Set on the first fairway of the Woodlands Golf Course, this home offers great views from a private deck and numerous resort amenities, including 12 SHARC passes and a private hot tub. Sunriver is a family friendly resort community located in the stunning Oregon high desert. With amenities like horseback riding, swimming pools, miles of paved trails, and world-class golf courses, it's no wonder that the resort is such a popular family destination! Inside the home, you'll have a bright and airy atmosphere to call your home base. In the living room, there's a wall-mounted, flat screen TV with cable, a surround sound stereo system, and WiFi all for entertainment. The kitchen has all the basics for your vacation meals, and there's even ample seating. Right off the living room and dining areas is a large deck overlooking the golf course. On nice evenings, fire up the gas grill for a steak and vegetable skewer dinner. This home will comfortably sleep 12 guests among five bedrooms: two of the bedrooms are equipped with twin-over-full bunk beds, three others each have a king sized bed. Two of the king rooms even have their own have deck or balcony access! Additionally, there are three full bathrooms, including a Jacuzzi tub and a private sauna. Two dogs are welcome to come along, and amenities also include a washer and dryer, as well as a ping pong and foosball table. Everyone in your group will find something to entertainment them here. While this home is right on the Woodlands Golf Course, the resort also boasts the Meadows course, both offering challenging play against a scenic, high desert backdrop. You'll also have horseback riding and sleigh rides around the holidays, miles of paved trails for biking, hiking, cross-country skiing, or just walking the dogs. The Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center (SHARC) has outdoor and indoor pools, a lazy river, two water slides, and more. For a memorable family vacation or a getaway with friends, this comfortable five bedroom Sunriver home has it all! A great location within the resort, amazing amenities, and it has an easy commute to skiing, shopping in nearby Bend, or just exploring beautiful Central Oregon. Please be aware that the Sunriver SHARC center has implemented new rules and regulations regarding occupancy, amenities, and access. Please see their website for more details. Deschutes County Tax Certificate #77 If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Ski shuttle details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The good: clean and Great location. The bad and ugly : the home is in terrible disrepair. Needs a major facelift. Like ten years ago. Cabinets falling apart, windows not working, leaking dishwasher, bicycles that won’t stay together, generally speaking this property has to be one of the worst in Sunriver. Don’t be fooled by the price, the lower cost is not worth the awful condition of this property.

Bathrooms could use updating but overall house is in good condition. A/C downstairs but gets warm upstairs.
Hot tub was great. House was well stocked with plenty of towels and kitchen items.

The place is dated, but fine. You could see the over used hand prints on all cabinets, could use some serious scrubbing. Needs better lighting throughout. There is one frying pan, a bit worn. The pots and such were good. Surprisingly lots of silverware and cutting boards though. Mattresses were great. The entryway floor is a tad higher than the rest. The transition should really have bright tape or paint. Every person tripped at least once. The check out directions were different on email, binder in home, sign at door, and the signage on the counter. It would be nice if everything had the same clear directions.
Location was great. Lots of deer. On the 10th green. Golf carts on the path, minimal foot traffic. Large driveway.

We loved the layout of this home as we had a variety of ages within our family and the rooms accommodated us perfectly. The common area of the kitchen, dining, and living areas worked great when we hosted our extended family for dinner one evening. There were 24 of us and we all had plenty of room utilizing the common area and outdoor spaces. The home was very clean and new flooring throughout. Air conditioning was great as we had some weather in the high 80’s. Loved our stay in this home.

This place was ok. It was clean and dingy at the same time. Meaning….the house cleaners did a good job cleaning between guests. However there were things that were so dingy or old that it just felt dirty. Like the carpet all over the house. It looked more than a decade old and covered with stains everywhere. It badly needed a steam cleaning but even then it would’ve probably not come clean. Really it needs to be replaced. The blankets need to be replaced as they have tears and holes. And the Teflon pots and pans are super scratched up. Like old paint flaking off. Super inconvenient to not be able to use most of the pots. This place needs some sprucing up before being offered to guests.

As a group of 6 guests we stayed at this property during September 6-9, 2022 period. This place was infested with mice all over the house. They were spotted in our bedrooms and on the last day they were running around in the kitchen where we were able to take several date/time stamped pictures of them.
In addition, the carpets were covered with dark stains all over the house bearing long stretches of hazardous buckles extending across the different parts of the living room exposing the guests to a very unsafe and hazardous situation. We immediately called Vacasa, and notified them of such serious problems. Furthermore, the gas tank in the grill was empty, the toaster was broken, not all the settings on the stove were working, the hair dryer in the master bedroom was dead, the dish washer only worked on light mode and nails were sticking out on the deck.

Property was lovely for a large family to celebrate together. We didn't realize there was a dry sauna included as well as the hot tub and enjoyed both. There is a mild hill behind the house that makes for great sledding for little ones viewable from the warmth of the house. Perfect location in Sunriver.
Unfortunately due to lack of preventative maintenance on the air filters we lost heat for over 5 hours and internally the house got to 56 degrees. The management was very responsive even as we also lost hot water in the same day. Hopefully our experience is an outlier.

First, I will say the house was perfect for us. We had 12 people and not once did we fill cramped in the living room/kitchen/dining room. 3 King beds was super nice. The thing that surprised us was the AC. We thought the house had AC, then to book it found out it did not. You can't cancel after 24 hours of booking without losing your money. So we were going to deal with it. We got there and found out the owners had just had AC installed last week. We plan on trying to book this house every year for our family trip. Great location on the golf course. you are far enough off the road to not have car traffic. It is only 3 turns for the road that goes by the Shark Center and the shops. Great house, great location. Will for sure be staying there again.

This is our second time staying here. The house location and size is perfect for our two families. That said, carpets need to be replaced and simple updates needed to make stay more comfortable — i.e. window latches broken, furniture is worn down, etc.

My baseball team was in town for a tournament and we rented 3 houses. This home not only met but completely exceeded all expectations we had. It was exceptionally clean upon arrival, ready for our check in on-time and met all the needs of my boys and families to have a great experience. I highly recommend this home!!

House is laid out great for multi family gatherings and has a well equipped kitchen. We were missing a few items but 1 phone call and they brought us most of them. Definitely needs updating but dog friendly makes up some of that. Carpet and rugs are very worn. Both bunk beds mattresses need to be replaced - all 4 of them, but King rooms were very comfortable. Decking was nice to sit on and view the golfers but the nail heads were popping and couldn't let our little one out without shoes. No A/C and several windows missing screens so couldn't open them in the evening. Fans helped during the day. Spa and bikes both worked great.

Loved this house. It is right on the golf course. There were plug in fans running throughout the house, so I do not believe that there was air conditioning, but that was not an issue for us.

The only good things about this house were the SHARC passes, hot tub + the location. What a dated dump! A barstool seat broke when my toddler niece sat on it and she fell and hit her head, the living room leather furniture was torn & taped and the bathroom window wouldn’t close. Overall, ghetto experience. Stay at one of the other nicer houses on the street! We heard all Vacasa managed properties at Sunriver are in similar condition/need of repair & updating.

I hosted a women’s weekend here and the amount of space+ the hot tub and sauna BUT the house was not very clean, the house was falling apart in many places and it didn't have much room for garbage. Also the 24 phone number was rude, and the check out time was wrong in the book...
