominium. I'm giving it 5-stars because it was well represented and it was very clean. My only (very minor) complaints are that it'd be nice to have a couple rugs/matts here and there to offset the hard, cool floor. Maybe one at the entrance, another at the kitchen sink, and definitely one in front of the vanity in the bathroom. Oh, and it would have been nice to know the lobby door code changed at the first of the month. We couldn't get in, but were let in by another resident who informed us of the code change. No biggie, but could have been a problem if we were coming in late at night. Still, this is a VERY nice place to stay. Highly recommend.

Great beach chairs & umbrella. Management responded promptly to needs & questions. TV is not easy to navigate and could use simple written instructions. Hope to book for next year. After our first week a friendlier - lively cliental seem to be renting in the condos, which was pleasant.

The room was a perfect size for 2 people. The view was awesome. A short walk to the beach. Walking up and down the beach was great, a lot of wild life to see. Lovers key was close and a great area to explore.

Great Getaway
This studio was a great stay-cation for 2! The unit was clean and included everything you could want for a trip to the beach. The view of the Gulf was perfect and the easy beach access was so nice. Loved the convenience to the plaza across the street for dining, etc. No complaints at all - thank you!

Perfect Location
Clean, great location. Perfect for a getaway. Only complaint we had was the beach chairs, all were low to the ground. With a bad bad it was hard to get up and down. Would have liked to have had some chairs just a bit taller for us elderly folk. I would stay here again and will recommend it.
