Breathtaking PANORAMIC views of San Diego Harbor, Coronado, Point Loma, San Diego International (SDX). Minutes from Downtown Gaslamp, Little Italy, Balboa Park and Zoo, Sea World and beaches! This charming 1920's California style bungalow sits atop a west-facing hillside, set amongst affluent homes and offers a private setting for that special family getaway or scenic workspace for business travelers. Please NOTE: Unauthorized gatherings and/or nightclub style events are strictly prohibited. The SPACE The main living space is very open with vaulted ceiling and is large enough to accommodate friends and family who want to socialize and relax. Bedrooms are super comfortable with luxury brand mattresses and professionally cleaned linens and bedding. Galley kitchen is well-appointed, and almost every window boasts a beautiful view. Best of all, there is a large wooden sundeck to relax on while sipping your glass of prosecco or morning coffee while enjoying the Ocean VIEWS and our amazing California sunsets. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS There are two bedrooms with Purple KING size mattresses. The 'Great room' living area is 700sf of space and will easily accommodate additional guests with an Danish brand (Innovation) Sofa-sleeper pull-out and (2) air mattresses with integrated (attached) air pumps, located in the pantry closet. GUEST ACCESS Guests are able to access all this home has to offer except the detached garage and storage area located in the basement of the home. GUEST INTERACTION There is a combination lockbox so guests can arrive and depart at their discretion. If there is anything needed at all, do not hesitate to call or text. NEIGHBORHOOD This home is located in Mission hills, just minutes from our beautiful beaches and world-class tourist attractions. GETTING AROUND Uber or Lfyt are an easy option, and there's sufficient street parking for those with a rental car. There are many wonderful cafés and historical districts within walking distance. Also just a short walk to the 'San Diego Trolley' stop which can whisk you to the Downtown Gaslamp or take the ‘Coaster’ train North to coastal towns with Main street shops and easy-access to north coastal beach towns such as Solana Beach, Encinitas, and Carlsbad.

The reason for our visit was to attend my niece's wedding. We stayed for a week and enjoyed every bit of it. The view was something we all enjoyed both during the day and at night. The location was perfect too. It was only minutes away from the wedding venue and from the shopping areas. The whole experience was great and we would stay there again.

We had a great stay. The location is convenient. My toddler absolutely loved watching the planes, trains, and boats from the front balcony. The planes stop flying overnight and start up again around seven am. There are quite a few stairs up to the place so not recommended for the mobility impaired. Also it's two bedrooms and a bed in the main open space. The space worked really well for our needs, was clean, and Bill was easy to communicate with.

The hosts were incredibly accomodating. They greeted us with a delicious fresh fruit basket, and all the comforts and amenities of home. The daytime temps were perfect but it was getting cold at night and he brought us a nice space heater for the back bedroom and it was perfect. The beds were cozy, and all the spaces were used. Homemade dinner at the table together, movies in the living room, son did some schoolwork at the desk, going home with clean laundry and the balcony with such an exciting view. The guys stayed on the balcony mostly, watching the airport and the Naval base, and the bay haha The location was amazing very close to everything we needed. It was a great time. 10/10 highly recommend.

This house is centrally located in San Diego, with very easy access to the airport (including an amazing view) and many fun attractions and activities. The neighborhood is beautiful, and very walkable. Our host was very responsive during our stay and made us feel very welcome. My only issue was that on VRBO, it showed up as a 3 bedroom, but it is actually only 2 bedrooms.

Property is in a great location, generally central in relation to points of interest throughout San Diego and really close to the airport, perfect for our quick family trip. It has plenty of open space in the living areas as well, and the view from the balcony is unbeatable.

Everything about this place lived up to its billing. We were so busy in SD that we never got to see the sunset from our balcony (((. But everyone enjoyed watching the planes, the military ships, and more. Everything in the house worked well and was as advertised.

Great property, proximity to everything! We walked to Little Italy for dinner/wine. Enjoyed the views from the deck - fun watching all the activity at airport, harbor, etc. Would definitely stay again when out in San Diego.

Nice house, nice location, great attention to details with added amenities. Communicative and proactive host. For people with multiple families/kids sharing the common bathroom, usage has to be managed as there is no lock in it.

The location of this house was perfect for what we needed for our son’s graduation from MCRD San Diego. The views were great - watching the planes and military ships go by. Lots of great dining options just down the hill. As noisy as it was outside we were pleasantly surprised how you couldn’t hear much of it inside. Starting and ending each day on the deck was great - sunset view was amazing. House was very well appointed - had everything we needed. Communication with Bill was easy, he was always available with a quick response to any questions we had or info needed. We would highly recommend staying at this VRBO.

This home was a great location for where we needed to be. We loved the views and and the balcony. The house is very clean and well maintained, although the decor is a little dated if asthetics is important. Owner offers fantastic communication and is very attentive. Only other thing to note is you do have to carry your luggage up many steps to get to the home - but once you get there, the view is great!

This house was enjoyed by all, ages 5 to 65. The veiw was amazing day and night, we were able to see the fireworks nightly from the balcony. House was great, fully equipped with everything you need and more. Hosts were extremely kind and generous. Parking was easy and neighborhood was very clean with friendly neighbors. 5 star house/host would definitely recommend. Thank you William, you made your family reunion very successful!

Ultimately this a great property and we had a great stay. We didn’t get to use all the amenities but I wish we had. The view was amazing and it was a great size for our family. The owner was very responsive and helpful and even followed up with us to make sure we were good to go after our first night. The stairs and parking were the biggest challenge, with both being something you just have to get used to and/or be prepared for. Probably the best property we’ve selected on this app so far.

We were very pleased with this property. The owner was more than hospitable. There was plenty of room for the seven of us. This property does overlook the airport so if you have children or yourself enjoy watching airplanes take off and land, you'll like this view (we certainly did). Sunsets were pretty awesome as well. This property is located near everything. Any of our destinations were less than a 20 minute drive. It's also a very quiet neighborhood. You will earn your "steps" for those that count them, as this property has many leading up to the front door. Some have found that a nuisance, but we didn't mind; just noteworthy for travel goer's. I rate this at five stars, because there isn't anything that would validate a lesser rating. The house nextdoor was being renovated, which made parking tricky, but that's no fault of the owner; just worth mention, because I'm not sure how long that will last. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. Kudos to the owner for opening the door to out of towner's, to rest their heads, after running a muck in San Diego!

This is a beautiful property with a great view, as advertised, and a first-rate, convenient location. We stayed for several weeks while we explored the SD area up and down the coast. House is clean, comfortable and well equipped, and the hosts are thoughtful, responsive, and communicative. Would definitely return.

Very excited about this place and it didnt dissapoint ! Very cozy with a beautiful view . Ronnie was very receptive and helped me through my check in process. Overall I have no complaints about this place. It rained most of the time we were there but that just added to the relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely book again.

This home is truly a gem! You can't beat the view and the neighborhood is fantastic. I would try to stay here over and over for future San Diego trips. The owner was very responsive and the neighbors were very friendly. I highly recommend this property!
