Situated in Greenville, this charming cottage for $135 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Greenville has established itself as the “jewel of eastern north carolina” and this home to a major university, a very well-respected and state of the art hospital, a vibrant economic industry and culturally enriched. It has become the economic, medical, and cultural hub of eastern North Carolina. Greenville also boast a thriving and quaint, historic downtown area which is home to museums, theaters, city and municipal offices, the main and historical library, a night life area, river walk, boating, fishing and parks. * perfectly positioned in a quiet, comfortable and convenient location. This quaint and spacious, two bedrooms house with king and queen sized beds. It is ranch-style so no stairs need to be dealt with; it is elegantly decorated with new furnishing and lavish antiques or well designed and has a dining area, outside patio and has a very-well equipped kitchen. In addition, amenities, exquisite beddings, towels and two full bathrooms all comforts to make your stay luxurious and comfortable. You’ll stay comfortable and entertained with, internet, cable. It is positioned in a prime area of greenville located within minutes by walking to a shopping mall, various restaurants, grocery stores, a movie theater and a gas/convenience store. It’s a 5 minutes drive to the ECU campus, historic downtown or a golf course and a short 12 minutes drive to the VIDANT hospital or industrial complex park. There is also a gym and full-sized pool for guest’s enjoyment with a few minutes’ drive. For those that like natural water, the home has near access to river and boating facilities. The convention center and all major sporting arenas and complexes are just a few minutes away. It’s also only a short and beautiful 45 minutes drive to the historical coastal town of the old NC capital, NEW BERN and a 50 minutes drive from there to beautiful Atlantic Beach NC. The Cottage also has a parking area that easily fits 2 cars and is part of a small and quiet community with friendly neighbors. The house was exactly what it looks like online, it was easy to get into and was ready for us early. We were able to easily communicate with the owner when we needed to and would use her properties again.

When we arrived at the property we had confirmed 3 days earlier, it was occupied. We called the manager and were sent to another property. Great location, plenty of space, but not the cleanest rental I've ever stayed in. The baseboards were grimy, shower curtain was moldy, and there were no tissues in the unit. I reported my concerns to the manager after we left and she simply replied with a thank you. She was very responsive with assistance during our stay.

100% Recommend this property! 2BR, 2Full Bath, fully stocked kitchen(dishware), living room, dining room, laundry room and front and back patio cheaper than most hotels.off the beaten path but less than 2 minutes from town. We were able to shop, eat out, catch a movie, have a few drinks and never drove more than 5 minutes from the location. I even requested to have grapes and strawberries placed in the fridge for my newly wed wife. I expected a bag off grapes and a package of strawberries. Instead they were beautifully plated and displyed when she opened the fridge. Much Kudos for the attention to detail. I picked this property partly because we had a doctors appointment at Vidant Medical center that monday, but was blown away at the convenience of this location. The home wasnt just clean, it was immaculate. Will definitely stay again.

Great alternative to a hotel
This property was very nice, I would stay there again when in Greenville & recommend it to any one needing a place there. I was born in Greenville & lived there all my life until 3 years ago. With that said, it was also a very convenient location with access to many of the things one would do in this area. Nice to be able to park in the driveway here instead of a parking lot. Very comfortable accommodations!

Bed from Heaven!!
There are many things to recommend this exquisite property, but let’s just start with the best beds EVER! Owner, Mary Yuen, has spared no expense in creating the perfect sleeping nest. The mattress in the master. bedroom is very supportive but also cushy comfortable and is appointed with very soft, high quality bedding. Add to that room darkening curtains and it adds up to a really great night’s sleep. Bathrooms are similarly furnished with luxuriant (and plentiful) towels and lovely soaps, shampoos and lotions.
The kitchen is well-stocked and there were thoughtful amenities like chocolates and bottles of water chilling in the refrigerator.
The house is very well located with easy access to major highways. We walked to local grocery stores, restaurants and movie theaters. A farmer’s market, open on Saturdays only, is just a mile away.
This is a charming little gem, well-deserving of the five stars I gave it.

Clean, located close to ECU, restaurants, pubs
Stayed 3 nights while visiting our niece who is a senior at ECU. Mary was extremely accommodating allowing us to check in any time we wanted on our day of arrival. She was always available for any questions we had and always responded quickly. Mary worked with us so we can stay in this same house for graduation in May. Would definitely recommend this rental.

Outstanding quality surroundings!
Mary's two (nearby) properties are the best thing going in Greenville. Beautifully appointed and very accomodating. Two good sized bedrooms with a King and Queen and a good rental value. Mary charges more for occupancy above two which might be reconsidered as it can easily accomodate four adults. It was a great place to celebrate my daughter's ECU graduation with family - very special condo.

This is a lovely small home, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The owner has thought of everything from toiletries to kitchen supplies. They provide laundry detergent for the washer and dryer and coffee and filters for the coffee maker. The beds are very comfortable and everything from linens to towels is of the highest quality.

This house was a "find" for us. This owner cares for her homes and the guests staying in them. The house is immaculatly clean, the beds and linens are as comfortable as mine at home, the towels are soft, and it's truely a home away from home. The house is stocked with amenities as if it was our own vacation home. We wouldn't stay anywhere else! A must stay in Greenville, NC! 5 Stars!!

Great Find in Greenville!
Mary's home was a perfect place to stay for our family. It was so nice for the 4 of us to have room to spread out and relax in this beautiful setting rather than being cramped in a vanilla hotel room. The home is fully furnished and decorated. We loved calling it our "vacation home" while we were visiting family in Greenville. The location was excellent as well, only 10 minutes from our relatives, and centrally located in town.
Upon reflection, there were numerous aspects of staying at this particular home that made us love it. :
We were appreciative of the personalized PIN to lock and unlock the door. Lots of peace of mind that it was a deadbolt, and there was no fear of losing keys!
Everything provided from the linens to the toiletries to the coffe and teas were clearly selected with care. There were extra special surprises such as facial wipes, refrigerated, bottled water, and chocolate truffles!
Satellite television is provided including Netflix, as well as wireless internet. The owner definitely understands her customer.
The king-sized bed in the master was seriously the most comfortable bed I have slept on while on vacation. It did not make me miss my bed at home! That's saying a lot!
We took advantage of the washer and dryer, which was nice, since we were staying for a week. We were able to do our laundry while hanging out, so it didn't take away from vacation time.
Mary checked in with us via text a couple times to see how our stay was going! Great service!
My only regret in writing this rave review is that this house might be booked the next time we want to stay here!
p.s. Mary, my only suggestion would be to add some bowls in the kitchen for cereal! :)
