Located in Dillon, this attractive condo for $218 per night is a great option for your next trip. Our Coeur Du Lac condominium is located right on the shores of Lake Dillon. The fully updated unit is on the third, top floor so the views of the lake and mountains are breathtaking! Enjoy your coffee or hot chocolate on the deck overlooking it all! Come and enjoy the mountain feel of our condo with a granite, wood-burning fireplace. There is a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom, and a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room. We have a selection of videos, games, and books for the entire family to enjoy! Dillon is centrally located to all activities in the Summit County area, both summer and winter. The outlet shops of Silverthorne are within walking distance or a short drive. In the winter, you are centrally located to five major ski areas: Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapaho Basin, Copper Mountain, and Vail. Along with skiing, these areas offer a variety of activities including snowmobiling, tubing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and dog-sled rides. The Summit Stage Shuttle stop is a block away and provides FREE transportation to the ski areas. In the summer, the bike and walking paths are directly behind the complex. Our complex has a new, beautiful, outdoor pool/hot tub area. The new amphitheater, just a five-minute walk, offers FREE concerts, farmers' market on Fridays, plays, and other activities. Next to the amphitheater is a beautiful park which has a new playground area for the kids. The marina is also close by. Summer in the Colorado Rockies offers fishing, hiking, biking, white-water rafting, and jeeping - all are close by! Again, our Dillon condominium is centrally located to all these activities. Dillon offers a "small town" feel yet at the same time, offers all the amenities of a resort town including great shopping, restaurants, movie theater, bowling, and a great recreation center. This place is great! It’s incredibly well-outfitted and cared for, and was one of the easiest parts of our vacation. Can’t beat the view or the location, either. I would love to stay here again!

This property is in a very convenient location off of I-70, easy to access and also get around the town and other areas in the county. Everything inside was clean, tidy, well maintained and updated. Beds were cozy and comfy, kitchen was well stocked. The beautiful view of the Dillon Reservoir is the icing on the cake.

Everything about this stay was wonderful. Easy check in, easy check out. I stayed with my family and the children loved the board games and sleds. The view is gorgeous too! I would definitely stay here again and again!

Exactly what i needed. Perfect location, right on lake Dillon. Loved drinking my coffee on the balcony each morning and watching the sunset each night. Beautiful scenery! The bed was super comfortable and the decor was right on point with the area! I did not want to leave!! I hope to be back again soon. I highly recommend this rental, close to so many activities, or if you prefer to just relax and reset-the view of lake and mountains provide the perfect remedy to cure any stress you may have. Five stars all around!!

Not only was this condo in a perfect location, close to the surrounding towns, near Breckenridge and shopping, it was also an easy drive to visit Buena Vista to the south and Grand Lake and Winter Park to the north. There were so many things to do around Dillon Lake too! And the best thing was it has a fantastic view of the mountains and lake from the balcony. We couldn’t have asked for a better view!

This was our first stay at this property but 2nd time in the building - we love the location and the access to an outdoor pool (one of the few properties with one). Plenty of amenities and great communication with the owner.

The view from the deck was incrediblr and something photos will never truly capture. This condo had a great location, pool and hot tub were an added bonus. We had the pool to ourselves most days. Location was convenient for bouncing around to Breckinridge and other towns. We didnt spend much time in the condo, mostly sleeping. The condo was well kept and seemed to have everything you would need if you cooked etc. Host was very responsive and easy to deal with.

Condo was a great location with easy access via short drive to several ski resorts. Gorgeous view of Dillon lake. Excellent outdoor hot tub. Bathrooms could use some help with clean shower curtain liners, shower heads and one bathrooms shower did not have cold water.

Amy, our host was very helpful. While there was some confusion on minimum night stay requirements at time of booking due to the posting she did her best to work it out. This condo is in a good location. However, it needs some TLC. Much of the furniture is dated and worn. As an example the sleeper sofa has seen better days. My 9 year old daughter can typically sleep anywhere and she was not able to get a good night’s rest all weekend. The thermostat seemed to be tricky also. My family was always too hot or too cold througout the weekend. Although not advertised as having. It would be nice to have access to private ski storage since we’re in the middle of Summit County and that’s why most are here in the winter.

My Fiancé and I were in Dillon for Engagement photos, so it was nice to go straight to a place to relax afterwards. The view is awesome, and late at night all the stars came out which was beautiful.

Pretty simple really. Everything was very nice and we had a good time. But, the stairs got very old. The laundry room was in the basement and we were on the third floor. One pretty much had to return to ones unit after each cycle. I did the laundry twice on our seven day stay and that routine got old quick.

We had to plan our showers due to lack of hot water. One shower was not functioning properly. One bathroom sink was clogged up. We were disappointed with the property but the view is fantastic.

Wonderful view! NO ELEVATOR! TV set up has wires & boxes going everywhere- terrible! Issue w/cold water knob in master bath never fixed. It would have run continuously unless my husband hadn’t temporarily corrected. Pool closed 2 days due to chemical issues? Couldn’t get into laundry room for several days—management company provided wrong code 😩. Even with all of that, we would stay again.
