We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. We potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours. -Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine the damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself. -We are permitted.
