About this condo rental
Located in Estero Island, this charming condo for $175 per night is a great option for your next trip. Welcome to 7 MILES OF PARADISE located in building C on the 7th Floor. Estero Beach & Tennis Club is located on the South End of Fort Myers Beach. Our beachfront condo is steps away from your own private beach . Enjoy the dolphins and other wildlife while walking and shelling on the beach. Property amenities include heated pool, BBQ grills, clay tennis / pickleball courts and shuffleboard. Cable TV and Wifi, Laundry on main floor uses quarters or download the app and pay with a credit card. Free onsite parking. We are located across the street from Santini Plaza Which is still under construction at this time and will be opening this summer which will have multiple Shop, Bars, Restaurants. At this time they are planning on bringing in food trucks soon until Santini Plaza opens. CVS pharmacy & 7-Eleven are open at this time. Publix grocery store is open 2 miles to the north Mid Island. Junkanoo and Fresh Catch Bistro are behind Publix on the back bay these are favorite of ours when we visit. Discover the North End of the Island there are great restaurants. Yucatan, Nervous Nellie's, Wahoo Willies, Snug Harbor, Margaritaville, Pete's upper deck also Matanzas Inn, Light House Tike bar, Pink shell and Diamondhead resorts. Live music at La Ola . Shop for souvenirs or clothes for the beach . Lovers Keys State Park is 2 mile south on Estero Blvd. Great place to visit. They have amazing wildlife along with hiking trails, kayaking, canoeing, bike riding and picnicking. We provide a fully stocked kitchen that includes a coffee pot & Keurig maker, blender, toaster and grilling tools. We also provide dish & laundry soap, sandwich bags and aluminum foil. Beach Bag & towels, beach chairs & table, umbrella & sand mats, coolers, etc. We want to make your stay easy , convenient and the most enjoyable experience as possible. Can’t even have a bottle of water on pool ledge - never been anywhere that was so strict ! First time at ft myers and will be going back to Siesta Key for sure

We stayed for a week in this property and it was fantastic! Great location and the view was nice being able to see the ocean and Estero Blvd. The private beach was not crowded and everyone was friendly all the way around. A lot of good restaurants and shops were in walking distance and if you don't have a car a trolee stop is right across the street for .75¢ a ride. I definitely will recommend anyone to stay at this condo, the owners are very responsive and friendly as well! I will definitely be booking again in the future when we return!

7 Miles of Paradise was truly this place. Amazing beach and pool. Very hospitable hosts! We loved every minute of our vacation!

My wife and I found this rental to be very clean and a perfect place to Kick Back and Relax.
Everything was in walking distance so we did not need to rent a car from the airport.
First day there you take the trolley to the Publix just a mile or so up the road then Uber back with whatever you need for the week.
( water snacks etc )
Five different restaurants just across the street to choose from also a CVS pharmacy.
Tiki bar on the beach called Pinchers had excellent food and entertainment every day.
We already booked to go back next year such a relaxing week we had.

My wife and I found this rental to be very clean and a perfect place to Kick Back and Relax.

The property was amazing. We loved we were on the harbor view because every morning we had a sunrise. The property was supplied with everything we needed. We eventually was able to time our drive with Estero traffic. Loved it!

Our stay was amazing. Everything was clean and exactly how the listing was described. It is newly renovated. The pool was very busy all week but beach access is a very short walk from the building. The blinds were great at keeping out the sunshine in the morning and also helped keep the place cool. This will be a property that we will return to.

Perfect getaway!
This unit is absolutely amazing and beautiful, everything is new and modern! The view from the unit on the 7th floor was spectacular with ocean, city and bay views. The easy and close access to the beach gave us miles of walking and relaxing. The bed, pillows, linens and couch were all quite comfortable. The location is perfect for a couple who want to avoid a typical hectic, busy spring break experience. The resort is a quiet and lovely getaway. We loved the short walk to the Santini Plaza and enjoyed quite a few of the restaurants and ice cream. We would highly recommend this unit! Absolutely loved it!

7 Miles of Paradise!
Our honeymoon visit to this property and to Fort Myers Beach (south end of Estero Island) couldn't have been more perfect or more magical!!
For starters the condo was beautiful and had just been completely remodeled. It had a full kitchen so that you could make meals, if you choose to. The deck had a view of the ocean and also overlooked the resort. We often sat out on our deck/patio to eat or enjoy drinks. The Lazyboy couch, bed, pillows, linens, quilt were all super comfy and luxurious. The bathroom was absolutely gorgeous, well-lit, and there were plenty of cozy linens and storage space for clothes and luggage.
The condo came complete with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, and so much more. The condo couldn't have been nicer. It was absolutely perfect! And communication with Grant and Kelly was wonderful.
Overall, this place caters to middle-aged and above vacationers, which is wonderful if you want to avoid the spring break crowd.
As for the beach, I have never been to a more beautiful beach and I have visited many different places in Florida. We saw sand dollars, starfish, crabs, sting rays, a variety of birds, and dolphins everyday! It was nothing short of incredible. We walked on the beach daily for exercise and swam all day. There is nothing more you could want from a vacation. And those sunsets, you won't see anything like them anywhere else. The weather was sunny everyday and in the 80s.
As for eating, the Santini Plaza across the street has wonderful food. We ate at Truly Scrumptious for breakfast a few days, enjoyed some time at the Fish Tail Marina restaurant, ordered pizza from Francesco's and had excellent take out from Skye's. Lots of cute shops to look through too. There was also a super fun farmer's market.
Publix is 2 miles down the street for all of your grocery needs. And my husband and I went to a local gym called Hammerhead Gym that we really enjoyed.
If you are a fan of the MLB, spring training games were going on with the Red Sox and Twins stadiums a close drive away.
I cannot recommend this property enough! We cannot wait to go back!

Warm Weather Getaway
The studio unit was very pretty and up to date. The furnishing were clean, and overall it was a very comfortable stay. We liked the location with a short walk to the ocean. There were good restaurants in close proximity to the Estero Beach and Tennis Club.

Beach-comber’s Paradise
This unit was sparkling clean and very beautiful with modern updates that put my home to shame! I loved all the kitchen and bathroom bathroom lighting! The condo was small and cozy, but perfect for a couples week. I love the recliner loveseat for tv viewing; nice touch! The bed and pillows were very comfortable and just the right softness for both my husband and I. We had gorgeous views from the 7th floor balcony and took advantage of the cool breezes at night sitting on the patio. We never had a problem catching an elevator or getting a parking space. Love the location in that 2 of the best restaurants we visited were across the street within walking distance! Sadly, we only went to this particular beach once during our stay and never got to the pool, but that is because we wanted to visit the entire area and made a point of visiting a different beach every day of the week! So many gorgeous beaches within a 35 minute or less drive either way! So many wonderful places to visit and experience in close proximity to this rental. The only issue, if you can even call it that, was using the laundry room facilities on the ground floor. It took a while to figure out the cycles of the washer and dryer and was a bit time- consuming. Only to come back 90 minutes later to still- wet clothes in the dryer! But that may have been some operator error, too! We absolutely loved our week here and would gladly stay here again!! Thanks again to our wonderful and responsive hosts, Kelly and Grant!

The place was so cute! It is only for one to two people and perfect for that. It was pretty quiet and loved being right on the beach! Location is good if you want to be away from the main beach area but you mainly need to drive to most places BUT it's proximity is good for going north or south which we found perfect for us.

Great location between Ft Myers and Naples. Complex was neat. The beach was basically an elevator ride and then a few steps out the door. The condo could use a more comfortable seating, but met our needs for the most part.
