About this cabin rental
Nestled in Arnolds Park, this attractive cabin for $338 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Relax and enjoy this spacious cabin within Bridges Bay Resort. With 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, this property can comfortably accommodate 14 guests. The open-concept main floor is perfect for hosting your family with a large well-equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room. Off the living room, patio doors provide access to a covered deck and stairs to a ground-level patio, which is steps away from the community swimming pool (open mid-May to mid-September). The main floor also features a convenient laundry/mudroom, a guest bedroom, a full bathroom, and a master bedroom with a master bath and a huge walk-in closet. The lower level is a garden level basement with large windows and lots of natural light. The lower level includes a roomy family room, three bedrooms, and the third bathroom with a well-stocked linen closet. The cabin rental includes 6 waterpark passes per day to the Boji Splash Indoor Waterpark. (Please note that the waterpark is only open on weekends during the off-season of the day after Labor Day to the Friday before Memorial Day.) The resort property also has several outdoor swimming pools, a fitness and exercise room, a playground, a private fishing pond, a zipline, and an arcade. Restaurants at the resort include Bracco's World Cafe & Beach Bar and the Waters Edge American Grill & Blue Water Flatbread Pizza Company (located within the new Waterfront Wedding/Event Center). Parking is available in the attached 2 stall garage and in the extra-wide driveway. Boat and overflow parking are available nearby. Other nearby attractions include the following: The paved bike trail can be accessed just down the road from the resort entrance. Historic Arnolds Park Amusement Park is within a mile of the property, which also hosts concerts at Preservation Plaza during the summer. Several public golf courses are located in the area. Many restaurants, shops, and bars are available to enjoy throughout the area.

GREAT place and highly recommend. The owners were responsive in messaging and went over and above to make our vacation work. The place was clean, spacious, and had lots of room to hang out, even in the winter. It was easy to get to the water park and a nice touch that the place comes with 6 passes. It was also well stocked with towels. (Note, as stated in the listing, bring your own shampoo, body wash, and coffee). The only thing I can think that would make this place even better is a few extra blankets to get cozy on the couch in the winter. Thanks and we will be back!

Love this property! Fits 7 adults and 7 kids very nicely. Plenty of room for kids to play and adults gather separately. Everything is stocked and easy to prepare meals.

We love staying at Neal & Carolyn’s cabin at Bridges Bay. We have stayed at their place 3 summers in a row for our family get a way and we are looking forward to booking it again next year. Every year we find something new to do. House is beautiful and large enough for our growing family. Carolyn is great at communicating and making sure we have everything we need to make our stay comfortable!

This property exceeded our expectations in meeting our family’s needs. The 5 bedroom/ 3 bathroom layout was exactly what we needed along with the mix of bunk beds and a day bed. Carolyn went above and beyond in responding to my questions and meeting my needs. She is highly detailed and very organized and I was able to always count on her getting back to me quickly when I submitted a question.
I highly recommend working with Neil and Carolyn. You will not be disappointed.

I stayed here with 11 family members and we all have absolutely no complaints! There was plenty of room, great location, fair price, and the hosts were awesome with communication. It was also very clean and well stocked with little things that are often forgotten which was really nice too. We already are talking about coming back next year! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay, close to everything. We had a tight group of friends stay on location with plenty of places to sleep. The common areas were large enough to accommodate all of us. Clean house and hosts with great communication. I would stay here again.

The house was very nice. Accommodated all 15 of us. Everyone had a place to sleep. There is a pool almost directly behind the house which kids and adults both enjoyed. The home owners were great. The only problem was a group of people next door. Which the home owners were very helpful with. This is supposed to be a family oriented community. The group that was there were not. Hoping the HOA will do some reviewing and the owners of that house screen their renters more carefully. But can’t say enough good things about Neal and Carolyn. There are the best. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, plenty of room for our 5 children, their spouses and our grandchildren. Neal and Carolyn were very easy to work with and answered questions promptly. Will definitely stay again.

Great Family Cabin!
This cabin had everything and more! The property manager was so accommodating and easy to get a hold of! The cabin was spotless. The kids loved the "Olaf Room" with enough beds for 6 cousins to bunk together. The cabin is so spacious and super close the the water park. We will be renting this cabin again and again!

Creating family memories
Our accommodations were just perfect for our family. The house was so lovely. Our hosts were very accommodating and friendly. The Lake Okoboji and Bay Bridges areas had so much to do for all members of our group. The little ones along with their parents, aunt, uncle and grandparents throughly enjoyed the indoor/outdoor water park, the amusement park, boat rides, and dining outdoors at some very fine restaurants. There was plenty to do to keep every age group happy. It was so nice to come back to the house, too. We could just enjoy visiting with one another, relaxing and playing games. We would highly recommend this property. We hope to come back again!

Great property for family vacation
This property is beautiful and we love the location. Neal & Carolyn were great to work with. We had an issue with a blown fuse and they helped us right away to resolve the issue. Can’t wait to come to this property again.

Clean, great size and great communication
We had a fabulous stay at Neal and Carolyn’s cabin at Bridges Bay. They had everything we needed from beach towels, paper towels, TP, garbage bags etc. We never ran out! The house was very clean and the AC works great! Our favorite was having the community pool in our backyard. We will be booking again with Neal and Carolyn next summer!
