Without going into explicit detail, the house was not clean which left a very bad impression for me and my family. All in all we had a great vacation but for the amount of money spent, there should be a cleaning service that cleans thoroughly. Things that were moldy should be replaced or cleaned. The communication with the property manager was very good when reached out regarding a clogged tub drain, she was very quick to respond and fix the issue.

We enjoyed our week - beautiful views and property was as advertised. The top bedroom facing the ocean was delightful - our 15 year old daughter loved it.

We had a wonderful family vacation! The views, the living space, the awesome kitchen, all amazing. Watching sunrises at this beach is magical, from the shoreline or the patio! Karen and Louis are the best communicators!

Property is on the beach. Quiet, even though it's near restaurants and stores. Layout is comfortable and kitchen has all necessary implements. Communication with host was excellent- easy check-in/check-out.

Our family of seven adults LOVED our stay at this beautiful beachfront townhouse. Just steps from the beach, it is well-furnished, clean, spacious and within walking distance from many restaurants. It had everything we needed. All of our questions were answered promptly. We highly recommend!

Convenient, clean location. Easy access to beach, Dewey restaurants and Rehoboth activities. Proprty management group is fast to respond; very courteous.

It was absolutely wonderful. The view from the upper deck was amazing. I can’t say enough about the location. We didn’t want to leave!

Our second time staying here and couldn’t be happier with the place and of course the location, on the beach!. Clean and comfortable and roomy for all 8 of us. And the owner responds right away to any requests. Highly recommend this place to get away from it all but to also be close to it all! Dewey stores, restaurants and bars one block away and Rehoboth just a hop skip away too. We had the best time and we will come back to this lovely townhouse on the beach

This was a great location for three of us to have the first getaway together in decades. I recommend it. Do this with your brothers/sisters (and nobody else) some time. It’s important. Do it at this property if that works for you. Easy to walk to food, etc.

I stayed at this place for several weeks to celebrate my retirement. It was me and my dog with a series of visits from parts of my family. The place was perfect with a clean beachy feel. I especially enjoyed the view of the beach from the master bedroom and its deck on the second floor. We enjoyed meals around the table on the deck on the first floor. And folks who stayed up on the top floor appreciated the view of the beach as well. The place was clean and well equipped. We got an immediate response when we asked for help getting the sliding doors and screens to work smoothly. We could easily walk to restaurants yet we had the privacy and close access to the beach and the ocean. I would come again.

We had a great week at the beach. 6 adults, 2 children, & 2 dogs fit perfectly in the home and the location to everything was perfect! The size of the beds is slightly different then listing, on the second floor it’s 2 king beds and the queen is up on the 3rd floor, but other then that the listing was accurate and well kept.

Our extended family had a wonderful time in this unit. We were as close to the beach as we could be. Despite being only a block away from Dewey's "downtown" it was exceptionally quiet. The web page needs to be updated; there are now two king beds, and a new standard-sized refrigerator. The views of the beach from the second-floor balcony were amazing. One down side--the third-floor bedroom with the two twins houses the air handler and is noisy. Our daughter likes noise to sleep so it was ok. Would def come here again if we returned to the Delaware shore.

Absolutely loved our stay! You can not beat the location of this property. It is beach front and easy walking distance to stores, restaurants, and the Jolly Trolley for rides into Rehoboth. There are plenty of beach chairs for use in the lower storage area. This lower area also has a private outdoor shower and a convenient hose for rinsing sandy feet or dogs. The view from the balcony of the master bedroom is truly spectacular. The owner is easy to work with and answered all my questions promptly. One of the perks is that the door is keyless entry. It is super convenient to not have to worry about keys when headed to the beach or out to dinner. My family definitely looks forward to returning next summer!

Everything was great except I wish there were more restaurants open

The unit is much better than the photos show! The location is fantastic/views of the ocean are great. And the layout with 3 floors is great to allow for privacy.

The absolute best part of this house is its location. Very short walk to the beach! View from the house is great! The house is nice and spacious. We enjoyed our stay :)

Ideal beach rental! Plenty of room for grandparents and daughters family of 4, including 2 dogs. Great views from the balconies and easy stroll to the beach. Plenty of beach equipment available to use; boogie boards, umbrella, chairs. We had an issue with a clogged drain and broken deck chairs. Karen was a huge help, resolved the problem so quickly! She was a joy to work with! Thank you for making this a great family vacation!

For the price and being right on the beach, this is a great property. A couple of downsides, not major, the table on the lower deck, is very rusted, my daughter cut her foot on it, the master bathroom sink does not drain well at all. The windows need to be cleaned. However, I would definatley stay here again.
