Seasonal Updates: (Dates subject to change) Updated 3/20/24: All five peaks remain open through Sunday, April 14, 2024. Beginning 4/15/24 Quick Silver Chairlift will close. Most ski lifts will operate on Peak 8, Peak 7 and Peak 6. After 4/21 no beginner terrain will be available. Health Club/Pools closed for Annual Maintenance 4/29/24 - 5/3/29 Peak 9 Quick Silver chairlift typically late spring (depending on snow conditions) After this date we are not be a ski in/out property however the remainder of the ski season (closing date depending on snow conditions) the Peaks 7 and 8 remain open and will be accessible via free local bus or gondola. Quick Silver lift typically reopens the week of Thanksgiving (date subject to ski conditions) while Peaks 7 & 8 open around second week in November. Just remember Mother Nature dictates most of these dates! The Village Health Club/Pool Area Just completed a major $5 million renovation! This beautiful new area now includes several outdoor hot tubs, heated indoor/outdoor pool, steam room, sauna, state of the art fitness room with new equipment and lounging area with plenty of sofas, large screen tv and multiple free Pac Man and Pong games, shuffle board and a pool table. Unleash your inner child! The Media Room is available for reservations as is the private game room with xbox gaming consoles. Location, Mountain Elegance and Best View in Town!! With the Quick Silver ski lift only 50 yards away, this is THE ideal ski in/ski out location in Breckenridge. Located at the base of Peak 9 in the Village at Breckenridge, everything you need is all within walking distance, including the main town, restaurants and entertainment. The Breckenridge Ski School is also connected to the building with access through the underground garage or through the plaza (seasonal). Child Care Centers are located in Beaver Run or Peak 8. CONDO DESCRIPTION: This 1,200 sq. ft. penthouse condo in decorated in an elegant mountain lodge style. Beautiful stone gas fireplace, alder wood doors/crown molding, and spectacular views of the mountains from this 7th floor corner unit, makes this an ideal place to relax after a hard day of exploring. Open and bright, the condo receives plenty of sun throughout the day. Enjoy our spacious, over sized balcony with unobstructed views of all the ski peaks, runs, Mt. Baldy, Maggie Pond and Blue River. From the balcony table for 4, you can watch the sun set after a long day of activity. Condo faces Southwest. Arrival: Entrance: As you enter our condo, the first thing you will notice is natural slate tile walls with an originally designed wooden ski rack that allows to conveniently hang your skis out of the way on the wall. The Master Bedroom: Beautiful pine log bed made by a local Breckenridge woodsman. King size mattress. Master bedroom has sliding door access to the balcony. Flat screen 40 inch HDTV. Ultra Sonic Humidifier. Master Bath: Granite countertops, gorgeous tile and stone work, stand up shower with oil-rubbed bronze fixtures and seamless glass shower door. Guest Bedroom: Large bedroom with new King Size bed. 40' HD TV/DVD. Private bathroom connected. Ultra sonic humidifier. Guest Bath: Granite countertops, tile and stone work, oil-rubbed bronze fixtures and a shower/bath combined. Hairdryers provided. Standup shower and bath combo. Kitchen: Fully stocked with kitchen hardware, stainless steel fridge and granite counter tops. We have three chefs in our family and love to cook. Whatever utensil or appliance you need, chances are we have it! This includes a Keurig (capsules not provided), French coffee press, coffee maker and grinder, crock pot, blender, panini maker, electric wine opener, muffin tin and bundt pan. Modern LED lighting under kitchen cabinets tastefully highlights the backsplash stone tiles. Stainless steel Bosch dishwasher, microwave and stovetop. Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress Entertainment: Living Room: New 50 inch 4K TV Free High Speed Wi/Fi internet in the unit capable of streaming videos/movies. I will do my best to secure a reservation for you but please know there is a chance you may have to park off site. Since 99% of our guests arrive with a car we will assume by default you will need parking and include it in the rate quoted. This gives you a much better chance at receiving a pass. If you do NOT need parking, please say so in the "Message to the Owner" section during the booking process and I will adjust off. I must know prior to your arrival otherwise I am charged by the HOA. One space per unit. Parking is limited at peak times and cannot be guaranteed. Guest will be directed to alternate parking if so and your pre-paid parking will be refunded. EV Chargers: 4 Electric Vehicle Charging Stations in heated garage and 2 in cold garage. Onsite Check In: Digital keys on your smart phone allows guests to go straight to the complex. Guests will receive emails with their Reservation # that will request them to download the Village at Breckenridge app to access their digital keys. Included in rental are starter sets: All sheets, towels, linens, trash bags, dishwashing and washing machine detergent (not guaranteed), sponge, paper towels, toiletries, toilet paper. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping. If your stay is over 7 nights you will receive a midweek clean every 7 days. Mandatory Fee is $105 and added by me after the booking. If your stay is less than 7 days and you would like to have an optional midweek clean, rate is also $105. Please let me know at time of booking. Check out housekeeping $219. Once at the condo, unless you are driving somewhere for a specific activity, you will not have to worry about driving into town and finding parking. Everything is WALKING DISTANCE. In less than 5 minutes from leaving the unit you will be on Main Street and have access to the many shops, restaurants and entertainment. * On Free Shuttle Route * Ski Rental stores, restaurants and Breckenridge Medical Center in same complex We have partnered with Summit Express Shuttle and the local grocery store to receive discounts and guest will receive information in the online Guest Welcome Book Booking emailed after booking. Activities: Winter: Skiing, Nordic Center, snow shoeing, dog sledding, snowmobiling, horse drawn dinner sleigh rides, ice skating, sledding at Carter Park. Breckenridge Recreation Center for indoor rock climbing and many other activities. Summer: Hiking, biking (bike trail along Blue River begins outside unit), horseback riding, swimming, sailing, kayaking, rafting (nearby), tennis, fly fishing, Greg Norman designed golf course, hot air ballooning & museums Sorry, No Pets Allowed, Minimum Rental Age 21. Excellent location very close to ski lift and Main Street. Beautiful mountain views. Comfortable and cozy condo. Very good communication with host and very much enjoyed our trip.

