Property was just as advertised elegant,clean,well stocked kitchen. Beds were so comfortable and condo had a jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. Mary the owner was a joy to work with. Will definitely rent again the next time we come to Greenville NC.

The condo was beautiful and clean. The property manager neglected to tell us about needing a parking permit tag and my car was being towed. We had to give the tow truck driver money to leave my car. There was a pool listed in the amenities but there was no pool pass so we could not access the pool. Overall it was a great trip and we enjoyed our time.

My husband and I came to celebrated his birthday. The area is very quiet, and the neighbors were very friendly. Our Host Mrs. Mary was very helpful. Answered all of our questions. Even came by and dropped off the pool access card for our pleasure. The environment was clean and beautifully decorated. It was just like home away from home. We enjoyed ourselves so much we decided to extend our stay. Which was very easy to do. We WILL be patronizing their location again.

My son plays football for ECU. And I wanted to come visit him for a few days before Fall Camp starts. The condo was perfect. Very clean and quiet. Has everything you could think of. We went to the pool once and it was nice. My bed in the master was super comfy. Mary was great anytime I had a question. I would definitely stay here again. Only thing is I wish the master bedroom had a tv. I usually fall asleep to the tv but again, I would rent this condo again. Loved that it had a elevator and safe parking.

We were in Greenville to visit kids, and wanted to be able to have breakfast in, and stretch out while watching tv. Everything about the condo was thoughtful and clean. The kitchen pans/utensils could use some updating, but we’re adequate. We will stay in a VRBO owned/operated by Mary again!

This property was very clean very well stocked with nice linens, very comfortable beds and convenient location. This was so much better than staying in a hotel because my family wanted to hang out enjoy each other’s company also. We will definitely stay here again when we come to town!!

Beautiful condo, very clean, and spacious. My only issue was that in order to have any visitors inside of condo, such as my son who we had moved there, not having him stay in the condo but visit would be $20 per person. This left me having to do a lot of driving back and forth.

The condo was clean, spacious, cozy and nicely furnished. The beds were comfy. The dishes placed for display on the dining room table were a bit annoying as we felt we could not sit there and we were unable to find any large bowls to fit a fruit salad but over all it was a lovely stay.

Communication about accessing our room was excellent, we even received a phone call and text message letting us know our condo was ready a few hours ahead of schedule. The condo was above and beyond what we had expected. It was well furnished and stocked, the size was exactly what we needed and the location was perfect. We will definitely book here again next time we are in Greenville!

This is a large spacious two bedroom with a very tastefully decorated oriental theme throughout the condo. Elevator to the condo is steps away from the condo door. Plenty of parking. We enjoyed the balcony off the living room for morning coffee and late afternoon wine. We highly recommend this condo to those visiting Greenville.

This is by far the best VRBO property we have stayed at. Mary called before we checked-in and a few minutes after we got there to make sure everything was OK. Beautiful furniture, everything a family would need for a week-end or several weeks stay. We cannot thank Mary enough for letting us enjoy her home while we house-hunting in Greenville. She even recommended a realtor!
