Very clean and well equipped 1st floor apartment with South facing balcony overlooking the Peclet gondola. Excellent security entry system. Towels and bedding all supplied. Great shower with plenty of hot water. Great communication from Sophie and Ivan. No aggressive cleaning check out procedure just bag your rubbish and put plates and pans away, perfect. Collecting and returning keys was a breeze with no drama. Great hosts with good local knowledge and recommendation for restaurants. La Maison was great. Sophie was right the Rendezvous was so so.
I recognise the following is beyond the hosts control., however. Inconsiderate occupants above made for 6 sleepless nights. Unbearable at some moments with some confrontation. In the UK i would of punched their lights out. Perhaps agreement with other owners about some basic sound proofing improvements. Definitely felt pads on the legs of chairs and furniture could to some extent, mitigate noise from idiot guests.

Great shower and a lot of kitchen utilities.
The couch that you could change in to a bed was very comfortable.
Bakery right in front of the building and also ski-in ski-out.
The only thing that we can remark is that the other beds were a little bit hot they said for the other 2 adults, but if you turn the heatings of it was allright.

Ivan the owner was a pleasure to deal with and Alex who looked after us during our stay was great and friendly. The location is very good just a few moments walk for access straight on to the slopes and also only a few minutes walk to the shopping and leisure complex. The apartment is well equipped and well presented. Nice balcony. A pair of bunk beds and a fold out sofa bed. Bit tight for our family of four but nice otherwise all round.

Location was good. Ski school and ski hire and lovely restaurants next door. All very convenient away from noisy part of town. Decor modern and clean. Lovely mountain views.
The sofa bed was very very uncomfortable, we had to put the mattress on the floor which was not very convenient and still not that comfy. The bunk beds were OK but very small for teenagers and probably too tricky to get to the top bunk for a smaller child. The photos of the “cosy” apartment were very misleading as the apartment was very very small. The doors all need some attention as you couldn’t close any of the doors especially the toilet door. Would be ok for two people but the sofa bed needs upgrading as a priority.