Everything was perfect, Tayna did an amazing job keeping a clean line of communication during the booking process and events leading up to our stay. The management company was also very good with their communication. We did have an issue with a bathtub not draining properly. The team was very responsive and come out ASAP to address the issue and fixed it. The condo was centrally located and easily walkable to everything. Main street restaurants and shops as well as the ski lifts at peak 9. Overall we will highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for the best condo in Breck! Thank you!

We stayed in this nicely furnished condominium on the 7th floor. It was off season so we didn’t really have issues with noise or parking. There was a luggage cart that we used to load our luggage and the elevator was in working order. We used the laundry twice. It is app driven and customer support on the app was perfect when I activated the wrong washing machine. The condo has two bedrooms on either side of the condo. Each has its own bathroom. There is a nice mud room at the entry which we used, as well as a shelf for our keys and wallet. The kitchenette was furnished with a refrigerator, microwave, stove and oven. It was more than enough for us. We ate breakfast in the room, but ate out for lunch and dinner. There is a nice dining table and a small float screen television. The sofa and love seat were very comfortable. We even used the electronic fireplace. A balcony with a table and bar stools were there, but it was a bit cold to stay out there. There were two access points to the balcony: the living room and bedroom. Bedrooms were nicely furnished with a small television and comfortable bed. The blinds were manually operated but were in working order. The bathroom was nice and comfortable with a glass enclosed shower. Our room has a walk in closet. I didn’t check the other bedroom. Location-wise, the condo was central in Breckenridge and the roads were easily accessible. This is walking distance for many local shops/eateries.

The condo was as advertised. It was clean, comfortable and conveniently located on the top floor, great views of Peak 9 base, walking distance to the lift, ski school, restaurants and the town. Beds were big and comfy and quality furniture. We'll come back for sure!
