Situated in Sun City, this lovely house for $171 per night is a great choice for your next break. Special Rates for weeklong and monthlong stays! Come enjoy this jewel of a retreat which has been meticulously remodeled and stunningly decorated. The enormous great room boasts over 900 square feet beautifully incorporating a gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, a lovely dining area, spacious family room with French doors to the patio, and an entertainment center with fireplace. The large master suite has a king-sized bed, an adjoining sitting room, and a walk-in closet “suitable for ballroom dancing” and a private patio overlooking the golf course. The master bathroom features dual vanities, separate commode room, and walk-in shower tiled floor to ceiling. Alternatively, the guest bathroom sports dual vanities and a jetted tub. Both bathrooms are luxuriously appointed with granite countertops, glass-tiled backsplashes, and Jacuzzi brand faucets. Guest rooms are each furnished with a queen-sized bed, dresser, and television. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy barbecuing on the large covered patio while taking in the delightful views of the sprawling golf course and two sparkling fountains. During season, guests are welcome to glean a bountiful harvest of fresh citrus. A grass, tree-lined rear garden is convenient for walking well-behaved, pre-approved, small dogs; however, because coyotes and hawks that live within the golf course are known to frequent the garden, pets must be accompanied by their owners at all times while outside. Please note: Property Owner has a separate lease agreement required to officially book the property with valid government ID proving age qualification.

My cousins and I rented this amazing home for a week, while in AZ visiting my sister. It is spacious, has a terrific location, extremely well appointed, comfortable beds and much more! I would highly recommend this property!

Laundry room had mice droppings at the door underneath a stack of chairs. Two empty refrigerators, one very loud as it was running. Cluttered; not clean like photo. Master bedroom’s comforter was soiled and in need of cleaning. Very large pee stain on carpet at bathroom entrance along with soiled carpet throughout. Great room had several drops of liquid on the floors which were dirty. Outside bird droppings should have been cleaned up before renting. Garage cluttered and floor was dirty. Kitchen sink was not cleaned. Cupboards and refrigerator held open food boxes and jars that the property manager did remove for us. Outside patio was not welcoming and arranged; gas grill was undesirable. I took photos of all of the above. I was not comfortable and do not know what has happened since prior reviews noted how clean it was. We are frequent VRBO renters and this has never happened to us.

This property was everything we needed. The layout was great and it was pet friendly. Nice area to walk our dog. It was easy to communicate with our host Vicky when checking in and out. When sitting on the patio in the evening we enjoyed many beautiful sunsets.

The house is nicely appointed, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The low fence in the backyard was a great play area for our small dog to explore. We did keep an eye on her, knowing that there are predator in the area. We loved the spacious kitchen island!

This is our second visit to this property. Perfect location for our needs, near loop 101 on the west side. Very happy overall with the property. Quiet and clean, with all the necessities you might need and more.

The vacation house was big, well furnished, and very comfortable. We stayed here at one of the hottest times of the year. Our biggest hurdle was to acclimate to the climate and to the area. It is quite a bit different than what we are accustomed to. We were right on the golf course. My wife enjoyed watching the coyotes that traversed the area. They don’t seem to bother anyone. There is a pack that inhabits the open spaces around the water fountain. We were glad there was a block wall around the back yard; although, only 3 feet tall, it was very interesting. Overall we had a good stay.

Vrbo asks if it would be helpful to refer a “community “ to this property. First off you are separating us suggesting that we are different communities. Race and sexual orientation do not qualify you more than single white male of a community status. Human community. I would have my mother stay here. Was that helpful? You needed more input. Can you print this. I found your line of question inappropriate for the human community

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean an plenty of room for a family of 5. We were there for a baseball tournament and the location was terrific to get to the various field locations. Would stay there again if needed.

We were so lucky to find this beautiful Sun City home. It was so spacious, clean, comfortable and had all of the amenities. The owner was wonderful and really knows how to prepare a home for guests. It was a quiet and clean neighborhood close to great shopping and restaurants. This will always be our first choice in the future when traveling to AZ.

The house was amazing, nicely remodeled with lots of room to spread out with the kids and grandkids! We had a great stay in Sun City where we have other family and had plenty of room for six of us and 2 grandkids. The patio and backyard on the gold course was very nice and we had a nice cookout and were able to enjoy the evening. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Neighbors were also very nice and provided a baby pool for the grandkids to enjoy! All in all a great experience and would definitively come back again! Thanks for sharing your home!

Everything thing went perfectly. The house was exactly as pictured.. It was very clean and stocked with just about everything thing you would need. The host Vicky was available for any questions or concerns. The house is nice and big. It had 2 AC units, so it will be plenty cool for the hot summer days.

What a gem this cozy corner property turned out to be. We enjoyed the sunset views, watching the parade of golfers, and listening to the trills of songbirds from the corner patio. Vicky was always available and made our stay perfect!

We were visiting my parents in a neighboring retirement community and our family needed a place to stay. The house is in one of the older retirement communities on the upper westside of phoenix. But, this house appears to haven been recently renovated and everything felt new and in tiptop shape. The house was extremely well stocked for cooking, washing, and keeping oneself entertained. The location was very convenient and the sprouts grocery store nearby is excellent. We were pleasantly surprised that the house is a ten minute walk away from an extensive system of biking and walking trails that run along the dry riverbeds of phoenix. The house was an excellent jumping off point for a daytrip to Sedona and on another day we drove 20 minutes easton Peoria blvd and met local friends for a beautful hike in North Mountain Park and to the top of Shaw Butte. Last but not least our host was incredibly helpful and attentive. We highly recommend you stay at this house.
