This property boasts a terrific view of the ocean and of the Community Pool. From the ground level, follow the stairs up to the first floor. Here you will find a comfortable Living Room complete with flat screen HDTV and high speed Internet. Also on this level you will find the fully equipped Kitchen, Dining Area for 8, and a desk for those that must answer a work call while on vacation. We have been vacationing and have family in Wrightsville for the past twenty years. This property is perfect in many ways. Location on the beach, basement stores all beach stuff and has a rinse off area and shower, very secure properties with auto locked gates, great pool, house was very clean, has everything needed like linens and towels, view from master bedroom was beautiful.

We have stayed in this unit numerous years and love the layout and location. Beautiful unit with very comfy furniture for gathering to watch movies on rainy day. Also like the large dining table for meals and playing games. The only suggestion we have is to please update the cooking utensils and add more tableware (especially spoons!).

My wife and I stayed here with our 2.5 year old and 2.5 month old and couldn’t have been any happier. You cannot beat this location as you are a quick walk to the beach, all the shops and restaurants. Dave was super responsive to a question we had while staying in the house. We loved staying here so much we’re already taking about booking again.

First off, the location of this unit is great. Beautiful ocean views, convenient to Station One pool and beach access. It is next to a public access, but this was not an issue for us being there during non-peak season. As an end unit, it was a bit difficult to park at the unit with an oversized SUV. Unit was somewhat clean, though one of the beds still had dirty sheets (lots of hair and sand) on it from previous tenet. Seemed to be a lot of hair in the unit...wonder if previous guests had a dog? Did have several insects in the unit during our stay, but some of this is expected at the beach. The cookware in the unit was subpar and not in the "luxury rental" category. However, our biggest issue was the lack of contact from the rental agency, as the check-in instructions noted when someone would be at the office and no one was there! This cost us over an hour of lost time waiting at the office. Messages left on the voicemail weren't returned, nor were emails to the person who emailed check-in instructions. The voicemail box for the person we were trying to reach was not working (pressing the number for her led to an error). There was also no one at the office on check out day - during normal business hours! So all in all, great location, less than perfect cleanliness, and poor/no communication from Wrightsville Sands Realty. Get the feeling they had our money and didn't care about the experience of their guests.

Overall good. But there are a few things you should know if you’re renting this place. First, the parking is very difficult. You will have to back down an alley and back into the car port, otherwise it’s very difficult to turn around - especially if you have an suv or a van. This is an end unit that is right next to a public access path to the beach also. The back deck has a sliding glass door and you can walk to the beach from the deck. However there’s no way to lock that door if you want to enter and exit from the deck so you have to come and go through the front. The outside was very dirty. There’s a shower beside the garage but there was a birds nest in it. We didn’t even attempt to turn it on. Finally you should know that tie washer and dryer is in the garage. It’s not a stackable in unit washer dryer, which I would have preferred. You have to go outside with your laundry, take it downstairs, go through the dirty patio, into the garage to do laundry.

The location was premier. The unit was spacious and well laid out. The cleaning left a lot to be desired and the kitchen was sparsely equipped. To accommodate 7 people there was not sufficient flatware or plates. A winter down comforter in warm weather is not needed for sleeping. It was hot- The master fan made a noise all the time it was on- needs replacing?? The location made the stay.
