Located in Estero Island, this attractive condo for $130 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Our complex is up and running after Hurricane Ian! We have private parking, remodeled kitchen and bathroom with walk in shower. We also have HDTV and On-Demand movies and TV. From your balcony, view many species of colorful birds to see such as pelicans, egrets, osprey, and herons as well as dolphins swimming in the surf. Address of property is 7360 Estero Blvd, Fort Myers Beach, 33931 Come and enjoy the large heated pool with luxurious sun deck for crowd-free sunning or sports activities. Access to the beach is only a few steps after you exit the building. Tennis and Pickleball courts are available to those who enjoy those sports. Take early morning, afternoon, or sunset walks on the sand of this most beautiful beach. Beach sunsets are too beautiful to describe! We Provide: Secured Wi-Fi in unit Fully equipped kitchen Towels and Linens Beach Towels, Chairs, Umbrella, and Cooler New shops and restuarants are almost opening daily but there is a long way to go. Margaritaville is open with 6 new restaurants and also can can be enjoyed with a daily pass for all their other activities. CVS is open 100 yards from properlty and Publix is open about 2 miles away. There are many YouTube videos that show the current conditions of the island shops and restaurants. Also, our condominium association requires a minimum of 7 days rental. NOTE: Please notice the difference between the views of our unit and some of the other units also advertised in VRBO. You don't have to look sideways to have water views. * Pets are NOT allowed, NO Smoking. * Weeks begin at 3 PM & end at 10 AM. * NOTE: MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD IS ONE WEEK

Everything was perfect. The unit was well appointed; cozy but we didn't feel cramped at all. The view of the Gulf from the 11th floor gave us the opportunity to watch the cloud formations. It was very close to good places to eat as well as Publix. We couldn't ask for anything more. We hope to do it again sometime.

Loved the condo! Had everything we needed, especially thankful for the beach equipment and cart! Loved the restaurants close in Santini Plaza too. The pool is so refreshing and it was easy to do some laundry to return home with everything clean.

We found the place clean, supplied, efficient, and convenient. Only one complaint, but out of the control of owners, is that on our day before leaving, the apt. above us was installing doors and cementing stuff. They were soooo loud. No warning or apologies from anyone related to that construction. We had to leave the apt because the fumes of cement were coming down through the ducts into our apt. Outside of that, KUDOES! This condo had more amenities than any other we have used. The kitchen was well stocked and had a cabinet full of spices, coffee, tea, sugar, etc. that have been left from previous guests which was great. The freezer had a bag of fresh ice which was wonderful. The bathroom was completely stocked with shampoos, conditioners, sun lotion, aloe, etc. Be sure to check the bathroom and the kitchen cabinets before heading to the store to stock up for your stay. We used the beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, and pool noodles. Everything was awesome! We loved the balcony and water view, the pool was super, the beach was covered in shells, and the property was immaculate. The bed and other furniture were clean and comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. And the restaurants nearby were excellent. We loved it here. Thank you for allowing us to use your property!

Short walk to beach & pool. Clean condo stocked well with amenities Close (but not tooo close) to all Ft Myers Beach has to offer. Short drive to Bonita Beach as well. Good restaurants & shops right across the street even a small food/craft market tues & thurs. Will continue to come back! Thank you

Amazing location! So relaxing and great views!!! Coffee on the patio in the morning and beer in the afternoon!!! Amazing!!! Host was extremely easy to communicate with...had a mechanical issue with the AC before we checked in and the host communicated and got the issue taken care of quickly. Couldn't be happier!!!

The condo was clean, modern, and comfortable. We appreciated all the updates that had been done, especially the air conditioner in the bedroom. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. We used the supplied cart and chairs for the beach. We were very pleased with everything.

We had a great time. The condo was very clean. It was one of the best stocked places we have stayed. The bed was comfortable as was the rest of the furniture. I enjoyed the bird book and used it a lot to identify birds we saw that day. The view was wonderful. We watched sunsets and dolphins from the balcony. Thank you for letting us stay.

The unit we stayed in had great views of the ocean and it was wonderfull to fall asleep at night to the sound of the ocean waves. The beach is magnificent you can walk for miles and lots of sea shells to admire or collect. Plenty of restaurants near by. We had great vacation here.

My sister and I enjoyed the condo very much. The condo was clean, well equipped with needed/desired items. The view was great, enjoyed watching dolphins every morning. The area was quiet, well maintained. Overall, I give it a 5-star rating, would definately reserve the condo again.

Cozy cute condo with great view and secluded beach. Chairs umbrella and cart were in the closet. Kitchen was not very clean and bathroom sink was clogged. Owner told us to buy some draino and take care of it ourselves. Don’t think we were reimbursed like she said we would be.
