Located in Dillon, this charming condo for $211 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. REMODEL RECENTLY COMPLETED Our Coeur Du Lac condominium is located right on the shores of Lake Dillon. The unit is on the third, top floor so the views of the lake and mountains are breathtaking! Enjoy your coffee or hot chocolate on the deck overlooking it all! Come and enjoy the mountain feel of our condo with a stone, wood-burning fireplace, and beautiful carved log furniture in both bedrooms. There is a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom, and a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room. We have a selection of videos, games, and books for the entire family to enjoy! Dillon is centrally located to all activities in the Summit County area, both summer and winter. The outlet shops of Silverthorne are within walking distance or a short drive. In the winter, you are centrally located to five major ski areas: Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapaho Basin, Copper Mountain, and Vail. Along with skiing, these areas offer a variety of activities including snowmobiling, tubing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and dog-sled rides. The Summit Stage Shuttle stop is a block away and provides FREE transportation to the ski areas. In the summer, the bike and walking paths are directly behind the complex. Our complex has a beautiful, outdoor pool/hot tub area. The new Dillon amphitheater, just a five-minute walk, offers FREE concerts, farmers' market on Friday mornings, plays, and other activities. Next to the amphitheater is a beautiful park which has a nice playground area for the kids. The marina is also close by. Summer in the Colorado Rockies offers fishing, hiking, biking, white-water rafting, and jeeping. Again, our Dillon condominium is centrally located to all these activities. Dillon offers a 'small town' feel yet at the same time, offers all the amenities of a resort town including great shopping, restaurants, movie theater, bowling, and a great recreation center. Clean condo with everything we needed. We spent most of our time on the deck just enjoying the mountains and lake view. It’s a great place to just relax but also very close to restaurants and shops. We hope to stay here again for our next trip to the Dillon area.

The view is outstanding. The area is quite with a long paved trial for walking, biking, etc.. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Our host was an excellent communicator.

We thoroughly enjoyed this Dillon location, and this accommodation! The view from the deck at Dillon Lake and the surrounding mountains was most enjoyable. This rental was clean, well appointed, and we lacked nothing...other than I forgot to bring powdered coffee creamer. That's on me. We'll be back to this area, and this place will be our first choice for where we stay. Thanks Amy!

Stayed one night at this place. Nice comfortable beds, great view, kitchen well stocked with necessities. Some spices in the cabinet. Only negative was having to lug all our stuff up to the 3rd floor. If there were elevators, we didn’t find them.

This was the 2nd time my daughter and I stayed in the condo. The location is perfect while skiing in Breckenridge, Keystone and Vail. The drive is max. 30 minutes to those locations. The condo is clean, spacious, everything is working as expected, and the complex is quietly located.

Wonderful spot with gorgeous views of Lake Dillon and surrounding mountains. Condo was perfect....great location and condo itself is clean, quiet, well-maintained, nicely furnished and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need and the Arapahoe Cafe is a short walk up the road. Will definitely book again for future ski trips.

We were looking for a unit in this particular location, and it was the perfect location. Close to everything we could imagine, and it's only a 10-minute drive to Keystone. The lake is gorgeous, and the grandkids had a fabulous time playing outside and sledding down to the lake. The unit was clean, and we had a beautiful view.

We had a wonderful time at this condo (when we were not on the slopes) and the location and amenities were absolutely perfect for our group! Local pub within walking distance was major bonus for our college age kids who we didn’t want driving around at night. We will never stay in Silverthorne again- we love Dillon now! ☺️

We stayed in this beautiful condo during our Christmas/New Years break. It was welcoming as soon as we walked in the door. We had the best time. The condo had everything we needed for cooking our own meals during our stay. The View from the balcony was breathtaking! Thank you for making our stay a memorable one! We will be back!

The location was great and free shuttle to Keystone was very convenient. The home was very nice and well kept. The owner was helpful with all questions and provided a cute welcome basket as well. The only negatives would be that the home was a little snug for 5 people, but very do able. Also there is limited travel from the airport to Dillon and back so make sure you have that ironed out before you arrive. Overall a great stay would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Amy’s! The condo was very comfortable, lots of space! The view was incredible! We stayed during the winter when the lake was frozen, would love to see it during the summer!

We cannot express enough about the view you get from the condo. We read about the view you get from other reviews and knew we had to stay here. The lake and mountains are breath taking! We took pictures and they really don't do it justice. The condo was quiet, comfy, and we really enjoyed the wood burning fireplace. Amy G. was very helpful and quick to respond with all the questions we had. Check in/out was super easy and this place was also very easy to find. The condo was close to grocery stores which is a bonus also. Our next visit to this area we would definitely reserve from Amy again. Thank you!

Amazing view. We stayed while in town for a wedding. Enjoyed a few days hicking around Dillion and drove short distance to other areas. Our host was responsive. The unit was clean and spacouis.

One of the other reviewers referred to the view from this condo as the "million dollar view". So true! First time to stay in this condo and could not have been happier. Amy, the owner is extremely responsive and very friendly. The kitchen is very well stocked, better than most we have stayed in. The beds were comfortable and did I mention the view?! We have already booked our stay for next summer! You will not be disappointed.

Walking into the building I was slightly skeptical because it looked dated, but this place is amazing! Clean, totally remodeled, spacious 2 bed AND 2 bath with a great view! You can walk on the concrete, lakeside trail to wherever you need to go!

Fall colors were simply amazing. Condo was the perfect place to do day drives to Vail, walk around Lake Dillon, or just rest on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful views. Everything was wonderful, thank you!
