From the moment you walk through the doors of this two story condo at Cayman Reef Resort you will instantly feel at home with the brand new warm decor with only the finest perks picked for our guests. No detail was spared from the finest linens down to a collapsable wagon to carry your things to the beach you can enjoy your days by the pool or on the infamous Seven Mile Beach under one of the resort umbrellas. Watch the most glorious sunsets and then shower in one of the two newly renovated bathrooms before you step out the door and are seconds away from the Camana Bay walkway where a plethora of restaurants and shops lie. While Cayman Reef #7 is not an Ocean View, Cayman Reef Resort is still beachside and the your your ability to get that beach view is just a few steps. This condo is located on the second floor and is a great location for those families that want to be busy at the beach during the day and maybe want some downtime in the afternoon. This condo has been owned by the rental mangers for nearly 20 years, was a long term rental for the past 11 years and now they are happy to finally share their hidden gem with you. Pool and Beach Access: Guest can enjoy direct access to the pool and are just steps away from Seven Mile Beach. The property boasts beautifully landscaped grounds and offers direct access to a narrow stretch of beach and the turquoise Caribbean sea. Guests also have complimentary access to a tennis court, a large swimming pool, outdoor showers and onsite car parking.
Sand Shifting: Please note that, like some other properties in the southern end of 7 Mile Beach, there may be seasonal sand shifting and beach erosion. While most of the year there remains a narrow stretch of beach, there are times when the water comes directly to the beach wall and loungers are placed on the grassy landing above so guests can continue enjoying stunning ocean views and easy access to the sea for swimming, snorkeling, and water activities. There are nearby beach access paths north of the property that are recommended for wider stretches of sand and unobstructed beach walks. Photos of the current beach (at the time of booking or upcoming arrival) can be provided on request. As you can see from the timeline of pictures as of recently the beach has been great.

This condo is in a great central location to so much in Grand Cayman. It’s been nicely updated and decorated, and includes all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Margaret is very kind, helpful and responsive. The condo includes a bunch of items for use at the beach, pool and tennis court. The condo complex seemed well maintained and clean as well. Staying in May, we did not have any trouble getting chairs and an umbrella on the beach each day.

Great condo. Exactly as advertised. Everything you need is there. Towels, dishes, appliances, etc. Host is great and communication was just as you would want. Handled any and all concerns. Would highly recommend staying here.
