This condo is part of a six-unit complex on the beach. There is an elevator available in this unit for those who have difficulty climbing up stairs. The building and condo are wheelchair accessible and the rental boast beautiful slate flooring, a large kitchen perfect for any cook with granite counters and stainless appliances, a living room with a large flat screen TV, views looking out straight to the beach, an oceanfront balcony, and a private spa. This property also comes with central AC. You will be spoiled after your stay here and never want to leave! PARKING: 2 Assigned Parking Spaces in the Underground Garage Additional parking is available at our office, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside CA 92054. (***PERMIT IS REQUIRED to PARK AT OUR OFFICE. PLEASE COME INTO THE OFFICE FOR A PARKING PERMIT; IF THE OFFICE IS CLOSED, PLEASE LEAVE US AN EMAIL) This vacation rental is a home away from home. Each room has character, and everything is professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee grinders and garlic presses. We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Just imagine all of the memories that will be made on your vacation on the beach! BEACH ACCESS: There is a driveway that allows access to the underground parking between the condo complex and the beach. In order to get to the beach, this driveway must be crossed. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos. We loved being right on the beach and there was plenty of room for everyone.

We had a nice family weekend getaway to round out summer. The place was in a great location. You can hear the crashing of the waves all day and night and see beautiful sunsets. The only con was that it could use some updating. One of the couches is broken and all of the furniture looks worn and dingy. For the amount we paid, I would expect then to keep the place up a little better. Other than that, we had a nice time.

The first night we were there my 14-year-old nephew found a bottle of Narcan next to the hot tub (the lock on they gate to the complex was broken). The second night when our family returned from dinner the front door was wide open. The third night we returned from dinner to find my husband’s new laptop and backpack (with Bose air pods) and my BIL’s new work phone gone. The WiFi worked one of the 5 days we were there and the floors were FILTHY when we arrived. Everything else in the online listing stated was true.

Amazing getaway
The view from the living room was amazing. My family and I enjoyed just listening to the waves and looking out from the balcony. Management was nice enough to get in touch to see if everything was in working condition, if not they made sure to address the issue as quickly as they can. The only unfortunate thing was that construction was being done to the building next to us and so it made it difficult to drive out of the parking garage due to being blocked off by the workers. It took about 10 minutes or longer (each way) of waiting in the car to get out and get back in the parking area. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place.

The location was perfect with easy access to the beach. The grill was less than adequate as the knobs wouldn't control the flame and only the back part of the grill functioned. The garage gate malfunctioned and would not open so we had to park on the street a couple times for awhile but a repairman was sent out fairly quickly. More bath towels would of been nice for the size group we had. There was plenty of sleeping accommodations. There was several nights that it was noisy well after 10 PM. One suggestion we have is that perhaps some folding drying racks could be available to hang swim suits on as there was no where to even hang bath towels let alone suits. Overall a great stay for our family!!!

The location was great house was some what clean but we had a clogged sink from first day we got there we notified the property management that same day and the sink was never fixed I got a text late Saturday that it was scheduled to be fixed Sunday at 11 am, what good was that going to do my family when we were going to check out at 10 am!!!!! I called after that text and spoke to a representative and told her Sunday was not acceptable for the sink to get fixed needed fix now she said she was going to check on it and call me right back and she never did I!!!! Very bad experience this ruined my family vacation!!!!

Great choice for a beachfront getaway.
This place was exactly what we were looking for for our staycation. The house was very spacious and comfortable. With the boardwalk being right behind it, and shops being within walking distance, there was always something to do. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Oceanside, and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great weekend.

OMIGOSH! This place was fabulous! It exceeded our clean, so spacious, so many amenities, perfect location with a great view. We loved walking to the pier but mainly enjoying our friends in this wonderful space. I called in a few minor things that needed addressing and the management company was ON IT right away and took care of EVERYTHING to our satisfaction! We all would DEFINITELY go back and highly recommend this unit. Parking for 2 cars was convenient in the clean lot underneath the condo, and had an elevator! We enjoyed having the front doors fully opened so we could listen and watch the waves. The fire pit, bbq and jacuzzi were also appreciated. 5 stars!!!

We all loved the rental so much! I feel like a lot of the time a rental isn’t quite as spacious as the pictures make it look, in this instance it was so much more spacious than we expected. It was so perfect, fit our family perfectly, perfect location, loved the beach between the rental and the pier, not too bad of a walk to find a nice sandy spot to set up for the day. It was absolutely perfect and we will definitely be coming back! The assistance line was also super helpful when i couldn’t find where to access the garage for the property, didn’t realize the street wrapped around the front.

Beautiful Property
We had seven Adults and had plenty of room. The location was excellent. we were able to walk to everything. It was a busy weekend and having parking directly under us was awesome.
