A nearby coastal path winds around Portland’s miles of remote Jurassic Coastline, ideal for sea fishing, and within easy reach is the Georgian seaside town of Weymouth, with its Blue Flag beach, Sea Life centre and RSPB nature reserve. Windsurfing, diving and yachting are popular in the area. Shops, pubs and restaurant within 300 yards.

Feels very homely and in a lovely location. Off road parking is great as it’s very hard to find a spot that’s free and just a short walk to the famous chesil beach. Love this place and looking at visiting again next year for another great experience.

Such a lovely cottage just like a home from home, we enjoyed our week here so much and will definitely go again. It is on a very narrow one way hill though, situated at the bottom so perhaps not suited if you’re not very nimble

A great, homely cottage just a quick stroll from the beach & local amenities - we had a smashing time relaxing indoors & have definitely honed our calf muscles with all the walking up & down steep hills around the cottage :-)
The cottage was great value for money & we genuinely loved it, but did feel it could perhaps benefit from a little love & the investment in one or two new items of furniture (which could really elevate the feel & overall quality of the place). Would definitely stay again.
