* Beach Conditions: Please be aware that Seven Mile Beach can be affected by natural sand migration and erosion due to seasonal weather changes. As these factors are beyond our control, Cayman Reef Resort cannot guarantee the availability or size of the beach directly in front of the property. In the event the beach is not accessible, you can relax on the lounge chairs around the pool. A public beach is also nearby, and we provide lightweight beach chairs for your convenience. No refunds will be issued for issues related to beach conditions.
* Travel Insurance: We highly recommend all guests purchase comprehensive travel and trip cancellation insurance to protect their vacation investment.
* Maid Service: Daily maid service is not included in your stay. However, we are happy to arrange it for an additional charge upon request.

Condo was just as pictured. Great views. Loved the multiple balconies. Very clean and spacious. Wonderfully appointed and centrally located. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops, cafes and grocery store, and just steps away from the beach and snorkeling in crystal clear blue water. Host was very communicative. Fabulous place to stay. Would definitely return!

When the add says it’s on the beach they mean it is on the beach. Less than a 50 second walk from the apartment door to the chairs on the beach

We LOVED our stay here. The condo was super clean, had comfortable beds with great linens, and a fantastic (and clean/well kept) pool with lovely beach access. Perfectly located, too — would 100% stay here again. Thank you!

I would give this property a C but it's being priced as an A; Manager rarely there and when there unhelpful no way to call.
On the other hand, the security force was very helpful and present when needed.
