Situated in Sunriver, this charming house for $438 per night is a great option for your next break. This Sunriver vacation rental is located near the center of Sunriver, just a short walk to Fort Rock Park, or a short bike ride to the village Mall, Sunriver Marina, or the SHARC. This home includes 10 "unlimited" SHARC passes! This peaceful lodge style retreat is well appointed with all of the luxuries of home. Our home includes, a hot tub, air conditioning, comfortable patio furniture, game loft, Harry Potter Closet, bikes and much more. At 3 Mt. Baker Lane you can relax and enjoy all of the new luxurious linens and comfortable furnishings of an elegant home. The home has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and is the perfect gathering spot for your family and friends. The home has 2400 sq.ft. and is 2-story with 4 bedrooms + Loft, 3 Bath Home. Downstairs, is a Queen Bedroom and full bathroom, living room, kitchen and family room. Upstairs is the King Master Bedroom, 3rd bedroom with a Queen bed, the 4th bedroom with a 2 sets of twin beds, a loft with a queen sofa sleeper and game table, and a full bathroom. A portable crib and portable high chair are in the home for families with small children. The fully stocked kitchen has beautiful granite counters and stainless steel appliances including a gas stovetop There is a TV with BluRay player in the living room. The king master bedroom has a TV. The queen master bedroom and loft have TV's as well. The home has a gas fireplace in the living room for warmth. The family room has a wood fireplace for those who prefer a more traditional fire. The home also has a garage for your convenience. The upstairs game loft features air hockey and a NEW Queen Sofa Sleeper. There are four adult single speed 'cruiser' style bikes, perfect for exploring the miles of paved bike paths throughout Sunriver. A new private hot tub and large patio with BBQ and patio furniture allow you to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The patio overlooks a large forested area with the bike path in the distance. Pets not accepted. This home has A/C! Sleeps 10 DOWNSTAIRS: - Kitchen/Dining/Living/Laundry - Bedroom 1- Queen Bedroom - Shared full hall bathroom - Harry Potter Closet for kids to explore! UPSTAIRS: - Bedroom 2 -King Master/Bath - Bedroom 3 -Queen Bed - Bedroom 4 -2 Twin Bunks (4 twins total) - Loft - Queen sofa sleeper (Air hockey and plenty of room for games and entertainment) Please note, if you choose to book with this home, you will be receiving a separate rental agreement that will need to be electronically signed before your stay.

We were in Sunriver to attend a memorial, so our family was diversified - old, young, men, women, married, single. This was the perfect place for all of us!! We cooked every meal at the house & we could Al ll eat together at the table, wewatched the Duck game together (Duck win) and play games. Only negative - uncomfortable bunk beds.

We had a nice time. Communication was great including working with us to allow us to check in an hour early and cleaning the hot tub because reportedly the prior renters had left it in poor condition. The home was very nice for what we paid and comfortable. Location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Would stay again.

The hot tub lost half of its water every night. The hose outside the house did not work so we had to borrow the hose next door to fill the tub each night. The hot tub needs some work. We could not get the dishwasher to turn on. The house was great other than those issues.

We very much enjoyed this place. It was disappointing they did not have passes to the aquatic center but I have to take some blame. I guess I didn’t notice in the profile listing 90% plus of the homes in the area to have the aquatic passes available. This was a very comfortable well appointed home I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Great location in Sunriver! We enjoyed our 3 nights as home base for the SHARC and a day trip to Crater Lake. We utilized the whole home for 2 families / 11 guests. It was a bit of a puzzle to accommodate all of us comfortably. Two adults tried to sleep on the downstairs 'queen,' which seemed to be a double (adult male's feet stuck out from the end of the bed). Being a metal spring mattress, it was pretty loud and uncomfortable. The upstairs queen ended up working out better (easy swap with kids). Just wanted to give a heads up for any future adults that might plan to divvy up the rooms that way.
The sofa sleeper in the loft didn't have linens. We grabbed the trifold sleeping pad from the MBR closet to put on top of it to make it a bit more comfortable, and found some extra blankets in closets to create a bed. An extra pair of sheets would have been helpful, or a stack of designated linens.
We could only find 8 white bath towels in the house, in addition to a stack of striped pool towels (which were helpful to have for the hot tub and SHARC). With 11 guests, that seemed a bit low on towel count for 3 nights.
The bathrooms are a little dated, although clean! It was helpful to have 3 full bathrooms with drawer/cabinet space. Be careful with kids slipping if they aren't standing on the grip strips in the shower.
The kitchen felt kind of tight, but everything worked well! Limited counter and food storage space, so we used the empty closet a few steps away.

We had a great stay. Our 9 year old grandson LOVED the air hockey and declared him self the "champ." The house worked well for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked. The BBQ worked great as did the hot tub (not always the case with many rentals). Plenty of bikes and The Sharc passes were a plus and used on several occasions. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here! The home was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had enough space for a couple of families with kids and babies which was great. The speakers throughout the house and outside were an especially fun touch, as well as the Harry Potter Closet with books and toys for little ones. The kitchen was stocked well for our cooking needs, the only thing I would mention is that it was hard to locate certain things for cooking, labels on each of the drawers and cabinets would have made that much easier. But we loved it and would definitely go back!

Overall house was OK enough. Nice linens on beds, decent towels, and lots for hot tub. Other than the light fixtures, everything else was very clean. Hot tub/cover were in good shape. Kids had a great time in it every evening. They also really enjoyed the little Harry Potter closet (which is TINY).
More roads/paths right around the house around than I anticipated. Don't expect any privacy.
If you have never stayed in Sunriver before, would be better to stay farther in to get a true "feel" of resort. You barely are in the perimeters here.
Very nice assortment of bikes and helmets which all worked and were clean and ready for use. This at least made it easy to get to the park in a short ride.
The reasons it lost stars: the sauna does NOT work. Also the washer door does not shut well and takes some finessing in order to be able to use it. The absolute biggest negative was the bed in the upstairs guest room. DO NOT lose the rock-paper-scissors game and get stuck with that room. The bed was the squeakiest, loosest frame I have ever been on in a house and the mattress was terrible. I have slept on much better beds in crappy motels. Also, the pictures are pretty creative on how the main family room - a lot of wasted space & not very well laid out. Luckily we weren't using it. If it were winter time and you were inside more, it would be tight for group hanging with a very small TV.

Had a great time, though a few disappointments… this time of year the SHARK isn’t available for guests on Monday through Wednesday. This isn’t the fault of the property owner, obviously, but I wish we would have known that since those were the days of our stay. All rooms have tvs, but the main TV in the living room should be a smart TV rather than a monitor for the dvd player. Not enough bikes for the size of house. Ping pong table in garage was a big hit! Kitchen items are well thought out. Overall it is a great place!

3 Mt Baker was an amazing house to stay in. Very clean and everything was working great. Great feature is the air hockey table and the bikes. All in all I would definitely give this home a 5 star rating and would love to stay again in the near future

The house had everything we would have wanted and is a beautiful lay out. Unfortunately we couldn't get sauna to heat up. Bunk bed has a broken board, tv in master only had sound, and oven didn't work. The bbq needs some maintenance as well.

Needs a Lot of Updates
The house was dirty, the floor didn't seem as if it was swept before we got there. The pots in the kitchen were also dirty, we had to wash them before use. The house set up is not bad, it's that it needs some updated items like; TVs, cooking pots, towels, couches and beds. The only comfortable bed was in the master.
