This light and bright unit offers 2 car tandem carport parking, an extra large patio, inside stack washer/dryer, dishwasher and shared outdoor shower room! A great location for a quieter vacation on the beach! **Please be aware this unit does not have Air-Conditioning** General Info: Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and to finalize the reservation a secure guest verification portal must be completed. **All reservations are subject to owner approval** Pets: Pets are not permitted on or about the premises. ADA service animals required because of a disability are allowed with advanced notice. ESA's, Emotional Support Animals, are not allowed. Parking: 2 car parking - This unit provides 2 car tandem carport parking. Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, sheets and towels are provided! Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as specialty cookware. You may want to bring: Laundry detergent, beach chairs/equipment, paper plates/plastic cutlery, extra beach towels, pens and paper, etc.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay here, making great memories. Sitting on the patio watching the waves is such a treat. Lots of amenities and plenty of space. Agent very helpful and responsive. Can’t wait to go back!

I’m not easily impressed but the great communication from the management company was top notch. They made everything easy and simple along with reaching out and friendly reminders. It’s a perfect fit for a family of 4-5 or less. Probibly one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on as well.

Great location, house was nice. Beds were not comfortable need new mattresses. Property little beat up especially for the price but location is fabulous and the house was nice layout and beautiful views and access to beach dreamy!

The property was exactly as the pictures showed. The location was amazing; right on the beach! It provided a perfect environment for our parents to celebrate their 50th anniversary! We look forward to coming back!

We had a great stay. House needs some updates but it was clean and right on the beach. You can walk from patio right onto the sand. Was perfect for our small family of three. Super convenient for kids as you have easy access to beach. No boardwalk in front of house, which makes it feel really private. There are a few restaurants to walk to, but you’ll need to drive for most things. Parking spot (carport) was super tight but we were able to get our SUV in there. We had one issue upon arrival (screen door was broken and off track) but we called and someone was out to fix it within two hours. We had a great time and we would stay again. A few notes for future travelers, but none of these things were dealbreakers for us: house is decently stocked as far as kitchen items; per the instructions, you need to bring your own toiletries and cleaning items if you want them; washer is really small, I could barely fit three beach towels in there. Not a big deal for us but just be aware if you plan to do much laundry. If the unit above is occupied, you can hear everything. It’s very loud when people above are walking or moving chairs, etc. Again, this was not a big deal for us, a little annoying but not a huge deal. Bring a sound machine if this might bother you or your kids during sleep times. Master bed was comfy enough. Twin beds seemed older but we really didn’t use them. WiFi is spotty but good enough. It was really nice to enjoy the beach for a few days, thanks so much!

Beautiful Place
This is a much needed mini vacation to spend time with family after being quarantined for 3 months. The home itself is very beautiful and clean. What I read from other reviews that you can hear the tenants upstairs, what we heard is maybe the chair when you drag it. It didn’t bother us at all. Only recommendation I have is upgrade the 2 twin mattresses. The one mattress is, you have to lay in the middle, if you lay on the side it feels like you will slide down. The other mattress, the middle is sinked in, every little move it makes noise. But overall I will go back again and it is highly recommended. You will definitely have fun.

It's true it needs a major overhaul. But everything worked. You can't beat the view it's beautiful. You can hear the people upstairs so spend more time in the large patio located directly on the sand. No looky loos passing in front of you. Yep I will be back!

Awesome beachfront cozy lovely place
Would love to return to this unit. It was well appointed with 2 full baths. The second bedroom had 2 twins which was perfect for a family of 4. The kids loved playing in the sand which is literally right off the porch. You can watch them playing from the kitchen. The parking pad/carport is a little tight for a minivan but you could probably fit 2 cars tandem. We did have a few problems with the upstairs unit. First of all, they parked in our carport and we had to ask them to move. When these tenants moved out and the next moved in, they parked their huge vehicle in front of their garage in the way so we could not get into the carport. Apparently people think the garage for the upstairs unit is too tight but we observed it to fit large SUVs. Be aware of the parking issues by the other tenants. Also you can hear the upstairs tenants walking around and scraping chairs. I brought my own noise machine for sleeping so it did not bother me too much. This property is on the north end of NB. A little quieter and less touristy. We enjoyed walking to the Spaghetti Bender and Cucina Alessa across the street. Make sure to let them know if you want linens because it doesn’t come with any. Stackable laundry inside the bathroom is convenient. Lovely sliding glass doors with great view. Roku tv with Netflix. Management company is wonderful. They called me back right away on a Sunday to deal with the parking problem with the neighbors. We are very sad to leave this property. It definitely felt like a home away from home.

Excellent Beachfront Property
We had a great stay at this excellent beachfront property. You can see the beach and the ocean from the spacious living room. Open the patio doors, step onto a large patio and you're literally on the beach. Perfect placement ! It was just myself and my wife on this occasion, but there would have been plenty of space for a second couple in the second bedroom. We just loved it and will be coming back some day, as well as recommending it to our friends and family. Property management was highly professional (from initial booking through to check-out) and a few minor problems were dealt with very promptly and in a friendly manner. A big thank you to Joy for making it the perfect stay !
